Adobe Acrobat Sign

hi!, i am subscribed to adobe sign, on trial i had the option to add calculated fields. but now it is not available on field properties. how can i add calculated fields?thanks

I know it has to be somewhere, but I really cannot find where I can change the password for the widget forms that I created yesterday. How does people update their password on the password protected forms?

I know this must be some basic HTML, but I tried the CSS way, but it doesnt work. I just want to increase the height to 1500px. I need help understanding why my signature blocks are being misplaced by Adobe Sign.I am trying to send a PDF document for signatures, but the electronic "signature blocks" are being misplaced in the transfer from Acrobat Pro DC to Adobe Sign application. Once they are uploaded, the signature blocks are being moved on top of text, not where I arranged them in the original document. When the PDF is viewed in the or downloaded after it is processed and uploaded to the Adobe Sign https://secure.echosign.com/ application, the signature blocks all appear in the wrong places.I have even tried to "lock" the signature blocks so that they might stay put, but no luck.Here is what the document looks like (Figure 1 below) after the signature blocks have been prepared for "send for signature" using the Adobe Acrobat Pro "Prepare Form" tool:Figure 1: A view of the first two signature blocks prior to the document's being sent, the document with signature blocks prepared using the Adobe Acrobat Pro "P

Why am I getting this error all of a sudden? I've never had this error before. The file size is barely 11 MB. Please let me know how to resolve this as my customer is waiting for these documents and there is no customer support phone number. I'm so upset right now.

Our documents go through iterative signature processes over the course of several months, so it is not uncommon for us to upload the PDF of a previously signed document (containing multi-line text) for a subsequent signature.  We have done this before, but are suddenly finding that, when we re-upload for signature any file that contains a (previously signed) multi-line text field, the text that was contained in that field disappears and is no longer included in the digital file.  It is neither visible within Adobe Sign nor subsequently after download.Is this a new bug?  Is there a workaround?Thanks!

I've recently had a couple of documents that are fully executed yet show in the "Out for Signature" category.  They are templates/widgets I have been using successfully and a preview of the document properly shows it executed by both parties (and both parties received the signed PDF confirmation).Anybody know how to move a doc from Out for Signature into the SIGNED pile?

The problem I have with Adobe Sign, and the other programmes I've used so far for digital signatures, is that I want to send the document from my personal email address, as it seems like 50% of the time, our clients inboxes are marking adobe sign emails as junk and they're missing them.It looks unprofessional, and I wondered if there is a work-around solution to sending the document from my personal work email.(Currently they're going out from echosign@echosign.comThanks a lot.R

Once a document has been e-signed and the confirmation received, I am able to review the document in Adobe and save it to the appropriate location using the standard "Save As" option.However, if I forward that same document to my co-worker that person is not able to save the document.  Their only option is view the document, then to save as a blank document or print.  They are not able to take that same signed document and store it for future review or documentation purposes.I'm not aware of any security options being associated with the document.  I did not require a password as part of the e-sign request process.Anyone know how another user is able to simply "Save As" an e-signed document?Thanks!

Hello everybody. I have a question regarding integration of adobe echosign into an application of ours. The ideal situation is like, two people are in a conversation and one sends a document to another for a sign. The one who sends the document is using a web based system and the one receiving the document is using an Android application. Now I would like to know what needs to be done in this regard. There is a java sdk available, but so far I have found nothing on how to integrate it in android, or even if it does need an integration and can do away with just opening the received url in a native webview. I know that it is a cloud based service, and works in a little different manner than plain sign and send/ receive. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I used to be able to create widgets on our account.  I see now that is reserved for Enterprise accounts.  This is beyond stupid and greedy. Typical Adobe.  You are making MILLIONS!  MILLIONS!  Open up Widgets to VIP Customers.  All others Cognito Forms and Docusign allow it without the GREED of your product team

Please advise.  I just signed up for Isign and I am not seeing the check box or click button option to add form fields to my document.  I have combed through the help and followed all the tutorials...the option isn't there.  Please help. Thank you

Hi,This is our use case: The first person will fill out the form and sign it and submit. Then it routes to a person to review, add comments, and sign off the document. Then the document would be archived/FTP remotely in a PDF format.Is this workflow possible by just using Adobe Sign? Does the approver must have an Adobe Sign user enterprise account?Thanks.Vince

Hello, does the document image on the audit trail match 1 to 1 with the document signed, or could that signature be applied to multiple forms?  Thank you.

I have uploaded multiple forms I need to have signed by multiple people.  When I send it out and begin completing the forms some of the fields from the previous forms are auto-filling in next forms when they should not.  How do I fix this.  I have gone back and replaced all the field by using a new text field but this has not solved the problem.  Please help!

I have not had issues receiving emails from Adobe Sign's workflow process until today.  Today I had to correct an approver's email address via the Reassign function and after they completed their signature I did not receive the final copy via an email.  The history shows the final copy to the approvers being bounced also, even though it was the same email address used to sign in the first place.  I tried to 'share' the completed document to my email address and never received that email either.  I need to have the final signed copy for storage in both the client's files and our internal repository - which we always use that final email copy for.

I use Adobe Sign to send out employee documentation packets to new hires, and I am suddenly running into an issue with one of my files. The files consist of a contract which needs to be signed and initialed by the new hire, and co-signed by a member of my company's management team. The files also contain other new employee paperwork to be filled out by the new hire, (tax forms, direct deposit, etc.)I created the files in Acrobat DC, and use Adobe Sign to send them out. All of the new hire fields are set to Signer 1, and the single field that needs to be signed by management is set to Signer 2.When the file is sent to the second signer after being completed by the new hire, the system is now insisting that she needs to fill out all of the fields which have already been completed by the new hire.  So far this is only happening with one out of the eleven or so different types of new employee files we have.I've tried swapping the contract with another file that's working properly, but
