Adobe Acrobat Sign

For AdobeSign Mega Sign, what's the maximum number of lines you can put on a .CSV file for a document signing?

I installed Adobe Sign for SharePoint 2013 and configured it to save the signed documents in a sharepoint folder. The documents are not being saved in that folder after being signed. How do I trouble shoot this issue?

[Moderator moved from the non-technical Lounge to Adobe Sign.] I am having an issue with my Adobe Sign. Whenever I CC people to be copied and receive the notification emails when recipients sign the document the individuals who are being CC'd are not receiving the notification emails. Please Help!

I am trying to report a problem to Adobe but of course they make it virtually impossible to do so so I thought I would post it here:Today I have been getting the following message when I try to sign a document that I sent for signature. It has been signed by the other party and now I need to counter sign it. I've sent hundreds of these but I can't counter sign this one. I get the following message after signing and clicking the blue 'Click to SIgn button'. I have a requirement to sign documents that are protected with Azure Information Protection (AIP).When I try to upload the document that is protected with AIP, I get the following error message Adobe Sign was unable to process your document(s). This can occur if uploaded documents contain scripts, macros or Visual Basic code. You may wish to inspect your documents for these elements, remove them, and try again.How can I use Adobe Sign  to sign protected documents? Does Adobe Sign integration with AIP in the roadmap ?

I need to send the same document to over 100 people for individual signatures and it seems like megasign is the best option.  However, I do not have it as an option under Additional Functions in the dashboard.  I currently have the individual account.Thanks,Tom

I have created a stamp which requires a number of signatures.  The issue is that after I stamp the document, and I use the fill & sign to sign the same document, the signatures move to the back of the stamp and they cannot be seen.  I need them to be in the front.  I'm not sure how to change this .  Saving this first doesn't seen to do the trick either.  How do I fix this?

According to my creative cloud account, I have Adobe Sign but when I try to use it, it can't get past a page saying UPGRADE and then START NOW.  It just flips back and forth between those 2 buttons and won't let me use Adobe Sign. 

Do I need to purchase Adobe Sign to create a valid e-signature for documents or can I use my Acrobat Pro for this? 

hi there,i sent the document for two signatures. the first one already singed, but the second did not get the email with the link. i have sent a remainder, but still he did not get the email.can somebody explain why? please?

Hi,We are working on a demo for our client that involves embedding an eSign widget to their website. It works fine on the major desktop browsers as well as blackberry or windows mobile browsers, but if opened via Android Chrome (default) browser, it shows a message about disabled cookies. The message of course is the only thing visible and the widget does not load further. The cookies are enabled, so not sure where the issue is. Any advise would be highly appreciated!Simon

Sometimes when I get an email notification saying someone signed... it states the wrong email address signed.  For example:Signor 1: joe@email.comSignor 2: kim@email.comSignor 3: jane@email.comJoe signs & it moves on the kim. I get an email saying joe signed.  Kim signs & I get an email stating joe signed yet when I open the document, clearly it shows kim signing.  I believe it is just an issue with the notification but why does this happen?  It has happened more than a couple times to me as I use the program all day long & send a ton of documents out.

When i send my pdf for signing and then i receive it back the signature is not showing on the PDF.I have ran a test sending it to my other email and i have tried various signatures field to my form and yet the same problem. Once the form has been signed amd submitted, both parties copy of the PDF is blank for the signature. What is happening please as i need urgently to get this signed.

Hello everyone,We are trying to make our flow for agreements paperless and in that way we are evaluating "Adobe Sign" with Salesforce. So far installation has gone through very well and is now integrated with Salesforce.But for our purpose we need a button in "Salesforce Quote" that take the latest created quote (pdf file) and send it to "Adobe Sign" to make an agreement.I tried to make a custom button with link to something like "/apex/echosign_dev1__AgreementTemplateProcess?masterId=….." but it ended with an error message "sObject type 'Oppurtunity' is not supported…".I'm hoping that some kind souls here could assist me to make this happen in the right way. I am trying to get Enterprise Account of Adobe ESign. Each time I try to buy, I am being redirected to a Contact Us Form. I have filled up and submitted the form 4 times in last 7 days, but there is no contact from Adobe. Please help me get the account asap. I need a Developer Account of Adobe ESign Enterprise Version, which has the API Features in it. I need it asap to demonstrate a software product to my client. If required, I am also open to buy it for a month, or so.

How can I trouble shoot a file that won't open ? Apple sr advisor and engineers cant figure it out .

We have a pay-for version of Adobe Sign and a need has arisen to enable some of our 75 Sign users to use their locally-installed version of Acrobat DC to DIgitally Sign PDFs they're receiving via email.  We'd like to us the Certificates feature in Acrobat DC to perform this local PDF signing but don't want the users to have to create self-signed Digital IDs for this purpose; instead we'd like to use their Adobe Sign account to create a publically-rooted Digital ID for use within the locally-installed Acrobat DC application.We assumed that if they simply signed into Acrobat DC with the same AdobeID as their Adobe Sign portal account, we'd be able to see / create a proper certificate but it doesn't appear to be that easy??Thoughts?Dave

Hi.  I've created a template and added several Prefill fields.  When I select the template to send, I do see and check the "Preview and Add Fields" selection.  During the preview however, I am not able to enter data into the Prefill fields.   I can drag over new field to the template (including Prefill which I still can't fill).   Thanks!

I have a document that I deleted a while ago. I can see it in Recent Events and can open it by clicking on it from Recent Events, but when I look in the Manage Dashboard, the document doesn't exist.I have confirmed this behaviour using another PC so its not a caching issue.How can I verify that this document is deleted? If I can't see it in the Manage area, then where is it located?

Hello there!Is there a way to add/import fonts to Adobe Sign? There are only a few fonts available out of the box and they do not match our company font-style.....  looks a bit  shabby.

Seems like a 4 year old  feature request. Are you folks doing any development. Should I consider other options ?? Check this thread - Echosign Widget - change counter-signer? Also really annoying that Name of Widget can't be changed. It automatically picks it up from Filename and there is no way to change it...Jobi
