Hi everyone, essentially, I want to use AdobeSign to get contracts signed by customers. For each customer I have very similar contracts, but they differ slightly. How can I create a template of my contract that i only change in certain places (ideally I get reminded where to change it) and then send it to my customer for their signature?I tried creating a pdf template with fields to fill out (e.g. name, address), but there are things for the customer to fill out and things for me to fill out and if I send the document like that, the customer can see what I filled out and can change that and I don't want that. Can anybody help me? Thanks
Hello, I pay for Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription and ned to know if there is an option to add a personalised and save this message to my account for agreements to send out to sign so Request E signatures option that i use often?I always have to delete Adobe's standard message ''Please review and sign the agreement '' and add my own quite long text and would be helpful to be able to save just the message not the agreement as they change each time I send these out. Would appreciate your help.

Hey, Have question we have a team that would like to send Adobe Sign docs out to clients but from a shared mailbox instead of users sending from there own individual email address which could cause issues if someone leaves and also alows the team to monitor cases easier. I have read that you can setup a group under an Enterprise agreement but cannot find any specific guides etc, are you able to help?
Bonjour, Quelqu'un sait comment envoyer une feuille à signer en envoi en masse mais en mettant les destinataires en copie cachée? Merci,Bonne journée,Aurélie
Hi all, I'm working with Adobe Sign via an API call which sends a document out for signature. I'm using the POST method (/agreements) detailed here: https://secure.na4.adobesign.com/public/docs/restapi/v6#!/agreements/createAgreement I'd like to include two fields for the signer: a signature field and a date field. So I'm using the 'formFieldGenerators' parameter, which is supposed to place fields on the agreement prior to sending out for signature. In my document, I have a signature section which I'm trying to use as the anchor text for the signature field. However; every time I use the parameter 'formFieldGenerators' Adobe Sign seems to ignore it, automatically placing a Signature Box at the bottom of the agreement and not including the fields detailed in the 'formFieldGenerators' parameter. This signature box includes a signature field and an email field. I'm copying my JSON body for a request (removing emails and transient doc ID) in which I
We're currently in the beginning stages of implementing E-Sign internally and thus far we've had a single point of contact responsible for creating the templates we're utilizing. However, that person is scheduled to retire in approximately 5 months so we're trying to understand the best workflow moving forward. We'd like to be able to hand the reigns of editing over to someone else but as far as I can currently tell, there's no way for someone to edit a Template that has been created by another user. This seems...not ideal. The best answer I found was from over 5 years ago: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/how-to-update-the-template-created-by-someone-else/m-p/9617609Has there been any traction on this? Is there still no way to allow another individual to edit a Template that someone else created? What's the best way for us to move forward in preparing for this individual's departure as they're the current owner? Duplicating ALL the documents by a
Hi there.Under e-sign there used to be the tool "create a template".Till yesterday was operational, but now is not. Could you please advise? Is that possible to be subscription issue?Thank you.
I have an entrerprise plan: Adobe Pro for Teams. But, I still can't choose the email's language when I request a signature. I don't have that option, like if I had an individual plan (which it's not this case). Can you help me?
I sent a document out for signature and all three people have signed. Now Acrobat is asking for another signature and won't process the document any further. What's wrong?
Hello, I have many documents sent out for signature but it seems none of the signers are receiving them- everytime i send them i receive a confirmation that it has been sent. and i can now see that they are still many documents pending signatures on my queue..however in one case, that was already routed 3 times , none of the signers received it- Can someone please assist me with this?
I have an Adobe Sign template with text fields that I would like to allow any participant to edit. This is how I would like it to work: Participant 1 enters information into the text field and signs the documentParticipant 2 can edit the information entered by Participant 1 if necessary and sign the documentParticipant 3 can edit the information entered by Participant 2 if necessary and sign the document. I have accomplished this with Adobe Pro but not in Adobe Sign with a workflow. Also, I've uploaded the form that works in Adobe Pro to Adobe Sign as a template but haven't had success that way either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
How can I remove the registered email address from free trial to enterprise account
Hi guys! I registered on Adobe to integrate adobe sign via API. Though, Adobe Sign API is disabled in my developer console. There is no glue how to enable it. The tooltip says 'contact your account administrator' which is a senseless message 'cause I am an account administrator myself. Do you know how to enable this feature? Thanks.
