Email phishing is one of the most prominent ways bad actors use to impersonate organizations to steal sensitive information. In 2023, the global average cost of a data breach increased to $4.45 million.   International regulators are taking notice and enacting laws to prevent organizations from sending digital communications, including emails with links to end customers. Hong Kong, Malaysia & Philippines in Southeast Asia are already enforcing businesses to comply with these rules or face monetary consequences.  These laws can impact Acrobat Sign customers, who often send emails with links to collect signatures from end customers. One such use-case is within Human Resources (HR). When hiring a new employee, organizations need to get documents signed for payroll, NDA, and access different services.   In the current flow, once the HR admin sends the agreement for signature, this employee will receive an email like the one below:    The “Review and Sign” but

I last did this in October, not sure why I am unable to do this now, but here we go: I have a 20-page form that I painstakingly made into a template.  I used to combine it with a customized letter and send one document to be completed and signed.  This no longer works. I have tried beginning with the letter and adding the template, and I have tried beginning with the template and adding the letter (both require a signature), but neither works.  I am now sending two documents for  signature.  Please explain how to do this or why I am no longer able to.... 

After uploading file through REST API documentation transientId works ok, I'm able to use it to create agreement. But when uplaoding file through my request implementation transientId I receive makes agreement creation cancelled.Somehow it looks like file is not created in second case, but transientId is issued without problem.Why are my agreements cancelled when getting transientId through python requests.POST, and it is ok when receiving it through REST API documentation examples?EDIT:Have fixed it with boundary changes (added File-Name Content-Type in multipart + appliccation/pdf Content-Type inside multipart boundary for file just before file content). Hope it helps someone else.

Our company has Adobe Acrobat DC for Teams. When we use the built-in Adobe Sign functionality, there is an option to "Add Files". When you do this and send multiple documents out for signature (to the same signer), when the signed copies are returned, the files are combined into one PDF and the "extract" function is disabled because of the digital signature protection. The only way we have found to separate them is to print and then scan and save each document individually. Is there a way to keep the documents separate when they are returned with signatures?Thanks in advance for any help.Josh H.

Hello, I apologize, this is my third post about my issue.  My first one may not have gotten enough rotation and it was suggested when I made a second post that I post under Adobe Sign Forum, instead.  I don't mean to sound discourteous, but this is a time sensitive problem for me. I currently have a fillable form contract that I was able to create with this software with help from all of you as well.  I thought I had it perfected but I was mistaken.  I am now encountering issues where the boxes checked are not showing up as checked when I use the request e signatures function or worse.  Say it's a required check box part of a set where you can only choose 1, when you send it for esignature the checked box is blacked out and one of the remaining boxes that were unchecked are now listed as a required field to be checked along with the signature when sent to the client.  Furthermore, the original checked box does not appear as checked on the documen

We have been using Adobe Sign for years now and has been fairly trouble free. We then received a report that the date/time stamp was not showing up for a user. We had the orginator of the document email us the document and we signed in the same field and the Signature was applied successfully with the date/time stamp. We checked a few other users and their signatures with date/time stamp also were fine. What could cause this issue and how would be go about fixing this? Thanks

I try to integrate the adobe sign with the microsoft dynamics f&o. For that i need to generate the access token everytime through post api call and generate the code value. so,instead of that i am trying to get the integration key from the user account using api call. is there any way to achieve it?

1. Person A fills out a form and asks person B to sign it 2. Person B signs it3. Person A and person B receive a copy of the signed document. How do I include a person C in step 3?  Person C plays bo role in the decision or the signature process, they do not need to approve anything, they do not need to acknowledge anything,  They just need to automatically receive the signed document once person B signs it. Does anyone know what person A needs to do to achieve this outcome?

Is there a published list of IPs/Domains for whitelisting?  We are working on the set-up of the Adobe API and would need the IP address to be whitelisted please.Can the port 443 be used as well??

I have created an automated flow in Power Automate to Request signatures via emailonce the Document is received to sign it, it is opened in Acrobat using the edge browser and requests to sign the Document,Until this moment everything was fine, this is when acrobar shows me 4 signing options (typing with the keyboard, adding an image, by phone message andwriting on the screen) but none of these are the ones I need (all the previous ones lack data on the signer and they are not legally endorsed in my country),My question is how to add the option to sign with a physical token? I clarify that by physical token I mean a physical card and its reader or USB Certificate that connectsto the equipment and that works to add a digital signature to the Document endorsed by a Certified entity.

