I'm reading about the 'Follower' behavior in Adobe Aero, and it made me wonder if building a very simplistic Pac Man game maze might be possible. The bumping into walls might be hard, but I'm curious if I can have the 'ghosts' follow the player using Aero 'Follower' behavior is what I'm trying to test. I will try it out anyways but just wondering what tips anyone can forsee?

I'm using Aero on an iPad and I can get all the way through the tutorial but then I get a stuck in a "Loading your documents..." continuous loop. Also, when I try to open in Windows it's completely blank. I've tried:Different accountsDifferent iPadsCompleted the tutorialBy-passed the tutorial
I open the app and it's just stuck on loading documents and have no dicuments to load. I can't do anything on it at all
Hi Support team I recently took a dive into the world of AR on a client project. I work in the field of medical device design and suggested we use Adobe Aero to show of new product concepts at a trade show our client had a booth at. Overall I was impressed with the speed and simplicity of workflow for getting a instrument and consumable from Solidworks into Keyshot and then into Adobe Aero. This worked really well for me and I was quickly able to itterate with differenc colors, textures, labels etc. BTW, I suggest that you develop some videos on this workflow as it would be useful for other Industrial Designers like myself. I did however run into one rather significant issue that I was not able to resolve. This was the fact that when my client scanned the QR code I generated and loaded the experience on their iPad some of the parts in the experience were simply not there. For example I had an instrument, consumables, tablet display and barcode scanner. And fo
Would really love the ability to lock objects in place when they are activated by an image anchor. This would allow precision for indoor experiences that utilize the built environment and have very low tolerance for misplaced horizontal or vertical anchors. I imagine this feature could be pretty easily integrated as the functionality is already present in horizontal and vertical anchors.
I imported a tree glb file (tree model & textures, all in a zip folder) into aero and it retained texture and model info correctly, I can view it correctly in edit and preview mode. However, when I try viewing it using mobile with Aero viewer, it does not work, the model is grey/yellow and texture info is not retained. [correct model:] [yellow/grey model in preview: ]
On the Aero website I clicked on try Aero Beta and Aero Beta was added to my creative cloud subscription. I installed 0.23.4 build 125 and it does not start with the Earth and does not have a geolocation option. Is there a difference between Aero Beta and Aero geospatial Beta?What am I doing wrong?Is there a link to signup for Aero geospatial beta? Brad Carvey

Hi - I am playing with Aero and tried to launch an experience on my pixel. It works via teh QR and the direct link - but when I try via an NFC tag (using the same link) - it brings me to ar.adobe.com/landing - not the actual experience. Any ideas?
Hi there, I have checked the "snap anchor to the ground" option and placed an image sequence asset on the second floor with occlusion masking but the anchor point seems to be shifting around when I go up and down the stairs. (see attached video clip) Is it supposed to be that way? If it is, object/asset alignment problems will occur, especially when creating an AR experience across different height levels where there are staircases or different floor levels.Is there any other ways to overcome this issue? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks! Another problem is that when I activate the AR from the link or QR code from the 5th floor for example, it will regard that as the floor height and I could see my image sequence asset on the 6th floor.It would be nice to have a feature or function to get the altitude of the user and set the anchor point accurately. For example, when I activate my AR experience from the 5th floor, the asset should be on the 2nd floor corridor.

I'm currently building a webpage from which users can launch 3 separate Adobe Aero AR projects. Within that webpage, users need to be able to open all three projects in Aero. Currently, the flow doesn't work smoothly for iOS - I'd like to open an Aero project from inside the browser in Aero. Is there anyway it can be possible to open a secondary project from the in-app browser or is there anyway to circumvernt the inner browser?
Hi everyone, I encounter an issue that I am unable to figure out. The interaction is just a simple tap on an image and proceed to the next image. On this example, I was trying to tap on the 1st image, it works but the subsequent image, the tap interaction did not work. I have a screenshot of my behaviours. 1 represent the 1st image while the 2 is the 2nd image whereby the issue arise.
I recntly got back to usig aero and am loving the new interface. I set my action to start automatically and saved as a .real file but it does not start automaticaly. I do not know if it is because i have the Aero app on my phone and it is opening in there but I have to hit preview. is there a way I can test it to see how those that I share it with will view it? I created the experience in the Aero app on a Mac laptop running Monterrey 12.7.2. I used my own 3D animated cartoon Rabbit which I animated in Mixamo. I am playing it on an updated pro Max and it opens automatically in the app. I do not want my users to have to click to play to see the danciing Easter Bunny.
New Tutorial idea - it would be great if there's a focused 8-10 min walk through of how to make a gif or animation in Adobe After Effects from scratch (could be something as simple as 2 rotating shapes in After Affects), then import it into Adobe Aero (desktop). I was inspired after watching your getting started tutorials https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/tutorials.html, but some examples showed content created outside of Aero and I don't know those products (like After Effects).
My character model comes in looking really janky and I can't figure out why. The model was created using the Polycam app (photogrammetry), exported as .OBJ, then the whole .OBJ zip folder was drag-and-dropped into Mixamo to rig and add an animation. Then it was saved as .FBX (binary) and imported into Aero desktop, where I added the behavior (the Mixamo animation) and saved as a Dimension file (Aero Experience) on the Creative Cloud. But when I open it on Aero mobile app on my iphone, the character model looks bisected down the middle and really distorted and damaged looking. Any ideas what is going wrong??

I have to make this scene and I have several objects imported from blender, all .gltf, and only one image texture isn't loading into Aero on the desktop or mobile and I have no idea why. You can see how it should look in the picture of the panel rendered on https://gltf.report/ so I know it can't be an issue with the file. In the image of the scene in Aero, you can see other textures and image textures are working fine so I don't get whats wrong??
