I set a reminder to send on a specific date, assuming if the document had been signed before that day the reminder would not send. The document was signed, and the reminder sent anyway. Is this a feature or a bug? If this is a feature, reminders seem pretty useless.

I'd love to get some feedback on what I assume is a case of bad admin.I received an eSign email for a document from my tax preparer. Hit the link, filled it out and sent it. It went to my wife next and that's when I noticed something amiss. ANYONE could hit the link and see the half filled doc (ss#'s and lots of personal details.) I had her finish it and once it was complete the link was dead. My thought was 'great at info least that leak is dead, but I should probably say something to our tax preparer.'Two minutes later we both received a confirmation email that the doc was "Signed and Filed!" In that email was a link to the completed document and an attached PDF of it, BOTH without any kind of password protection (meaning the link and the pdf could be opened anywhere.)MY QUESTION: Am I missing something regarding the security or is this a mistake on their part? How do I send a document for signature that needs to be signed and then sent back for my signature?  I don't see the option for "I need to sign"?

There is a sequence of steps for preparing to send a document for signature.  On the first page, you add recipients, edit the message body, add the file, and then click the checkbox for preview and add signature fields.  I have been unable to find any way to return to the message body to edit it after clicking "preview and add".   The only choice available seems to be to discard the preparation and start over from the beginning, sometimes discarding significant work.So my question is:  Does anybody know how to edit the email message after adding signature fields?Thanks!Tom

I used Acrobat DC to create an interactive form that usesradio buttons, text fields, check boxes, date fields, and action fields. When Igo to e-sign, the review window shows report codes. What is causing report code1000 (doc contains hidden behavior), 1001 (comment or form field may silentlychange), and 1008 (doc contains hidden behavior)? How do I get rid of these? Wedon’t want a document that contains these report codes to end up in court and raisequestions about the validity of the signature and document.

For executed contracts, I need to include the Document History validating the electronic signature.  I have a Business account and have selected the "Attached Audit Report to Completed Documents" button in the Global Settings tab.  The Document History is now sent as a separate .pdf file with the signed document.  To properly identify the signed document, I need the Document History to be included as the last page(s) of the .pdf file containing the signed document.  Can this be accomplished?

Hello everybody. I have a question regarding integration of adobe echosign into an application of ours. The ideal situation is like, two people are in a conversation and one sends a document to another for a sign. The one who sends the document is using a web based system and the one receiving the document is using an Android application. Now I would like to know what needs to be done in this regard. There is a java sdk available, but so far I have found nothing on how to integrate it in android, or even if it does need an integration and can do away with just opening the received url in a native webview. I know that it is a cloud based service, and works in a little different manner than just plain signing and send/ receive of a document. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. We have been developing our API integration of Adobe sign using a developer account, this has been done in our development environment and is working fine. I need to know the steps required to move our implementation to production setup which will use the production environment of Adobe sign. Do we need to go through an authorisation process or do we just need to change the developer account to production account to get this resolved? If there is a documentation detailing the required steps then can I please be directed to that documentation. Thanks

I have determined that a widget is exactly what I need to accomplish this. However, I have a couple of problems:When I create a widget manually via the Adobe sign dashboard, I cannot seem to set more advanced options, namely a call back URL for the form to return to when the user has completed the form. To remedy this, I figure I will have to use the API (though, I think its absolutely ridiculous that I can't set these options in the dashboard) and I have successfully added code that will create a new widget, using the createwidget sample from the sdk. I am using the Javascript (NOT node.js) browser based API by the way.So, my problem now is that, like when I created the widget manually via the dashboard, I can't set the option for the

HelloI am signing hundreds of contracts with Adobe Sign but find the workflow rather inefficient. There is a lot of unnecessary clicking to navigate get from one document you just signed to the next one you have to sign. Is there a way to make the make "Waiting For Me to Sign" the default screen you get routed to after having signed a document?Thanks

Whenever I send a document to be signed, it's said it's sent by the wrong name, with my email address. I have my name on everything and I cannot edit the name. Please let me know how I can update that. Thank you!Brandi

Hi To whom it may concern,As the title suggests, due to cirmcumstance, the email address that was the adobe ID was changed and all the documents associated with the old email are gone.Is there anyway to get the documents back or not?

Is this possible?  Our contracts are written up and sent by 1 person.  The adobe account is registered under the owners name and email.  Is there a way to change the Name and Email the contracts are sent from without changing the account information?
