Adobe Aero

 GM I can't find the location option to add as an anchor point, I have the latest update installed, am I forgetting something? 

PNG sequence not displaying. Aero Version: 0.23.4Equipment: Macbook Pro 13, Sonomo 13.2.1;  ipad and iphoneScene: 3 assets Asset 1- layered png created in Procreate, edited/exported from Photoshop.   --No problem with Asset 1Asset 2- Animaged PNG sequence of a heart, created/exported: Procreate, then zipped and dropped into Aero.  duplicated 20 times within Aero.Actions: tap > play image sequence > pop sound as it dissapears > show 2 heart instances.--No problem with Asset 2Asset 3- Animated PNG sequence of a label, created in Procreate, exported and zippedDrag and dropped into Aero.  Works perfectly in preview mode.Attempt 1: Action: tap asset 1 > show label > play image sequence > tap > close labelAsset 3 does not appear when viewing from shared link or QR codeReturn to desk top versoin: Asset 3 is now not visible regadless of "eye on" or "eye off" no way to make visible to me, I see the XYZ controller box for Asset, no asset. &

Recording an Augmented Reality experience in "Adobe Aero Geospatial Creator", I have noticed that if I want to record the video not continuously, but recording different moments of it, every time I record again after having recorded a section, the experience restarts from the beginning. So I don't see any other alternative than to record the entire experience. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows a way to fix it ?. Thank you very much for help.

Hi! I successfully imported audio to my Aero project. I can hear it in Preview mode, but when viewing it through my iPhone, it's silent. There is no audio on/off option on the screen. What could be happening? 

I have created an Adobe Aero AR project using Geospatial. But whenever I scan the QR code and want to see the AR experience, the app closes. So it hangs up.

Hi we are from Ruthram media, we are virtual reality developing company since 2018. Now we are stepped into augumented reality to grow our business. So I installed adobe aero in my iPod pro device. But there is no option for location based AR in my iPod, please suggest me that feature in my device.

I've been designing vodka and wine bottles and want to view them with realistic glass transparency on Aero for mobile/iPad. While the transparency is visible in Adobe Substance Stager and similar software, it disappears when I view the models in Aero. How can I keep the transparent glass effect intact in Aero?I understand the reasons why it might not work, but I was wondering if there was a work aroundThank you, N

Ive been making digital sculptures in NOMAD (like blender) and exporting them into aero however Aero has failed to maintain the texture and colour of the original files. I have tried trouble shooting by baking textures in blender as well but it has still failed. Does anyone have a solution? How can i maintain a colour and texture in Aeros software? Do i need to use Adobe Substance? (i am trying to achieve a soft colour and a glossy texture) Ive been exporting the files as both an GLB and an OBJ- neither of which have worked in terms of texture. each time it ends up being a dark orange colour/ or white and matte.If you have tips please share!

I was checking some resources about the Geospatial feature in Adobe Aero which Google is providing, I am using Adobe Aero right now. Still, Google's Geospatial feature exists only in the pre-release version.Please help me with this, I would like to explore more about this!

Hi @markhellar  , I'm making an augmented reality poster for a college project so just beginning to dip my toes into the evidently very deep pool of AR. I was just wondering if there was away of making my Aero experience more accessible for a wider audience by making it work somewhere other than the Adobe Aero instant app. I've been having problems anyway because my phone isn't supported on Aero Play which means I'm relying on other people's devices to test it. I was just curios if I could make a web versioin or if there is a way to make i more accessible and how to do that?Thanks,Freddie

Hello all, I currently have 3 AR projects I'm working on for university and all are under 50mb, using GLTF/GLB models, however whenever I try to open them on my phone or access them through the QR code, the app loads for a bit and then crashes without an error message! Anyone had this issue? Cheers

I was wondering if it were possible to have multiple AR experiences without having multiple QR codes or using the same image?For example, one QR code that opens an experience but then maybe have some sort of trigger that if it's looked at at a different time, day it loads a differrent experience/object etc.Or have one image (or multiple) in a brochure, book etc that shows/triggers different experiences.Is something like this possible? Is there a workaround or some sort of variation on this idea?I think for example it would be cool if the person looking at the QR code see's one thing then the following week something else to keep interest and repeat veiwings.Kind of like map locations triggering multiple experiences but on one object or pages in a book.

I'm making an AR integrated catalogue for my company, so someone can scan a qr code off a page and visualize the product in 3D space Aero was awesome for this, but suddenly all my projects from around 3 months or further have stopped working! Any scan results in "There was a problem loading, Check your internet connection" My most recent projects don't have this issue! I can scan a QR code of a product I generated about a month ago and it works fine.  Worst of all, when I apply changes to my old projects and try to scan the QR code, it still doesn't work! Same error.  These are small files, about 80kb, and super simple face-wise.  I really need help with this, otherwise I will have to scrap my project or look for other ways to integrate 3d models using QR codes. Any ideas on why my old models no longer function? I can open and access and update the files just fine, but no QR code works for them. I am trying on both desktop and mobile.

I am new to Adobe Aero and need some tips .After I send a link or QR code to someone and no longer want them to view it again can I turn off the link or restrict access?  

Hi, In the introduction to Aero the page states:"Location-based experiences allow you to anchor an AR experience to a specific GPS location." found referenced on this Adobe page:https://helpx.adobe.com/aero/how-to/augmented-reality-introduction-aero.html I would like to use Aero to create a walking tour experience of our property(7 acres). What I have read about Aero seems to indicate this should be possible.Where can I find tutorial/instruction on placing GPS specific events and connecting them as one big experience.Any input is greatly appreciated.

I'm developing a project and I would like to power some features with Adobe Aero or to be able to work the AR in Aero but to use straight my app as a visualizer. Is this possible?

When I preview my scene in Adobe Aero (Beta) on my PC (Windows 11) it works fine, but once I turn it into a QR code and scan it with my phone. I get this red error on my phone and the screen stays black, it doesnt show my target image. My estimated project size is 55.24 MB.
