Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have documents which need to be signed in a certain order, with me signing last. When I use the request e-signatures option and I put myself as a recipient, I only have the option to sign then send, unless I turn on advanced editing. Is there a way to turn off this sign then send option?

Hi  I'm not sure this is something Adobe Sign can do, but is there a facility for partial E-Signing processes? For example, for some reason a customer must manually sign a document. This is then scanned and uploaded to our application in some way. Is it possible for us to perform our side of the signing via the Adobe Sign process? E.g. perhaps attach the scanned image of the external sign in some way and then ESign the final step? Thanks,Ben Young

I have purchased an electronic signature with a qualified certificate in another company ( CERTUM) . Is it possible to use this certificate in Adobe Sign instead of Adobe certificate? The problem is that in Poland Adobe Sign is not legally considered a valid signature and therefore we must purchase electronic signatures from designated providers.

Hi, I frequently have documents that I want to date after the parties sign them (say, Oct __, 2019, and then fill in the blank when the parties are ready to close a deal).  Is there a way to allow the dating of a document after the parties have signed the document? 

When attaching a filled out PDF with electronic signature to a document in Adobe Sign, the next reviewer can see the attachment and see the electronic signature, but all the fields are now empty.

We use the API to call AdobeSign and as of the 24th of June we get an error that the certificate has expired. We call https://api.adobesign.com to extract the Base URIs we should use, and it's after that step we get the echosign address with the expired certificate. Has something changed?

Hello,I'm new in Acrobat Sign, and i'd like to send agreements by API, using existing template (libraryDocument). But i still get INVALID_FILE_INFO error while the template is quite present on my account, puplished to api group, and I get the libraryDocumentId by endpoint /api/rest/v6/libraryDocuments;Do you know if there are any conditions to use this functionality ? Note that creating agreement with transient document works fine from my postman collection. Thank you for your help. 

I password protected a document for security when routing for e-signatures.Now that the pdf is completed, I need it to be accessible without password protection for all parties referencing it (company internal use), without compromising document integrity. Users must be able to review the document, and access links in the document. How do I do this? I tried using Manage Security on the pdf, but I got the message:"You cannot change or remove the security settings of a signed document. Please clear all signature fields before doing this."Note: We use Adobe Acrobat Sign, but not Adobe Acrobat pdf.Can you help?

I signed up for the enterprise plan, paid for it and cannot use it because I need to sign the BAA to be HIPAA compliant.  It isn't available anywhere online.  No one in the chat support function can help me.  I am constantly referred back to an "Account Manager" who does not respond.  I have a case open and have escalated it.  I am extremely frustrated and now remember why I used Docusign. How do I get the BAA?  Where do I get the BAA?    

I am 100% sure the e-mail I am using is correct, however whenever I try to send a document to get signed, it gets bounced and says it is "Undeliverable". Another coworker tried to and we couln't make it go through. When we sent a normal email to the address, there isn't a problem, so why is this happening?

Hi there, if one is using Adobe Sign in a Power Automate flow to capture the signature from a user, how do we position the signature box so that it is placed in a specific location? Right now it's just randomly placed in a blank space in the PDF file but I require it in a specific location.  

I know you can create a template for signatures to send to separate people and that you can send a document to multiple signatures on the same document, but can you send one document for signature to multiple people at one time for their separate signatures? Say, I would like to send one document to 10 people at once and receive 10 separately signed documents back. Is that possible?

Hello, I have created several webforms that I need to add additional CC's when they are filled out.  Right now it only goes to myself when they are done, and if I'm out of office I need them sent to a secondary so I do not hold up our business. I do not wish to make a new webform since it is very long and took me hours to do.  Please help me with this!

I have been using Acrobat Sign for months now on my ipad. Suddenly when I open the app it makes me sign in three times and then it opens to the Acrobat home page. I have looked for updates to the app, tried restarting my ipad and even reinstalling the app. 

When I click review and sign on an email requesting a signature, I am notified that my account is signed in and must be signed out before proceeding. If I sign out and sign back in I am able to sign the document, but I have a plethera of documents to sign and don't want to do this everytime. The account I need to be signed in as and the one it requests me to logout of are one and the same. Thoughts?

I have created a fillable form. Once the initiator completes the form, they open Adobe sign to send for signature. However when the form opens in Adobe Sign.....the form fields can be deleted, changed etc. What do I do? 

What does the above error message mean and how do I correct it? I have received the same one multiple times now when I try so submit and send a document for signing. 

Hello, i'm using the adobe sign rest API to create an agreement and i have been experimenting in multiple ways how to add a signature field in a specific page without success, also want to add other text inputs through the API. I have been trying to use a combination of the create agreement and the PUT formFields endpoint. However every time i change the agreement state to IN_PROCESS it overrides my formFields with some auto generated ones. can it be done? or i'm wasting my time trying?Thanks in advance.
