Adobe Acrobat Sign

I would like to set up a signature field for a customer to sign directly on a surface tablet.  This is a one time signature that would be signed free form and not a digital or e-signature.  Is this possible with Adobe DC and how would I do this?Thank you

In the trial version I had more options. For example could be customized with a image, email they received the signatories. Now in the paid version, I do not have this option. Where I can find it?

I use Adobe Fill & Sign DC on my iPad. Works great. no problems. Looking to use it on a Windows 10 Touch screen 2 & 1 Laptop. Does it work the same way as the version for the iPad? any help would be greatly Appreciated

We are looking for a solution for documents that have a dynamic number of checkboxes. There might be one, or there might be three, or there might be 20.  Is there any way, either through the web interface or the API, to handle this? I have seen two other products that will scan the document for [tags] or certain strings and place signing controls at those spots.  Does Adobe support functionality similar to this? Our goal is to avoid users having to manually drag 1 to 20 checkboxes onto the document.Thank you

How can I enable the software to drop the signatures by "right-clicking" and selecting the recipients?  It is toooo slow to drag the signatures for each of signatories, toooo many clicks to go through.  Please helpThanksParvinder

I have two options for a customer to choose from and I need to be able to have them choose option 1 with a checkbox and initials or option 2 with a checkbox and initials but right now it only allows for the customer to check on both boxes and initial both boxes so at the end of the day I don't know which option the customer is choosing.  Is there a way to correct this?

I would like to be able to put an expiration time of 30 days on my form documents. I do not see anywhere in Esign where this is possible. The forms were created in Formscentral and if I try to send it through "sign & track" the pull down options are no longer available in the form.

After i changed the email the page did not look the same it had a whole other format once i click the links that is shown on the page it refreshes back to the same page im not getting anywhere

We are getting reports of guests being able to submit contracts without the required signature field being signed.I can reproduce the issue anymore, but I'm curious, was this some sort of glitch that took place last week? Did anyone else run into this issue?

HiI have been encountering an incredibly annoying problem that is greatly hindering my workflow.I am creating a order-form that is first sent to me for signing and then to the customer for signing. Although I am adding the name for "Signer 2" it does not get shown when sent out. This only persists with this field.

I'm trying to delete an old template. I've googled and the info that I found here: https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/making-changes-to-a-document-template-in-e-sign-services but evidently something has changed because while I can edit the document I don't have the "show properties" option.

I upgraded a user to Acrobat DC.  Other people in the department have Acrobat X.  They all need to review documents and note that by attaching signatures with a date/timestamp.  These are just internal docs and do NOT need to be certificated or legal....just noted.Acrobat DC will allow the user to sign a new document, but, not a document that was signed by others in Acrobat X.  Downgraded the user to Acrobat X....still not behaving as it should or as expected.Is there a way to make DC compatible with X and just use simple, non certified, signatures???  (compatibility mode??)

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache.. Deleted all traces in the registry and tried everything to get the adobe reader to perform correctly. In the new format trying to send a document to sign but I always have to revert to the old format to bring up the previous emails even if I have sent them in the new format?It does not seem to remember the new emails added am I doing something wrong?Cathy

I am trying to obtain a signature from a client through echosign.Her complaint is as follows:After I sign it I save it to a PDF. When it saves and I review the document, nothing was saved.  My signature and initials are gone.Even though she mentions that she signs it, it still is not coming over to me and showing up in our account as signed, but instead still "out for signature."Since I have not been able to help her fix this issue, she looked into the "document properties" of the document on her end and found that under the "security tab,"  "password security" is the chosen field under the "security method" option.Further, under the list of "document restrictions summary" (under "document properties") "Signing" the document is "not allowed."When accessing the agreement through my echosign account (manage), I click on "protect" to find the settings and it says this agreement uses "email verification."
