Adobe Acrobat Sign

I created the document for signatures.  I am not a signatory but am the owner and creator of the document.  Once all parties have signed, I need to be able to share it with others.  There is no option to share it, PDF it or any form of digital transmission.  I have to physically print the document, scan it, then email out the scanned version.   What needs to happen to allow me to share any signed document digitally with others, without these unnecessary steps?

Hi all,I'm getting an error in Acrobat when I try to send my document for signature that says "Could not send" "An error has occurred".When I tried sending on https://cloud.acrobat.com/sendforsignature I get the error: We have encountered an issue due to possible Adobe Id change. I know how to do this one document at a time, but is it possible to select multiple docs to delete?

I have a document that is a sign-up sheet with multiple fields for clients to fill out and return.  I have been sending them through "Send for Signature" to each individual's email address.  Is it possible to create a link to the blank fillable document that can be embedded in a mass email (I use Constant Contact)?

I am trying to add indivdual fields to a document to send out in bulk so that each receipent will receive a personalised document. I have looked at the video tutorial and have saved a csv with the headings in the correct format. I have added the form fields and called them the same name as in the csv file as per the instructions. However when I send the document the fields just show as blank text boxes that the signer can fill in rather than pre populated fields. Any assistance greatfully received. Shirley

Hello, I am trying to incorporate an Adobe webform into the quality management system for our business....   Long story short is that a drop-down field for 'Non-Conformance Type' keeps changing upon submission of the webform. I cannot have this field be incorrectly submitted.   In looking through here for a solution I find some suggestions to check commit to selected value immediately, or to make sure the field is not calculated.   I had both of these options selected on the .pdf I used to create the webform, but I do not see where to change these options in the webform editor itself. The edit options on the webform are not as advanced as in the editor beforehand. Am I missing something? I have resiliated my adobe sign account and would like to save thousand of signed contracts before the final deadline.  It would take ages to save contract by contract. Is there a way to batch this to be more efficient?  

I'm creating documenation for our IT team and curious if there is a way to export our current Account Settings so that we have a baseline of our settings?

How can I see previous files that I sent out for e-signature and the ones that has been signed elect

I cancelled an agreement after one party signed it. The second party is getting daily reminders to sign the agreement, even though it has been cancelled. How do we fix this? 

When requesting e-signatures, the document is not being forwarded to the second signer after the first has copmpleted it.  I am getting nottice that it has been forwarded.  However second signer has not been able to find the document.  This has happened more than once with different clients.

We are using Gigasign to send contracts to multiple signers, the first signature destination may want to add a a second signer for their organization, is there a way to allow them to do this? I can make the second signature field available to the first signer, but it is not intuitive as most then think they need to sign twice themselves(even though I make the second space optional), Would I would love is that they have the option to send (and enter in the second signer's email). I'm guessing this is not possible, but maybe I"m missing it. Thanks!

This is a bug that needs to be fixed. Adobe sign (online) drops the preceeding "0" on single digit day date field when brought in. The original Acrobat created document pdf  had the correct data...  "February/01/2025",  but after loading into Adobe sign, Adobe Sign converted the date to "Feruary/1/2025" thus causing an error in the expected format "mmmm/dd/yyyy".To fix, I have to manually ad back the "0" preceeding the day for every entry before it will send.(Of course if the date is a double digit day  "15", it works fine). Please fix this bug. Thx

Good Morning  I am a contractor and I use a pay application and waiver for my subs. I want to know if there is a way to embed the signature request in the form so I can just send them without creating the request in adobe for each one every week. Thanks 

When I compose a contract for signatures in Adobe Sign, the contract includes several portions that require signatures and other documents such as pricing exhibits, statements of work, etc that are also added to the software for inclusion in the signable contract.  The requestor can see all these documents combined into one PDF in the initial and signed version.  However, the recipients only see the portions of the combined document that they signed.  Therefore, when reviewing the PDF before signing, multiple exhibits are missing in the combined file.  They need to review these before signing even though they do not sign those particular documents.  Why is Adobe Sign removing these documents from their version of the PDF.  This is so confusing that different people see different versions of the combined file?  I see no option that is restricting visibility to the full set of documents.  It would seem you have to create a combined PDF before

I've tried everything! I cannot get my signed agreement to save back to the custom object I am sending the agreement from. Can someone please help? I see instructions to create a data mapping (I did this and added it to my agreement template). I see instructions to edit custom settings (not sure there is anything I need to edit here...).  It seems like it should be standard functionality to create an agreement record on the object you send the agreement from and then save the signed PDF back to Salesforce files of the record. Did I miss a setting during set up? Thanks!

I just want to verify I'm correct about this as I'm very new to Adobe Sign. I'm trying to create templates for our users, and on the templates we have 2 fields that need to be filled, but can be either pre-filled or entered by the participant. My take on it is this... while "Anyone" seems like the exact setting for this situation, that setting is incompatible with a "Required" field under the current design. When a field is required, then it MUST be pre-filled or you can't send it, making the "Anyone" setting irrelevant. Am I incorrect about this? My hope was that you could use Anyone and Required, and the result would be that whomever the last person in the workflow was would be required to fill in the field, if it wasn't filled in previously by someone else.

Hi, I've been using the Echosign Free account (5 signs per month) for years and when I went to send a document today it said: System Error you are not authorized to send documents. I called in and was transferred around three time, each time they said we have no record f your account. I explained I am logged in right now, and sent a document last month without issue. Supports response was to log a ticket here.... Is there someone from Adobe thata can assist with a grandfathered EchoSign account??? Robert James

Is this still not a feature that has been implemented? This is really frustrating as we have to store all our information, some of which we dont want other staff to be able to view/see in one place public to our organisation. Is there anyway around this or to prevent some groups from seeing agreements etc

Hi Is there a sandbox version for Adobe Acrobat Sign. Beacuse what ever Adobe agreemnets generated from the Trail version of conga composer it is appearing in the Production Adobe document? Best Regards SAJI
