Adobe Acrobat Sign

Qué debo corregir para que en el panel de firma no aparezca la leyenda " La validez de la firma es desconocida" al abrir documentos con firma electrónica?

We have a EchoSign document already sent to Adobe cloud via v20 API, after sent successfully I get the URL for accessing the document. And in our application which is a cluster having two app servers, say Server A and Server B and we send document to Adobe via Server A. At this time, when you try to open the document URL from Server A, it is fine; but when you try to open the URL from Server B, it reports "The page you are trying to access is not valid.". Any idea about this? For both Server A and Server B, the URL is the same, don't why this happens.

Hello - I'd like to be able to embed a document in a page so that our customers can fill out additional information, and then sign the agreement. I had thought that this was possible through the creation of a widget, but I don't see a way to link a library template file to a widget. Using the v20 of the SOAP API, the response I see when trying to create a widget using a Library Template is:["errorCode"]=>    string(10) "MISC_ERROR"    ["errorMessage"]=>    string(51) "Library templates are not permitted as input files."Is the only solution to download the actual document, then re-upload it through the widget creation request as  a 'file' parameter? That seems like a really poor design choice, for multiple reasons (bandwidth, for one).

HOW DO I EDIT RECEIVERS EMAILS???I uploaded a document, typed in one email address, saved it. Its in draft now.After opening the file again i cant find where i can add/change/delete different signers and their emails?????Only helpful answers required.

‌Any way to edit an existing EchoSign document? I'm sending out a contract where they can digitally add titles to be licensed. Can they go back and edit to add/remove those titles after signing and filing the agreement?

Hello,I'm trying to esign the Google HIPAA BAA online, and every time I try, the signature submit button does not activate. I've tried it in Chrome, FF, and IE. On my phone and my PC. The option to write the signature as text isn't available. Thank you for your help!

I mean seriously.  Are they just saying they will call, or what? Ive been chatting for 2 hours, waiting for a call back for over an hour and still no resolution to my issues or attempt to resolve them.What gives?

Currently subscribed to AdobeDc Pro which provides nearly all the features I require. However, I'd like to see the branded signing experience included as an optional extra from the AdobeDC Pro bundle. I'm not prepared to pay an additional $30per month for Esign Business on top of the $15 per month for AdobeDC Pro.For micro business users you should consider allowing a handful of additional features to be added into an AdobeDC subscription. $2 per month with marketing material included below the senders Branded message and sign off, or, $5 a month to exclude all adobe marketing material.If you're interested in growing the micro business segment I highly recommend you adopt the strategy above. It seems as though nothing is happening after I click "sign now" but apparently the document is being sent to the email instead of letting me sign immediately.

I changed my email address in my old EchoSign account, which forced me somehow into using Document Cloud (was not my intention) and now all the contracts that I had out for signature have disappeared!!!!What happened to all the documents that were out for signature in my EchoSign account? Are they still available to my clients? If I cannot access them, how can they?

I am sending a document to three people for signing and each person needs to initial each page. Is there a way to automatically add an initial field on each page for each participant or do I have to drag the initial field to each page for each participant?This is a one-time document, BTW.

I need to be able to save several form field layouts together as one widget for reuse. I understand that it would be easier to just put all of the PDFs together as one PDF and apply the layer, but we're trying to avoid this extra step (and training) this would require.

I am using echosign api to show forms to get candidate (who comes to our site). We are showing the form in widget. We are using more than 40 forms. It is hard for Candidate to sign all the forms. Is there any way I can get the signature of the candidate and pre fill the signature using API ?If not, is there any other way to achieve this ? NOTE: Candidate - Not a user in echosign

This document is a retired professor's Christmas gift to his family.I've been trying to get this PDF to print all day.It was 200+ pages and over 200MB so I cut it into two pieces.Part 1: 75 pages and it printed with our PDF print driver and it is fine now.Part 2: will not print to anything.HELP!

Hi,I created a Visulaforce page from this page i am hitting a conga to generate the document and sending to echosign using conga parameters for Signature but here i am navigating from my Visualforce page to EchoSignAgreementAdvanced page but i don't want to navigate and want to stay on the same page. I  would like to take the signature on the same page because i have more links to take the signature for different documents.at least if i am navigating to EchoSignAgreementAdvanced  after singing i would like to come back to my visualforce to o take the signature for other remaining documents.Any help is Appreciated. We seem to have lost the ability to have our own folks replace the signer once the agreement has already been sent. THis functionality has been available for us, but now seems gone. Using REST API, there is a way to retrieve data from not yet signed forms? I know that these information are stored somewhere thanks to auto-save function, but I'm afraid that there isn't a way to retrieve them.
