Adobe Acrobat Sign

When I receive the e-signed documents I am getting back a pdf showing all email addresses I sent the document to, even though this was sent to each e-mail address separately. I do hope that it is some sort of summary just for me and not showing all the separate individuals who got the document, since it is a confidential research process? Regards

Our company is trying to go paperless.  We are looking for ways to have electronic forms on a tablet or other mobile devices.  We need to have our sales orders, work orders and other paper work that we use, to be readily available for us to open, fill out, and have the customer sign, and be able to upload back to our servers or to the cloud. Which product would be the best for what we are trying to do?

‌i upgraded my account 3 days ago and it still says I need to upgrade. I'm trying to send a document through mega sign and it won't let me enter more than 3 People. Uploading my addresses doesn't work either. I need to send this asap! Adobe support hasn't gotten back to me!

My company had an account where our billing and licenses where handled by an Adobe Partner.  I was using my corporate email account there.Our IT department switched accounts and I was sent a verification link to registered my Acrobat Pro under a new account.  I still used my corporate email address.Now the I get the following error message:Subject: Document Upload Problem We were unable to create your agreement because Interactive TSIA 2016 ES.pdf had invalid Digital Signatures.

Hi There, I need to know if there is a way to print out a certificate of authentication, I know that other services for electronic signatures provide this. How can I retrieve this for a Adobe document that has already been signed through Cloud Esign and returned to me.

Am new to eSign API / integration so apologies if this problem is an obvious one.I have successfully connected using oAuth with scope agreement_send:self and now want to call the sendDocument service. Am using SOAPUi to test. Have stripped tags I don't need (and may have stripped one too many). Hi,I am trying to create a template for an unknown number of signers. Currently I create a set number of Participants (say 5), drag and drop 5 signature boxes, and then assign each participant to each signature box. But if I use this template for 6 participants, then it does not work. For a given template, is there a way to have a single signature box, so that any number of participants can sign?

HiJust wondering where Mega Sign is?I subscribe personally to adobe each month for CS5 and all things Adobe and my workplace subscribe to esign (formerly echo sign) on a basic package.I thought I might find Mega Sign on the Dashboard under the third option 'Archive' where it is shown on one of the Adobe tutorials but it is not there!  If someone could point out how I reveal it that would be great!  I need to send multiple documents for signature.It's strange as a while ago I sent multiple docs at work using the old echosign, with no problems - do we need to upgrade our package?Any help greatly received.Thanks.

Hello - I'm using the SOAP API v.20, and am getting an error on getDocumentInfo():InvalidArgumentException with message 'Incorrectly nested style tag found.'The document was created by createPersonalWidgetUrl, if that's helpful.getDocumentInfo works properly with other document keys.Thx for any insights.

Hey Guys/Girls Is there a way to have multiple senders set up? I have two similar businesses that use different domain names / different trading names. One service that I offer needs to be sent from one domain, while the other services that require agreements is sent from another. Is there a way to set up two senders (different domains)  on the one account?

Is it possible to have the document templates exist in CRM? In my testing I have been uploading my template each time I send an agreement, but this isn’t ideal for a live production deployment, and would rather have the ability to select a document template that exists inside CRM. Is this possible?

Is there a way to set up Reminders for multiple documents at once? Right now you have to go through a list, manually click through a series of options, then choose it. If I'm sending over 300 different documents to people at once, this gets tedious. Fast. Any way to save myself the trouble would be so so so appreciated.

How do I batch print eSign documents?

I have several questions about the use of widgets. Primarily, I need a pretty straight forward widget, which I can create in my eSign Service Dashboard. However, I do not see, in the dashboard, where I can set the callbackInfo option using that form.My question is this: Can I only set or edit any of these additional options with the REST api?Thanks for your help.

How often does eSign send updates back to CRM? I have agreements that have been signed almost 24 hours but CRM still shows them as "Sent". If I manually update the agreement, it updates to "Signed", but manually updating defeats the purpose of automatic updates.

Hi, I occasionally need to send a document to sign from a Samsung Galaxy 3 Tablet. I can access Esign and upload the doc but I cannot add a signature box or any other box to the document for sending. Please can you help??Thanks

I have a few signers say they signed everything and clicked submit, however afterwards it just keeps on "Processing Document", and nothing happens.  They've tried logging in and out several times, what is the issue?

Upgrade took away the capability to add password to the document.  I have to go to classic view to add password.  Can someone point me to the right direction ?ThanksParvinder

Every time I click the email link I was sent so that I can sign the form, it opens up a page that says the document has already been signed. However I haven't signed it yet and need to sign it. What is wrong?

Hi, please can you advise how I access my previously used email addresses and contacts with the new Send page on Esign? On the old page it allowed a list of previously used emails and also access to Outlook contacts. Hope you can help thanks!