 I am trying to add a default image like a stamp to my transient document using Adobe Sign form fields API. In Chat GPT and Gemini, it is mentioned to send the base64 encoded string of the image to the Image/Stamp field in Document via the Adobe Sign API but it didn't work.Even if not through API, can we add a default image to the Image/Stamp field using templates in Adobe Sign Console itself?PUT -- /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields/mergeInfoI tried using this endpoint in Adobe Sign API to add a default image/stamp to the field in the document. I have a MS Word document (letter) which has a date 'field' so the date is correct to my local time. I can see the document date is correct when I prepare it.But when I add this Word document to the documents for signing, the date changes by a day. Presumably it is resetting to a date somewhere in Adobe systems.I'm in Sydney Australia, can we please get a fix for this?

Sommige tekstvakken zijn verplicht, daar moeten ze bijvoorbeeld alleen de letter A neerzetten. Sommige tekstvakken zijn niet verplicht en daar kunnen ze wat tekst invullen. Nu is het zo dat de tekstvak te klein is voor wat ze invullen en de tekst dan niet automatisch naar de volgende regel gaat waardoor ik tekst mis op het ingevoerde formulier. Ik heb een voorbeeld van het formulier toegevoegd. Hoe kan ik dit oplossen?

Hey guys, hopefully someone can help me.We're Using a combination of Conga Composer, Salesforce and Adobe Sign to genereate Documents, create Agreements and let the customer sign the Documents.The Document and Agreement creation in Salesforce works fine, but if we want to send many different Agreements in on Action using "Send Agreement" (API: echosign_dev1__EchoSignSendAgreementBatchAction ) the Batch will run but the Agreements won't send to the receipients, it will set the Status to "Pre-Send" and nothing else happen. When i open our Adobe Account, i can see the Agreements in the Area Draft, but can't send them. I can only View or Edit them. But if i will send only one Agreement, it works fine. So is there a kind of Custom Setting in Salesforce i have to change, or do i have to change some configuration directly in our Adobe Account or is there anything else?

Adobe Sign (via Acrobat) to collec signatures.  It has changed DRASTICALLY since last week. I am trying to get to the legacy functionality.  But I can't seem to figure it out. Anyone else experience this? Any ideas?  I can upload my own form - but then I am unable to access my saved templates for my 2nd and 3rd documents to include on the same document.  Help!

Our business has just switched to Adobe Teams from all of them having their individual licenses with Adobe Pro. All around it sounds like a great idea, but there is a user that requests signatures all the time. It was working just fine in individual, but now since we have switched, she is unable to send a request for signatures. We have signed her out, and back in to try that, with no success. She has the same Adobe Pro, the only thing that has changed was she went from individual to Teams.

Since yesterday (3/27/2024), I have not been able to create any new adobe sign connector. When I click create connection, and then Connect as Acrobat Sign User, usually it takes me to a page where I can enter my credentials, but now it just shows an error page "Unable to authorize access because the client configuration is invalid: invalid_request" BEFORE I could even enter any credentials.I tried to sign in as the group admin, and it still does not work.  

I'm using the Adobe Acrobat addon for Google Drive, which I can click on a pdf file in GDrive and choose the addon to edit and send it out for signatures.  The addon then creates a .pdf file when it's pending for signatures:And when it is signed, it will change to this file:I will also receive an email with the signed file attached.The problem is the autosave file in my GDrive doesn't contain the Audit page like the one sent to me by email. I can't find anything in my setting about this issue. Hello all, I asked a similar question earlier.  It seems that there is nothing that can be set to remind me 6 months after an agreement is completed that it will expire.  However, is it possible to write a script that will automatically open and set a date on the local calendar/reminder software that the completed agreement will expire 6 months from the date of completion? Is it possible to set anything up like this: Special Script entered into properties of agreement.Agreement sent to client via esignature.Agreement signed by clientAgreement automatically sent to Owner now that the client has signedAgreement signed by ownerAgreement is now completedCompleted Agreement automatically sent to client, owner, me and anyone CCed in. Script automatically triggered that opens up local reminder or calendar software and creates reminder/event 6 months from date of completion to notify/remind us that agreement is expired or is about to expire. Is that at all po
