Adobe Acrobat Sign

I have 5 agreements that show both participants have completed their actions, but the agreements still show up in the In Progress queue, rather than being moved to the Completed queue. Any ideas on how to remedy this?

We have disabled JavaScript on our systems for security reasons. However we have a few use cases where we need to use it. I followed this guide to configure everything:https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/AppSec/trust.html#certified-document-trust Certificate trust chain is in place and everything trusted. After that I signed a document and opened it but JavaScript is still disabled. Do you have an idea what could be the problem and how to troubleshoot this?

Does anyone know how to clear or fix a bounced email for a document you have sent out for signature? There were several people signing and just one person's email bounced and it was their correct email. All of the other signers have completed the signature request and I would like to have the last party sign the same document.  They have indicated have not received the doc from Adobe Sign as well and I can not figure out how to clear the bounced email and or how to resend it to the individual I need the signature for?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.  

We learned that there is an issue when we tried to upgrade to Adobe V24 .  Apparently the Coga paramenter that allows you to call a specific Adobe Sign Template Id  does not work!   This is refrenced in  Conga issueCM-4622 Send for E-Signature in Adobe Sign integration with Composer using the ESAgreementTemplateID parameter redirects to the home page and fails to send the email.  I am following up with Conga this week,   but I wonder if other users with Conga and Adone Sign have experienced this issue and have any workaround -  Is there another way to specify an Adobe Sign template when passing the pdf to Sign ??Thanks Tom

Hi, I am unable to send or bulk send documents for signature. I initiated an upgrade in our plan after being told I would be able to run reports. After being told by another representative that you can only run reports using the enterprise plan, I canceled the upgrade and reverted back to the previously used monthly subscription. For some reason, now I am unable to use send or bulk send for signature, when I had no issues previous to updating and canceling the update (this happened within hours on the same day). I work weekends and this is highly inconvenient. Especially with no one being available at customer services to address and issue that really should not have happened in the first place. Please help...hopefully, today.

Hi, I'm using the Dynamic 365 Adobe Sign managed solution to send Adobe Sign documents from Dynamics 365.  When I use the AddDocument activity in AdobeSignPlugins, it fails to find the form that I attached to the notes but the activity step is still successful.  Is there anyway to trouble-shoot this?  I've attached a screenshot of the D365 system job showing it was successful.  I won't know until runtime what templates I want to include in the form. Is there an alternative to using AddDocument activity in AdobeSignPlugins?  I'm proficient at writing D365 C# plugins and custom workflow activities Thank you for any help, Richard  

I'm using Adobe Sign for Salesforce and setting up the recipients for an agreement template. I want the recipients to be selected dynamically based on the starting record. If I understand this documentation correctly, the two ways to do this are based on a field from the starting object or using a runtime variable. The field from the starting object appears to only use fields on the starting object, not on a related record or anything more advanced. And I'm triggering Adobe Sign from Nintex DocGen, which apparently can't use runtime variables. In an ideal world, I'd like one signer to be determined by a SOQL query or something similar and the other signer to be determined by a contact ID stored in a custom setting. Are there any other options for setting the recipients? Or good tricks to approximate this behavior?

Is there a way of making changes to Sign such as switching one of the documents out or adding a signer without canceling the entire thing and starting over? 

I canceled an agreement because the signer ended up stopping by the office and signing. I went into AdobeSign and canceled the agreement, but it still shows it is "in progress". When I open it, there is no cancel link and status says it is canceled. However, it continues to send reminders and I can't stop it. If I click the link from the email reminder, it says the agreement was canceled. If I try to click the reminder button, it freezes up and doesnt go anywhere. This has been going on for a week now.I need to stop the reminders.Please help!

Can I do this? Why is there not a simple email or phone number, you say "Real People" under your support link but this just sends me around in circles.  Anway can I upgrade from Individual to Teams as I have multiple staff now, means more licences for you. Or Docusign have support so can ask them. 

Hi,  I create PDF form with submit button but when i upload it to Acrobat sign > publish web form the button disapeared. I create to button, one to send the form to my email and another button to save the document in SharePoint online. thanks 

When we send a document for e-signing via e-mail we set it up so it sends to the intended receipient and also set colleague gets a copy too. However, everytime a document is sent it also gets sent to the same separate e-mail address everytime too. We believe this was the e-mail address the account was originally set up on. The problem is we can't find any where in the account or e-signature settings that references this e-mail address. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

We are having issues with adobe application not being able to send documents. The error message: Adobe Sign you are not authorized to send documents for signature.  Signed out - signed back in Removed application - added back in. able to login and select E-signature - unable to send as this error comes up: you are not authorized to send documents for signatureDocuments can be sent via Web version on adobe.  This is happning to more then one user. Why is Esign so flacky?  Any help please 

I can't find the "message template" option  in Adobe Sign using the directions from Adobe.  I don't know what I'm doing wrong?

Hi, I have sent 280 agreeements. For any unknown reason (I guess email spam policy) I  have not received by email every individual agreement sign. I know that I can download one by one from the Adobe sign site every single agreement, but given the hign number of agreements, downloading single agreements would take a lot of time, so is there any option to download all the signed agreements ?Thanks

I created a document that needs 2 other people to sign. The activity log shows the document was sent to the first person, who signed the document. It also shows it has NOT sent to the second person. I can set a daily reminder for person #2 but can't send them an immediate reminder to push the email through (they don't show as an option to check for immediate reminder, only I and the first signer do). I've triple checked the email and info for person #2 and it is all correct, and they have checked spam folders and have not received and email (which is not surprising as the activity log shows no email was sent to them). How do I push this to them so that they can sign? Thanks!

Today, two team members have exeprienced fully signed documents, where the "Signed and Filed" Email has been received, but the document remains on the "In Progress" screen instead of moving to the "Completed" screen.  They have logged on/off of both Adobe Sign and their PC but the issue still wasn't resolved. Is there currently an issue with Adobe Sign?

Hi,We are currently rolling out intune as our mobile management, and have added Adobe fill and sign as an ios app, but when users try to import the document they get the error "could not import document"We have already tried the device configuration part on intune for adobe but still no luck.Any asistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi - Is there anyway to edit the "date" format in the export? I'd like the date to be excel compitable, so that when I mark it as a "date", it reads it as one. Right now, it does not read it as a date for me:2023-08-09T19:26:38+0000Which is confusing because I know excel formatting supports the ability to include time and date, so I'm not sure why the export WOULDN'T be in this format already. Ideally, I'd like to be able to remove "time" from showing entirely. I currently have to take my download, add a column, split up the date by the "T", and then delete that column.

Hi,Is there a way to see in progress documents for a staff you manage?  An example would be a staff is termed and I need to see what they have outstanding to be sure we get signatures.
