I am trying to send a document to 2 different fax #s. I clicked the send button, and both are under the status of "signed in reader". When I click send it opens to a page requiring an email address. How does it send to a fax #? I don't see anywhere to get the document out of the signed in reader status and get them to fax to the #'s that are shown as recipients fax #s.
Hi! We have Echosign installed on our Salesforce solution and can't seem to find the option to set the signing order of the approvers. We would want the approval to be sequential or parallel (any order), depending on the need. I've searched on it and found this article on Document Cloud Help however, I don't have the same screens on our Salesforce solution. Is there anything I need to do here? Will this need a package update or configuration somewhere? Attached a sample screen of Echosign on our Salesforce solution for reference.Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks
Is there a way to upload two signatures for each user? We need a signature with our authorized signer stamp and a separate one with the users signature alone without the stamp.
I created a Template that was designed to first go to my client to complete and sign and then it goes to the candidate to simply sign and it's done. The problem is I need my Client (first person in the signing process) to automatically get copies after the candidate signs which completes the process. I don't want to have to manually send them the (or "share') finished form once it comes in. How do I set this up?
How could I distinguish two different signers under the same email address?
My requirement is having a common widget and adobe users can insert Counter signers accroding to their department.,Is that possible.
How do I make all fields on one page read only (for the recipient) without having to make each individual field read only?
I sent a document for e-signature, same steps as always, but when it came back the verification stamps are covering the bottom of each page. That's a problem because a couple of signatures are at the bottom of the page. Past documents have had the body of the PDF automatically shifted up to leave room for the stamps at the bottom. Does anyone know a fix for this? Thank you.
I have a signature saved and I need to apply it to a document, how can I do this?
I recently deactivated a persons account (i am an admin) because they no longer need to use the features that come with an active account. But now when they receive a document which requires their signature, the get an error message stating they must log in to their account in order to view and sign the agreement. Why is this happened? Since the person signing a document is not required to have an account.
This is not a trial version, I'm paying for the annual plan. See SS:
Before the recent UI update to EchoSign/DC when we entered text into large text boxes on our e-contracts the font would auto-scale to fit into the box as we typed, now however the font is massive and rather than scaling to fit the text box it adds a scroll bar when more text is input, making it near impossible to write out detailing contract information as only a few letters fit on each line, I have contacted Adobe Support and they have acknowledged the issue but after 3 months they haven't fixed the issue, does anyone know a fix for this?I should add that for these large text boxes I do have the font size set to auto as required,Any help greatly appreciated.
I clicked on an email about an apple pay terminal that said no annual fees and so much per swipe. I started filling out the form, then thought to myself, how do I know this is legitimate. Then I received this card reader in the mail, (in which I don't have a store, I was planning on starting an online store. now I'm being charged 72.00 per month that started out small and gets higher each month. They claim that I signed some document and I said I didn't and that they kept sending emails asking me to complete the application and leaving messages on my phone. Now they are telling me that I signed this document and that there is a minimum fee per month. I told them to cancel it then because I can't afford to have something that I have no use for to begin with. The way the email described it, it was similar to square. When I asked to cancel, they told me that it was a $399.00 cancellation fee. I told them I could not afford that and tha
I misspelled the last name of a client on the consent forms. How do I change it?Thanks,Shari
I want to imbed my form into my website so anyone can access this, fill it out, and then once they do I will receive an e-mail notifying me of the filled form.I purchased the document cloud function with Adobe and have created the form. I am able to e-mail it directly to someone and have them fill it out, but now I want them to be able to access it without having to wait for me to send it to them. Ideally there's a link I can put in my website that gives them access to this.I have searched the forums and cannot find an answer. I go to my dashboard but there is no "create a widget" option. Please help and thanks.
As a physician, I would like people to be able to access this form and have them sign it before they come and see me in my practice. The form is a release of information request form so that I may obtain their records from another facility, have reviewed them, and saved both of us time before we meet for our initial new patient visit.Ideally, there would be a link on my website where they are able to access this form, sign it, and then it is e-mailed to me, signed. This way I can quickly obtain the pdf and fax it to the previous provider and request their records. Thanks for the help and suggestions.
Font in text field gets very small if I type too much. How can I make the font size stay consistent. I have a text field for the City and I often have to type Jacksonville. The font gets very small for long words.
Is there a way to sign a contract after the recipient on a line I create? When I use the "I need to sign" feature it creates its own line on a new page for me to sign. I would like to create a signature space for the client to sign and then once he/she signs I can sign under the space I assigned to myself. Any help?
I'm a CPA and just started using echosign. I need two e-signatures from married couples on my e-file authorization forms. Is there any way to send the forms to one email address for the couple to sign. I tried this for the first time and the wife said that she couldn't sign the form, so I wound up with her signature in both "taxpayer" and "spouse" signature fields. Do I have to send copies to two email addresses? Or possibly enter the same email address twice?
I tried changing my email address by clicking the "Change email address" link under the email address on my profile page. I got the error message: "Unhandled Error: 151002092631125.ord-prod-app4".I received an email at the new email address I entered, asking me to "activate my account". I clicked on the link in the email. It brings me to my account and my old email address still shows up on my profile page. I tried logging off and could only log on with my old email address. The new email address does not work. Please help.
