Hi,We have an enterprise account and frequently send documents to multiple (1-4) signers.  We would like to utilize the send in any order function so that, for example, signer 2 and signer 4 can sign the document immediately rather than waiting for the document to be signed in order (1,2,3,4).  Our issue is that we would like to establish that us (the sender) only be allowed to sign the agreement after all other signatures are received.  Our issue is that we would like to establish that us (the sender) only be allowed to sign the agreement after all other signatures are received.  Is this option available in the hybrid sign function of Adobe Sign?  From what we've noticed is that we (the sender) are able to sign the document immediately after creating it which is not optimal for our needs.  It makes sense that anyone can sign at any time when the send in any order function is enabled, we just want to see if there's something we're missing that would allow

Hi - I have an agreement that I am running through EchoSign, The doc is in English with a side-by-side translation in Russian. Saving the doc as a PDF. It processes fine on my end, however it won't open on the other end. Is there a better file format?

I have added the initial field to a template and when I send out it let the person initial the document but then ask for there signature at the bottom of the document that needs to be signed.  We don't not want the initialing person's signature on the document.Please help

I would like to know if I can have an integration key so I can see how Adobe would improve my business process flow with its features but I can't seem to find a way to have this integration key unless I purchase it.Can I have one that would expire with my current Adobe account?

Would love advice!  I have a short term rental agreement that I need to constantly add renters names, rates etc to prior to sending for signature every few days.  Can I fill in a form field myself and NOT have the recipient change the fields I enter the data into when they are filling in their fields?   Right now I'm having to open the document in Word and enter the info that I need to add such as name, rate, dates of stay etc...then save as pdf, then use Adobe sign for the clients to fill in and send for signature thru Adobe Sign.  It tends to be a lengthy process and wanting to know if there is an easier way?   My thought is to have a form and have me fill in some fields and have the customer fill in other fields...but somehow not allow them to edit or change the fields I have already filled in......   Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,In my Adobe Sign document, I need to validate that last job date is not greater than current job date.  Is this possible through a custom validation?The validation logic would be something like this: if lastJobDate > currentJobDate, message "Last Job Date cannot be greater than Current Job Date".Is this possible at the text tag level or is there some kind of form level validation.Any help is greatly appreciated.Richard

We've sent out several emails to our clients for their signature and in all cases, Adobe Sign shows them as "sent". However, none of them were actually sent.We have tested for broken email addresses - every email address is valid. We also use Adobe Sign with Xero and emails sent via Xero works. The emails sent directly from Adobe Sign do not.Thank you for your assistance.

This admittedly is a bit of a repetitive question it seems, however most of the answers I found were from 2015 so I was unsure if perhaps there are differences that I've not seen (as the documentation is less than direct in some cases for me).Basically we're trying to do widget forms, and because we've already got our own backend agreement system we've used in the past, we were hoping to keep it sort of in that we utilize adobe sign over API so we can still log/document certain signature steps through our own system.However I cannot find any documentation or model on if there is a way to pre-fill given form fields in a widget when the widget agreement is pulled over API.  The most I can find are answers from Adobe staff in 2015 stating it's not possible yet.  Has this been done yet and if so is it just undocumented?  Or am I missing some really obvious stuff?  Or will we have to pretty much rely on the signee to accurately fill the fields out themselves and just add

I sent a PDF to a client for them to fill in blanks and information, sign, and send back to me.  The signer says they've filled in the blanks, however, when I open it, the blanks are cleared/blank for me!  Please help!

Other inquiries to the forum say you need to get support to authorize sending a document for signature in excess of 100 pages.  I have a number of time sensitive documents I am trying to send out in excess of 100 pages but I cannot find any way to contact support.  Help!!!!

I have purchased an annual subscription of AdobeSign and I am unable to form a template library. Here's what happens:from the Dashboard, I click on Add Template to Library;On the next menu I select Browse and pick the document I want (by selecting it and clicking "Open"),It takes me back to the previous menu without anything happening.If there isn't a solution to this I will need to cancel my subscription... because it is sort of useless as of right now.How do I solve this?Marcelo.

A recipient has signed, approved, or delegated the agreement. This agreement cannot be modified.How do I modify our saved agreement in our library without having to redo the entire document?

Our office received a message from Adobe asking about data center migration which will occur on 8 April 2017 and wanted us to enter three questions in the Adobe Sign. Message as shown on the form:"Please review the following checklist and confirm that you have taken the required action to ensure your Adobe Sign account will continue towork after our data center migration on April 8, 2017...."We are not sure if it is fake because we never solicited Adobe for this type of service. HiI built a data map linking to the Adobe AGREEMENT entity. Selecting the appropriate attributes was fine and it allowed me to save. When I choose the mapping from the Agreement Entity screen I get the following error:When I go back to that Data Mapping screen, the entity has changed from the Adobe Agreement entity to the Microsoft CRM Agreement entity. The attributes are still from the Abode agreement entity.Please advise