Hi, We are using the Acrobat Sign trial version to explore its functionalities. I find I'm only able to upload Word docuemnt when using Document Builder to create Agreement template. Anyone knows if we can upload PDF document to generate the template? If not, how we can map the fields from Salesforce to the PDF document? Thanks!
The initial selection would be required, however the ability to also select other choices in addition to the original selection. In my attempt to setup, I can select one field (required) but selecting an additional field "unchecked" the original field selectedSomething like:Reason(s) for cancellingOption 1Option 2Option 3Option 4In the use case, both Option 1 and Option 3 could be selected.
I have searched and searched and searched and i'm cross-eyed, so now i'm reaching out for help. Is there a way to email out a fillable checklist pdf to multiple recipients, IN ORDER, so they can complete their checklist items on this document and then e-sign....and then this same form gets emailed to the next person? My problem is, the fillable fields do not stay fillable after the 1st person signs it so the next person cannot edit the fields. ALSO, not every recipient needs to e-sign...they may just have to complete a few fillable fields. I need to form to visit every recipient, whether it's just to complete a few fillable fields, just e-signature or both, and the SAME form come back to me complete, with all fillable fields in tact. I hope this makes sense, and thank you in advance!
During the certificate signing process, you can (should) "review document content that may affect signing." This is the process I'm referring to: Tools > Forms & Signatures > Certificates > Certify (Visible Signature) > designate the location for your digital ID certificate signature (use the cursor to draw a rectangle where you want your digital signature to appear) > Sign Document > Sign with a Digital ID > Choose the Digital ID that you want to use for signing (click radio button) > Continue > Review document content that may affect signing > Review. (Suggestion for Adobe: Explain what "content that may affect signing" means with a footnote or similar.) If your document does not contain any problematic content, you will see (after clicking on the Review button) "Document warnings have been reviewed." (Suggestion for Adobe: This message is not obvious [grey font on grey background], plus its meaning is not c
I added the signature block to one of the signers, and it is the only block that appears when I preview it. However, once I send the document, Adobe automatically adds a signature block with the recipients email address underneath it at the bottom of the page. I cannot find a setting that will prevent this from happening.
I am trying to send a document to three different recipients to fill out and sign. There are some fields that I want only one recipient to be able to edit, and some fields I want any recipient to be able to edit. Adobe seems to allow allow me to assign only one recipient to a field. I would like to allow any recipient to be able to check a checkbox in the document, but Adobe forces me to choose one recipient only to be able to check the checkbox. Is this something that can be changed?
Where are digital signatures stored in adobe sign?
Hi, I have a document that needs to be signed by 8 people. However, I could only invite 6 people using Adobe e-sign. Therefore, I thought I would invite first 6 people and then invite the 2 left people. Unfortunately, now that the pdf file has been signed by all 6 people, it is locked and secured, and I am unable to edit it or send it again via e-sign to request the last 2 signatures. I had hoped that I would be able to edit the pdf file, since I am the owner. What can I do? Thank you in advance.
I probably set this up wrong, but I cannot figure out how. I purchased a "PersonalSign 1" certificate from GMO GlobalSign, but when I sign my own document, it reads "certificate issued by Adobe CDS CA", like this: Here is the GlobalSign certificate as listed within Adobe Acrobat Pro > Edit > Preferences > Signatures > Identity & Trusted Certificates > More... > Windows Digital IDs:And here is what shows under "Digital IDs": I am not sure why it is a "Windows Digital ID" stored in the "Windows Certificate Store", as I did not purchase the certificate from Windows. But (if I remember correctly) I initially tried using the GlobalSign certificate with Microsoft Word 365, so maybe that's why? But then I also have that .pfx file, so I'm confused. Here are my settings for "Usage Options": If someone were to check the certificate, it all looks good (see image below), it just doesn't say it is a GlobalSign certificate.
I created a doc and tried to send for e-sign, first it said my word doc wasn't a valid file, which never happened before so I converted to PDF and tried again, after I added in recipient email addresses it said there was an error to contact customer service, when I tried that I got transferred 2x then they disconnected and I got a message they were closed.
