Adobe Acrobat Sign

I received a document at work, clicked on the link which took me to Adobe Acrobat Sign, and I can't sign.  When I click in the signature box, nothing happens, right click and double click do nothing, there are no tools, so I can't insert my signature.  Mac 12.6.9 with Chrome 117.0.5938.149.

Starting this week, some of our customers have been faced with a screen requesting identity verification when we've sent them a quote for approval (through Salesforce and Conga, if that makes a difference).  We've been using Echosign / Adobe Sign for years, and this is the first time it's come up, and the customers are balking at the request. Our admins say they didn't change anything that should hit these users, so did Adobe turn something on globally? When I enter the email and then click on the window to customize the message for the signing client...it immediately closes and goes to the next step without allowing me to customize the message.  What is going on? This App has never worked like that.  I need to be able to customize messages to my clients. When Im asking them to sign contracts.Any feedback would be great, Thanks!

Hello,I have created a model and I would like to apply it to an agrement. Hello there, I'm trying to upload a document, create an agreement and send for signature via cloud flow using Power Automate. Simple test Word document with one text tag:   Simple cloud flow: The flow executes fine, the document is visible on the Sign portal:  But there is no email notification and the document in the portal seems to lack the text tags:  When I take the same document and start the sign process directly on the Sign portal with the "Send" menu option, everything looks fine:  Does anybody have any idea why this doesn't work with the cloud flow? Thank you in advance. Cheers,David

Thank you for your help.I delegated a signature, but the person who I delegated did not receive an email. When I checked the history of Acrobat Sign, the signature was executed and there was a history that the signature email was sent to the person who delegated it, but the history says "Email sent to xxxxxxx@xxxxx.co.jp bounced and could not be delivered”, indicating that the item could not be delivered.I asked my company's IT department to investigate, but there was no evidence that it had been blocked by a filter, and the mailboxes of the person who I delegated were not full. I don't know the cause and if you have any ideas, I would be very grateful if you could give me some advice.One point of concern is that the member who delegated the signature is currently on a business trip to China. I've created a template to work with a custom object and it's working well, with one exception. It's creating an attachment to the Agreement record. Since the agreement image is stored in Adobe Sign, is there a way to prevent Adobe Sign from creating an attachment related to the Agreement record? I've found a setting, Attach Merged Document, in the Adobe Sign Merge Mapping custom settings set to "checked", that I think is what I want, but it is disabled and I can't change it to unchecked.

Has anyone come across a way of keeping the format of a excel file so it doesn't appear to be a table in a word document? We have documents that have 10+ columns and upwards of 30 rows and I need to be able to show the approvers what the document will look like as well as any redlines/changes that are being requested.The way it's currently loading will not work for our system.  Thanks

Hello, After opening a Developer Adobe Sign Testaccount, I added the Add-In of Adobe Sign into a Sharepoint Site.I managed the account integration into the Addin Settings aswell and got all the Rights to edit the Site.When I tried to send a file for signing out of Sharepoint I just get the attached message. When i did the integration in another microsoft tenant, it worked though.Please assist!Best,    

We have an internal form that will be signed by three, sometimes four, people.  I added a digital id form field so that multiple people can sign the document.  After signing Adobe forces a document save, and really, that's not the actual issue.  The issue is that it forces the save locally and we need to save it to our DMS.  In our prior PDF application, we had the ability to do that because there was an option in the local save window to connect to the DMS.  Does anyone know how we can add that type of integration to the local save window?  Although we have an integration with our DMS, it does not show up in that window.  Of course I am creating a support ticket, but I thought I would also ask the community.   appreciate your assistance.  Thank you.

Hi everyone,  essentially, I want to use AdobeSign to get contracts signed by customers. For each customer I have very similar contracts, but they differ slightly. How can I create a template of my contract that i only change in certain places (ideally I get reminded where to change it) and then send it to my customer for their signature?I tried creating a pdf template with fields to fill out (e.g. name, address), but there are things for the customer to fill out and things for me to fill out and if I send the document like that, the customer can see what I filled out and can change that and I don't want that. Can anybody help me?  Hello, I pay for Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and ned to know if there is an option to add a personalised and save this message to my account for agreements to send out to sign so Request E signatures option that i use often?I always have to delete Adobe's standard message ''Please review and sign the agreement '' and add my own quite long text and would be helpful to be able to save just the message not the agreement as they change each time I send these out. Would appreciate your help.

When i request for e-signatures comes up (Authentication failed).my licence of Adobe Pro was working properly until my employer changed to a new management portal and i had to do a new registration with the same e-mail account.The company IT-support have removed my licence and deleted my profile but stil not working.Is this error due to the same email address? what can i do to solve this issue? See attachments. Thansk in advance.

Hey, Have question we have a team that would like to send Adobe Sign docs out to clients but from a shared mailbox instead of users sending from there own individual email address which could cause issues if someone leaves and also alows the team to monitor cases easier. I have read that you can setup a group under an Enterprise agreement but cannot find any specific guides etc, are you able to help?

Hi all, I'm working with Adobe Sign via an API call which sends a document out for signature. I'm using the POST method (/agreements) detailed here: https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement I'd like to include two fields for the signer: a signature field and a date field. So I'm using the 'formFieldGenerators' parameter, which is supposed to place fields on the agreement prior to sending out for signature. In my document, I have a signature section which I'm trying to use as the anchor text for the signature field. However; every time I use the parameter 'formFieldGenerators' Adobe Sign seems to ignore it, automatically placing a Signature Box at the bottom of the agreement and not including the fields detailed in the 'formFieldGenerators' parameter. We're currently in the beginning stages of implementing E-Sign internally and thus far we've had a single point of contact responsible for creating the templates we're utilizing. However, that person is scheduled to retire in approximately 5 months so we're trying to understand the best workflow moving forward. We'd like to be able to hand the reigns of editing over to someone else but as far as I can currently tell, there's no way for someone to edit a Template that has been created by another user. I have an entrerprise plan: Adobe Pro for Teams. But, I still can't choose the email's language when I request a signature. I don't have that option, like if I had an individual plan (which it's not this case).Can you help me?
