Adobe Aero

I'm importing a transparent PNG into Aero, however, it loses it's colour when imported. I have attached screenshots to show what the image should look like (in Illustrator), what it looks like in Aero and how it turns out in the live preview in Aero. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It would be nice if we could share what we see in our iphone or ipad in large screen using airplay to a large crowd. 

Has anyone been able to sync an audio file with a gif?  Exported character from Character Animator with Alpha, took to PS, exported as gif.  Brought gif into Aero and am trying to make the lips match the audio file I start at the same time.  Tricky but trying.  Any success stories?

Animated Sets is not working in Publish AR it only works on Preview Mode

Hello,Is it possible to pin AR objects to a specific location? Let's say i want to pin interactive information boxes to desks, chairs, closets... And have them fixed to those things so everyone who uses Aero in the office can see the objects in the same locations? I made one simulation on Solidworks for articulated robot. Every axis origin is defined on part/axis rotation/origin point. (not on the robot base) I exported this simulation to .glb format. If i import this .glb file to adobe aero, all axes looks seperated, like as exploded image. The reason is for example; joint 1 and joint 2 has different origin and there is a distance between of them on solidworks. When i imported that file on adobe, aero is putting this distance again as extra. If i define all part origin on robot base, during rotations because of the center point it's not working correct. I tried many times but i couldn't find solution, if you have any suggestion/solution, i'm listening carefully.Thanks.

Same thing happenes with every file i try to open.I'm on MacOs 12.4My Aero version is 0.18.4 #241Please help 🙂 .

I am working on an AR experience showing a product and it's colour and accessories. Wonder if I can trigger the colour change via a flat graphic (not in AR) anchored to the screen, almost like a menu. Thanks!

I am looking to create a language learning AR project where users can scan QR codes, images, or objects within one project space to get an interactive image of the word and sound of the pronunciation. The sounds and images are easily created at the moment but applying multiple anchors into a project seems to be impossible at this time. This would be a game changer for the work that I do with people with diverse learning needs. Please could this be implemented!

Galaxy S20 does not support the viewer app despite the sepcs saying so. How many years has Aero remainded in beta? 2+?  

Hopefully someone can help me with this because the user guide for Aero didn't. I'm learning Aero and decided to try a simple solar system with the Aero assets. Having an issue figuring out hoe to get the moon to orbit the earth while the earth is doing it's orbit. I have all the planets orbiting the sun fine but when I try and have the moon orbit the earth, just testing the orbit action once it works but when I preview it the moon's path orbits the sun.  Not sure what I'm missing and again the user guide and support chat where of no help. I know this is still in beta but I would the user guide that they have would be usable.

Hi! So I was playing around with adobe Aero and it seems it has a hard time maintaining the anchor point when using large objects. I designed a structure that its meant to have people walking inside that structure and every time the phones move inside it the composition moves along with it and all falls out place. Does anyone had this issue before? Thanks

I've been working in 3D for several years now, starting in Cinema 4D and now mainly Blender-now wanting to look at AR, so starting with Aero. I can't import a GBL file to Aero Desktop (Windows)-keep getting error message: 'There was a problem reading the GLB file.' This is the same for several different models. I've created/ exported glTF/ GLB files for use in other applications (Sketchfab, BabylonJS) without issue-including the same ones that won't import into Aero. Any thoughts on what the problem might be..?

I found a 3D model on Adobe Stock, saved it to 'My Library', but i cant seem to access it within Aero. On mobile, when i access the Cloud folder its only showing 'Synced files' with no option to view libraries. Should i be able to view all my CC libraries from within Aero? if so, how?

Hi! Not sure if it's a bug?! My model has glass in it and in adobe dimension it looks great! But when i view it in aero : 1- the shine /reflection is gone2- the model seems unstable and keeps moving , can't reach the wall to read what's on it😂  my file is 3.5MB Am using iphone pro m13latest aero version  would really appreciate any help tkx! 

My Adobe Aero project gets stuck on the sharing button. I cannot see arnchor image or the QR code. I'm on a Mac OS Monterey 12.6.  

Hi! Jared here. I'm really enjoy the Aero app, but I'm struggling to create a link of a gif to play from an image anchor. When I try, it just tells me it can't create a link.  I've attached a picture of the prompt, if anyone can help me I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance! Jared

Trying to import a 3D model into Aero Desktop with the assigned grouping retained to allow for independant animations and interactions. However, regardless of file type (OBJ, FBX, etc),  on import Aero initially flashes a group folder as if the model imported properly and then the icon switiches to a single model and has no independant 3D elements. 

I'm using Aero this year for a Holiday card, and I noticed that after scanning the QR code and holding my camera over the card (the camera seeing the Image Anchor), the Layers will show, but the behaviors of the card won't function. If you try scanning again and then wait for the files to load and Aero prompts you to find the image anchor, then everything works great! I used the Beta Desktop app to bring all the elements together. Please see the attached video for reference.  Happy Holidays!
