Adobe Acrobat Sign

Hi,This is our use case: The first person will fill out the form and sign it and submit. Then it routes to a person to review, add comments, and sign off the document. Then the document would be archived/FTP remotely in a PDF format.Is this workflow possible by just using Adobe Sign? Does the approver must have an Adobe Sign user enterprise account?Thanks.Vince

Hello, does the document image on the audit trail match 1 to 1 with the document signed, or could that signature be applied to multiple forms?  Thank you.

I have uploaded multiple forms I need to have signed by multiple people.  When I send it out and begin completing the forms some of the fields from the previous forms are auto-filling in next forms when they should not.  How do I fix this.  I have gone back and replaced all the field by using a new text field but this has not solved the problem.  Please help!

I have not had issues receiving emails from Adobe Sign's workflow process until today.  Today I had to correct an approver's email address via the Reassign function and after they completed their signature I did not receive the final copy via an email.  The history shows the final copy to the approvers being bounced also, even though it was the same email address used to sign in the first place.  I tried to 'share' the completed document to my email address and never received that email either.  I need to have the final signed copy for storage in both the client's files and our internal repository - which we always use that final email copy for.

I use Adobe Sign to send out employee documentation packets to new hires, and I am suddenly running into an issue with one of my files. The files consist of a contract which needs to be signed and initialed by the new hire, and co-signed by a member of my company's management team. The files also contain other new employee paperwork to be filled out by the new hire, (tax forms, direct deposit, etc.)I created the files in Acrobat DC, and use Adobe Sign to send them out. All of the new hire fields are set to Signer 1, and the single field that needs to be signed by management is set to Signer 2.When the file is sent to the second signer after being completed by the new hire, the system is now insisting that she needs to fill out all of the fields which have already been completed by the new hire.  So far this is only happening with one out of the eleven or so different types of new employee files we have.I've tried swapping the contract with another file that's working properly, but

Is there a way I can export multiple PDF documents that have previously been signed and are in my EchoSign?Also, once a document is signed is it automatically archived and if not how do I archive a document that shows in my Events?Lastly, is there an API posted?  The API brings me to the INtegration page which is not terribly useful.

I use Adobe sign both with Zoho and using the web.When I use it with Zoho, it will always ask me if i want to sign thedocument before I send it by email for another signature.BUT when i sign in online and send it that way, there is nooption to sign it myself before I send it.Help???rina

How do I have a document signed that I want to keep certain information private until after they sign.For example, I want to have an investor sign a "Showing Agreement" which means that they can only purchase a property through me, but I don't want them to see the address of the property until after they sign the document. I sent a document for signature to 2 parties who have signed it.  Then it was to be sent back to ME for signature (the sender) but I entered the email address manually and misspelled it.  How can I correct it so that I can sign the document?  Using the procedure to "replace signer" does not allow me to type in the sender email address (mine) and "assign a signature to myself".

I sent a PDF out for signature, to 2 people. I have seen a similar question from an attorney that was marked as 'answered' - but the answer totally failed to address the question. I work for a law firm, and we started using Adobe Sign to get e-signatures on documents from clients that we need to electronically file with the court. Adobe Sign default signatures are 'encrypted', and Court e-filing systems WILL NOT accept encrypted files. When I tried the 'free' version, I got Certified signatures, with an option to add a certification stamp on each page to prove the document had been e-signed by the recipient. That works perfectly with the court efiling, and is why I purchased Adobe Sign. However, with the commercial version I have found no way to get Certified signatures -- and all options for Send for Signatures end up with an encrypted .pdf that must be printed and re-scanned before it can be efiled. This degrades the copy of the filed legal pleadings and defeats the purpose of having a Certified signature on the legal pleading.

Hello, We will be having customers sign multiple documents on a weekly basis.  Is there some way they can save a signature so the don't have to physically sign each time?  I have seen other programs where they have a free "signer" account, and they can save a drawn signature and just enter in a pin number when needing to add a signature. I need to Change my profile name so documents go out without Username<echosign@echosign.com> I need them to send as CompanyName<echosign@echosign.com>.Right now it looks pretty unprofessional and these will most likely be marked as spam. I saw another poster with a similar issue and was told it wasn't possible to change it. This cant be right, can it? you can change your profile name in every other location on your adobe account but not esign?Thanks for any help you can provide!

I have a reoccurring issue that I'd love some help with.  I work with an employment agency and when we bring on new hires we send them their new hire paperwork through Adobe Sign.  This is usually 4-5 Library Templates that we send for signature through 1 email.  Ends up being about 51 pages of material when it's all together.The first document that folks complete is an "employee info" sheet where they put in their address, phone, banking info, emergency contact, etc.Later on in the process they have to complete an I-9 form.  For some reason the program is Pre-filling/Auto-filling/Auto-completing the I-9 form with information off the Employee Info sheet.  Which wouldn't be a big deal, except it's pulling the wrong info (SS number is prefilled with a bank routing number, etc.).  Is this an auto-fill function that I can turn off?  I have run several tests on several different computers and am confident this is not a browser setting.  Also, since th
