Adobe Acrobat Sign

HiI am signing in from Salesforce - Adobe Sign Admin. Every time I login it lands on below page. Account synching is not happing and not able to proceed with eSignature process. Please guide.

A pdf form was made using Adobe Acrobat and a digital signature was applied that makes all fields READ ONLY. The document was then sent for signature using Adobe Sign. The signer was able to modify the text of the existing fields, then apply the signature without invalidating the digital signature.I have attempted to modify the document in Adobe Sign before sending for signature and get an error that prevents the document from being sent because the digital signature is no longer valid. This did not appear to happen when the signer modified the document. Has anyone else noticed this or know a fix?

When I try to send out a pdf to receive a signature on adobe sign I get a "Forbidden: the operation could not be completed. Please try again later" Message. After the whole change to Adobe Sign, fields with a format (such as Currency) don't show the formatting when the document is sent for signature. I've checked each field individually while in Adobe Sign before actually sending for signature and each field shows that it is set up for Currency and USD but when the recipient opens it, the fields just appear as numbers without the "$" or ".00 for whole dollar amounts". Any ideas or anyone else having this issue?

Anybody know how to archive a signed document on the new version i am struggling how to find it

One of our users had an unexpected shutdown on their Surface Pro 4 | Windows 10 while working on a PDF file. The user turned back on the machine, but Acrobat did not prompt to auto-recover the file so the user lost hours of work (I know it is the user's error for not periodically, manually saving his/her work). Check Acrobat's Preferences --> Save Settings and "automatically save documents..." option is enabled.From other Adobe forums, I checked the location the autosave temp file may most likely be saved at. But cannot find any autosave copy of the file.C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Acrobat\11.0Does anyone know where else to look for the autosave temp file? For now the user decided to redo the work.

Is there a way to send a pdf document for electronic signature securely?  Perhaps have a password to open the file or black out the Tax Identification #s, but then be able to un-black them upon receipt of document with signature? I just need to make sure the document is completely secure.

I need to send a document template to 250 of my employees, but I don't want them to see each others' signed documents.  Is there an easier way to send it to each of them individually than having to manually repeat the "send for signature" process 250 unique times?  I'd like to be able to put all of their email addresses into the "to" field but have the documents come back to me individually from each person... NOT to have them all sign the same document.  Possible? 

I've attempted to send two documents multiple times for signatures yet recipient did not receive nor did I. I also sent tests to email no agreements sent. Please advise ASAP this is affecting our business.

Hi there, Question is regarding Adobe Sign. A document was sent from one of our staff members to few signees but one of them can't able to Sign. Every time he signs it tells him to sign on the line.  He tried to sign by using iPad and iPhone. He has the same issue with previous documents.

I'm having issue with Adobe Sign.I need follow flow worked:1) The system upload document to Adobe Sign via API (it's done)2) Anyone can see/sign uploaded document after Phone verification(SMS) with Widget i have an error - "Phone authentication is not applicable for widget participant set info". Also to see the uploaded doc every new user in my system should be registered in Echo Sign. How to prevent it. Just verified by sms and sign the doc.3) The system can download signed document. Hello,I changed my adobe sign in ID & password last night as well as on my Creative Cloud. I'm able to sign in just fine on Creative Cloud, however unable to sign in on Adobe sign. I keep getting the same error message.I've tried clearing my browser cache, using new computers and browsers to sign in but still getting same error message  "we have encountered an issue due to possible adobe ID change. please contact your IT administrator or adobe support" (please see attached).

Hi, allI have been using the AdobeSign product for quite some time, but couldn't find any support documentation for the following use case for conditional formatting. I'm looking to enable/disable a field when there is ANY text in another field. For example, enabling field B upon anything filled into field A. Is there a way to implement this, short of creating a long string of "any" conditions, i.e., show/enable field B when field A satisfies ANY of the following conditions:Contains: the letter "a"Contains: the letter "b"Contains the letter "c", etc. Any help/advice would be appreciated, thanks!!

We have Adobe Sign installed in our Sandbox with the Salesforce CPQ Connector. I have gone through the setup many times and cannot find the cause of this error:" Error initializing e-signature plugin: Attempt to de-reference a null object" Any ideas? Thaaaaaaank you.
