Hello,I can’t re-install the photoshop app on my macbook pro.  and when i tried to open thr former one it said: "You can't open the app "Adobe Photoshop 2026" because it may be damaged or incomplete."help please

Pessoal, preciso de uma ajuda. Comprei uma assinatura oficial do Photoshop há poucos dias e, desde então, não consigo usar o programa. Sempre que abro, aparece a mensagem dizendo que não foi possível verificar o status da assinatura e que parece não haver conexão com a internet, mesmo minha internet funcionando normalmente. O mais estranho é que consigo acessar minha conta Adobe sem problemas, mas a página "Meus Planos" nunca carrega. Já desinstalei todos os aplicativos da Adobe, utilizei a Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, reinstalei tudo do zero, limpei DNS, redefini o Winsock e o problema continua exatamente igual. Alguém já passou por isso ou sabe o que pode estar acontecendo? Qualquer ajuda é muito bem-vinda. Obrigado!

 Se me actualizó el móvil y se me desinstalo la app y al volver a descargar no se me restauraron todas las fotos perdí 20.000 fotos trabajos importantes y tenía trabajo que terminar que tengo que entregar

The mouse cursor remains completely visible on the desktop and in other applications. The cursor vanishes only when moved over the Premiere Pro interface. Even though the cursor is invisible inside Premiere Pro, hovering over main menu items still shows highlight/hover effects, and clicking still works—only the cursor graphic itself is hidden. Ao acessar a parte do site do Firefly para geração ou edição de vídeos, ele não permite acessar nenhuma funcionalidade, desde ver o vídeo da tela principal, acessar minha conta no canto superior direito do site até voltar para tela inicial clicando na seta no canto superior esquerdo. Não é como se o site estivesse travado, pois consigo mudar as configurações gerais, mas não faço mais do que isso. Para sair da tela, somente fechando o site e abrindo novamente. Este erro só está acontecendo para a parte de vídeos. Para realizar edição de imagens, áudio e todo o resto, o site esta funcionando perfeitamente. Já tentei mudar de navegador, mas continua do mesmo jeito 

Always Premiere Pro and After Effects are coming with bugs i dont know why

Le bug est le suivant ! Je passe la sourie sur les boutons de sélections exemple: sur la ligne du prompt impossible d’y mettre du texte … , incérer une photo a gauche pas possible, en haut à droite impossible d’acceder a mon compte  ... enfin rien ne fonctionne ...

I changed my plan from the previous one, where I was only paying for Illustrator (€26), to the student plan for €19, which I have also already paid for. After installing Photoshop, I now get the message: “Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application.”

The blend mode is not working. When I am changing it to screen fr example, the mode goes automatically back to normal.Does it happen to someone else?I have mac Tahoe 26.5.2. Latest version of Premiere Pro beta.

With the last update, my actions don’t run correctly.  I have to press play at each step to get it to work. I have one set of actions that work best in Button mode, but I noticed the option to switch between is no longer there.

It's not applying the changes I've made; Firefly, Photoshop, and AI either don't apply the changes at all, telling me to try again later, or they produce bad results. I haven't made any progress on my work in the last 3 days.

When editing existing text layer, adding a space within the text layer crashes photoshop. Trashed prefs, re-installed, still crashing. Mac OS Sequoia 15.7.7 / Photoshop 27.8 (also in beta)

Al importar las fotos jpg en lighrtoom mobile, cambian drásticamente a color rojo. Si exporto esa foto a galería sin tocarle nada,se guarda así tal cual roja.Es un cambio muy drástico , no consigo encontrar la solución ni tampoco ponerme en contacto con adobe 

In the import module only one file with extension.dng shows up and its greyed out this is where I have a .mp4 clip if I click cancel the module changes to edit where I also have an import window if I click there I can see the file an import

buenas, hace ya varias semana que la pagina de adobe se me traba cada vez que quiero generar una imagen, apreto varias veces el boton generar y no hace nada, refresco varias veces la pagina y sigue sin funcionar, tengo puntos, trabajo con esto, necesito que me lo solucionen

학생 플랜으로 결제했는데요, 메일에서 처리 중 문제가 생겼다면서 기다리라고 하는데 처리가 되면 돈이 나간다는데 돈은 이미 나간 상태이고, 플랜 취소 하려고 계정 관리에 들어갔는데 처리된 플랜 없다고 뜨고 주문 내역도 없고 이거 어떻게 해결하죠?

The delete option behind the three dots doesn't work. I always get an error message saying the file can't be deleted because it's in use. Suggestions to solve the problem? I don´t want to uploade files, but the app always tries.

Tenho um plano de 140,00 que tem direito a todos os app's, só que percebi que esta vindo cobrando duas vezes ao mês e agora eu recebi uma cobrança de 755,01 x1 no cartão,não sei o que esta acontecedo, o suporte de IA não resolve nada nem no Telefone deles.não sei ais o que fazer.
