I know you can create a template for signatures to send to separate people and that you can send a document to multiple signatures on the same document, but can you send one document for signature to multiple people at one time for their separate signatures? Say, I would like to send one document to 10 people at once and receive 10 separately signed documents back. Is that possible?

Hello Adobe Community,I'm facing an issue with Adobe Sign and would appreciate any guidance or support. Here are the details:I received a 10-page PDF document via Outlook that I need to sign through Adobe Sign. When I open the Adobe Sign link in Microsoft Edge, it only displays one page (1/1), and the rest of the pages are missing. Additionally, it keeps signing me into my personal Adobe account instead of my company account, despite selecting the company account.**Steps Taken to Troubleshoot:**1. **Logged Out and In:**- I have signed out of Adobe Sign and signed back in using my company credentials. This didn't resolve the issue.2. **Downloaded the PDF:**- I tried downloading the PDF from the link and opening it, but it still only shows the first page.3. **Multiple Attempts:**- I have had the PDF sent to me multiple times, but the issue persists with each new copy.4. **Checked Browser:**- Cleared the cache and cookies in Microsoft Edge.- Tried opening the Adobe Sign link i
Hello, I have created several webforms that I need to add additional CC's when they are filled out. Right now it only goes to myself when they are done, and if I'm out of office I need them sent to a secondary so I do not hold up our business. I do not wish to make a new webform since it is very long and took me hours to do. Please help me with this!
I have been using Acrobat Sign for months now on my ipad. Suddenly when I open the app it makes me sign in three times and then it opens to the Acrobat home page. I have looked for updates to the app, tried restarting my ipad and even reinstalling the app.
When I click review and sign on an email requesting a signature, I am notified that my account is signed in and must be signed out before proceeding. If I sign out and sign back in I am able to sign the document, but I have a plethera of documents to sign and don't want to do this everytime. The account I need to be signed in as and the one it requests me to logout of are one and the same. Thoughts?
I am getting a message System errorYou are not authorized to send documents for signature. Please contact your account administrator. I am not sure how to fix this. Can you please help? Thanks! I have created a fillable form. Once the initiator completes the form, they open Adobe sign to send for signature. However when the form opens in Adobe Sign.....the form fields can be deleted, changed etc. What do I do?
What does the above error message mean and how do I correct it? I have received the same one multiple times now when I try so submit and send a document for signing.
Hello, i'm using the adobe sign rest API to create an agreement and i have been experimenting in multiple ways how to add a signature field in a specific page without success, also want to add other text inputs through the API. I have been trying to use a combination of the create agreement and the PUT formFields endpoint. However every time i change the agreement state to IN_PROCESS it overrides my formFields with some auto generated ones. can it be done? or i'm wasting my time trying? Thanks in advance.
I'm trying to access my new Adobe Sign developer account and have received the "Welcome to Adobe Sign - please confirm your email address" email. When I click the link to active my account I get taken to the web page saying Verification Required, which is strange as I click the link to activate my account from the verification email that I just received: I've tried many times over the past week to active my account and have resent the verification email, but no matter what I try (deleting cookies, incognito mode etc) I still can't get past this web page. Help!
I created a custom stamp that needs text to be edited on top. It's an approval stamp (replicated from a rubber stamp) that we are trying to use digitally. There are spaces for codes and job numbers and approval initials that need to be filled in but the text doesn't show when I "edit text" > "add text". Any suggestions on how I can do this? It kind of defeats the purpose if it needs to be printed, hand written then scanned. Thanks for any help!
I currently want to use Acrobat sign functionality in my Java Maven Project (openjdk 1.8).I want to implement a feature like sending mail in Acrobat Sign. (link attached)Even after reading the guide provided by Acrobat sign, I don't know where to start. Which should I do first?
Is it possible to have control of when the final document can be sent to the signer (after the document has been signed, reviewed and approved). Since I will be invoicing and expecting payment from the person immediately after I approve the document (before the online meeting ends), I would like to have control of when the final document can be sent to the signer. I do not want it sent to their email immediately after I approve the document. Is this something that can be done with Adobe Sign?
Why is it so hard to open Adobe Sign? Adobe: (Edited By Moderator)

Fully updated Ipad with updated version of Adobe Sign. Can you please send detailed information on how to have someone sign the document in person..
Can I set a time limit to execute an e sign document?
Hi All,I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and converting a Word document into a PDF form with fillable fields (Signature, Name, Title, Date, etc.). I’m wondering whether there is an “Initials” field that I can add to this final PDF form (i.e. Pages that aren't signed can be initialed)? I’ve spent well over an hour researching this issue and simply cannot find how to accomplish this.Thank you in advance!!!!!
Keyboard controls dont work on login dialog for Acrobat Sign and other embedded signing pagesScreen reader also perform poorly
Is there a way to have another person (i.e., a backup) be able to manage a workflow that I have initiated, in case it's needed while I'm on vacation?
Hello, I am trying to request an e-signature on a document and then have several email recipients who are CC'd to receive the final signed document. I do not want them to recieve the obligitory "Sent for Signature" email, but rather just the final "Signed and Filed" email. Is there a feture or setting to turn that initial email notification off? I haven't found anything in the user settings or FAQ section. Thank you for any advice.
When I prepare a form to be E-Signed, Adobe changes the font, font size, and font color of the form fields. The feild has a + sign in the lower right hand corner, however, the changing of the font size makes the contract illegible. The form fields are assigned a font, size, and color, and are locked. How do I prevent Adobe Sign from overridding these settings? [Moved to the Acrobat Sign forum]
All of the Sign help documentation screenshots portray a website that I am unable to find and the documentation doesn't include any URLs to the pages being portrayed so I'm stumped. If I login here: https://secure.adobesign.com/public/login I'm redirected to https://acrobat.adobe.com, presumably becase we have an Acrobat Pro license. My issue is that I cannot find any of the Adobe Sign administration controls on the Acrobat website, specifically I need to access the page shown here: https://helpx.adobe.com/sign/using/sign-config-defaul-time-zone.html I have the ability to assign users to be Sign account and privacy admins in Adobe Admin Console, so our site license ought to have Sign Enterprise equivalent access. Is anyone able to provide the URLs that lead to the Sign-specific administration page?
I accidentally sent a form with Complete in Order instead of Complete in Any Order (because it's set this way as default). Is there a way to change this after form submitted for signatures? I can't find an option under Manage. I'd also like to be able to change this default to Complete in Any Order to avoid this in future. Where would my admin find this setting? I found a reference to this being possible but not where the setting is located.
