Hi, I am very new to this and just trying to work it all out. I have a document that I need multiple signatures on. I have prepared the form in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and added signature fields (I have not made these fields a required field). I click send for signature and put in 3 email addresses in order of who I need to sign first etc. That gets sent to the first person with no worries however when they open it, it is saying all the signature fields are required, yet I only need that person to sign one.How do I change this?Thank you

Hi - We have an opening paragraph in our agreement where we'd like to auto-populate the client's name and address mid-sentence.  The length of the data going into these fields varies between clients. Is there a text tag setting that automatically sizes the tag's width based on the number of characters of the data being used to populate the field, and not use a set width all the time?Thanks.

I just signed up for a free trial of Adobe Sign, but during the sign up I found that I apparently had an Adobe account already. I reset my password and signed in, but received the message below. I have no idea who my account administrator is, so is there a way around this, or do I need to create a new account with a different email to get the free trial to work fully?"You are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator."

The system will no longer allow me to generate documents and indicates that I've exceeded my quota.   Am a monthly paying member and as well will not allow me to upgrade because of some dual account.   Well it seems that this is also invalid as the accounts have merged.   Please help

Good morning,i've problem with my firewall and the application.Actually i can login to adobe but when i try to use Fill&Sign the app can't load my signature because firewall blocks necessary links.  If i turn off firewall all works means when there's an issue with my firewall policies (cloud.adobe.com is already opened but gives problem about fetch the API )so i'd like to know if there're other links to load the signature (it's already registered).I wait for a replyDaniele

I have certain email addresses that will not receive documents from esign services.  The email addresses in question are within my company's domain.  I have checked the typing of the email address several times and it is correct.  I can send other emails to those same email addresses with no problem.  The only issue is when routing to them via esgin, the documents never arrive - not to their in-box, not to their spam folder, not to their junk folder, etc..  I hope someone is able to assist.

Has worked fine for the last year but now it says after I load the doc's and click ready to send:could not send.  an error has occurred. please try again.No error code?  I have re-installed acrobat and that has not helped.  It will not send any documents - i have tried multiple documents.please help!cass

Hi,like other folks I created a developer account to test the (on-premise) SharePoint integration with Adobe Sign. The installation manual describes the relevant steps on page 10 but it doesn't work. I don't see this link "Integration key" on my API information page.Please advice on how to proceed.Thanks--Sam

Hi,I'm reservist in the Air Force and I've been having a lot of problems trying to sign PDFs sent to my personal email from my military unit. Nobody at the base has any idea why I'm having this problem. I've tried accessing the forms to sign on both work computers and home computers with the same problem. I'm using the most current version of Adobe Reader XI.I have no problem opening the form and I can open the permission details. It shows "Filling of form fields: Allowed" and "Signing: Not Allowed".I also get a message banner at the top of the page stating that anything I fill in the form cannot be saved and I have to print a copy to save it.Nobody is purposely setting these security options (I've had the same problem with forms I've started on a military computer then sent to myself at home). I've wondered if maybe there's a problem with either a lack of Adobe subscription at home or maybe a need to download security certificates?? (It doesn't even ask for my command access card to o

HiI am a small freelance developer and I work for a company who ask their employees to upload timesheets weekly using a PHP web portal.  The documents are stored on the server and opened by an Administrator in the Administrative Portal - also written in PHP.  The company have asked me to find a way for these documents to be signed electronically each time they are opened by the Administrator - but they want this to be within the current workflow/portal.  Is this something Adobe sign could do?Thanks in advance for your help.Jo

I am trying to create an agreement that passes 6 different workflows and generates a url using the adobe API's. I was unable to do it using the "Resources and Operations" feature that adobe has on its page. The agreement must also not send any messages pre/post to the signer that initiates it. How do I go about getting the create widget for my dashboard. I have my individual yet enterprise account. And then there's an account that is run by someone else, and it's enterprise too, but we don't get the Create Widget option we so desperately need. Is there a way to solve this?

I am currently looking at the capabilities of Adobe Sign. There will be multiple pdf documents with form fields (digital signature fields) already placed in them by Adobe professional software (Adobe Acrobat XI Pro). Can these pre-existing form fields be used in Adobe sign for work flows without having to add the form fields to each individual pdf in adobe sign?

Hi, I have a user I'm supporting here at work and we cannot get Adobe Sign to progress past "preparing document" so that she can see and sign documents.She is on Windows 10, we have tried both IE11 and Chrome and neither work.  I have reset IE11, I tried signing into her PC as myself to rule out any weird Windows user profile issues.I have updated Adobe Reader to the latest version and made sure the IE11 add-on is enabled.I am at a loss.  What do I need to do to get this working for my user?Thanks!

I am trying to make changes in the text in documents already in my library. I got this information from adobe site, but the fields explained there are not available in my esign. How do I make changes to text in existing documents. Or do I have to recreate all the documents again ?

On my pc, i have multiple mailboxes I use for different client groups. I want to have the flexibility with Adobe 'send for signature' funciton, that returns the document to my selected mailbox, not just my AdobeID mail address? How do I do that?

Hello,is it possible for the echosign forms to be send from our own domain? Some of our customers complain that the forms from echosign@echosign.com get marked as spam and this slows down our process a lot. Explaining them how to whitelist this email address is not an option either as we send the forms to new customers every day.Regards,Ales
