I can't create a mask under the effects control panel now

I’m an experienced Photoshop user and I had been using this setting for a long time without any issues. However, I had to reset my settings recently, and since then, this feature has not been working properly.Here’s the issue:When I hold the Shift key and scale from the corner handles, proportional scaling works fine. However, when I try to scale from the top, bottom, left, or right edges while holding Shift, it does not scale proportionally.What I’ve tried so far:Reset the settings multiple times Reinstalled Photoshop and tried 2–3 different versionsBut the issue still persists.---Eski bir Photoshop kullanıcısıyım ve bu ayarı uzun zamandır aktif olarak kullanıyordum. Bonjour, je viens de tester la mise à jour InDesign 21.3 sur Windows 11. J’ai une fenêtre rouge en bas d’écran qui me demande de tenir Windows à jour. Je ne peux pas fermer cette fenêtre rouge. Et comme je suis dans une grande entreprise, je n’ai pas la possibilité d’intervenir sur Windows, c’est une version imposée par l’entreprise et sécurisée. Je ne peux pas non plus quitter InDesign, il me dit qu’il y a une tâche en arrière plan, mais si j’ouvre la fenêtre tâches en arrière plan ,il n’y a rien. Je viens donc de revenir à la version 21.2 qui fonctionne sans problème.

I have a custom workspace saved for my 3-monitor setup. In today’s build, upon loading a new project, the layout is all wonky.  The project window, which is supposed to be on the right monitor, shows up in the middle of the screen, with timeline below, and Source/Media Browser above. (It’s supposed to have Timeline at the bottom Source and Program at the top.Once I reset the panels and save the workspace, it seems to come back the way I planned.Not a critical issue, but thought you’d like to know, it’s not respecting older workspace settings. System info    Application: Premiere Pro (Beta) v26.3.0.19    OS: Windows v10.0.26200, RAM: 63.79 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 16

After updating Illustrator, I’m experiencing UI rendering glitches.Dialogs appear corrupted with duplicated and distorted image fragments, like a GPU rendering issue. This did not happen before the update.Restarting and resetting preferences did not fix it.

Seuls les fichiers en 8 bits génèrent correctement une miniature.Tests réalisés Nouveau document A4, fond + texte + ombre 8 bits → imagette OK 16 bits → aucune imagette Ancien PSD créé avec Photoshop 2026 (27.3.x) Imagette présente Dès que je le modifie et l’enregistre dans 27.4.0 → l’imagette disparaît Le problème ne dépend pas : de la taille du fichier du DPI du poids (testé jusqu’à 140 Mo) Le problème apparaît uniquement en 16 bits. It's not generating a visual representation. It keeps saying "try again."And it does this constantly, it's slowing me down a lot. Please fix this problem.

Not sure why Adobe Sign is not a category for bug reports because with upgrades, I think its still needed. This has happened multiple times since I regularly send documents to groups in bulk send. The name field comes up empty when the document has been completed by a recipient even though I have made it required. It is very frustrating because then I have to Print to PDF the file in order to even add the name on the document afterwards. It creates a lot of rework. What is even stranger is the date field is always complete even though you are not able to make that a required field.

I have a R0DE NT-USB mic and a R0DE N1A mic, and it doesn’t matter which I use; the audio has this crackle over it. To debug, I made a voice memo with the same mics, and the memo is clear as day. So whatever it is inside Audition. It used to be that if I had two mics connected, I had to remove one. But my webcam with mic was removed, and it still has static. I have provided a clip of the audio it records. The only thing that had changed recently is that I had to pack up my computer and bring it into the office. Any assistance would be awesome. Computer: Apple M2 MaxMemory: 64 GBI have no other microphones connected to the device, including those that might be in headphones. I did have a pair of Aviator 900s connected, but disconnecting them didn’t seem to make any difference. 

Having a few issues with the latest version update (v. 25.001.21288). Tags will randomly populate on a different page in the tag tree if I tag anything more complicated than a text/paragraph tag which causes me to have to find the tag within the tree and wastes a lot of time.  Document will stop tagging altogether randomly throughout document. 

Im in editing now and I discover major problem to my premiere and it cannot be playable at this moment  

new and previous version also dosen’t  suooprt MTS file audio, its a big problem while editing 

Keyboard Advance used to work well in Develop Module, if a bit slowly. Now with recent updates not at all. Have to use mouse or work around “ E, advance arrow, D”  Perhaps you can fix this and make it faster than before.  Thanks,  Don 

Do I have the right system requirements? I created the geosptial experience on mac, and then used my ipad Air (4th generation) to scan QR code, and it properly prompted me to turn on location on my ipad , which I did. But then it still said unknown location (see screenshots labeled "Dino") and it wouldn't load the geospatial experience on the ipad that I am using.In the unknown location detected, I saw animation to wave my device around, and I tried that. But didn't solve problem. I even took few steps forward and re-scanned. It gave the same unknown location prompt. 

is there a max file size limit for adding a PNG sequence zipped file in Aero desktop? my zip file was 459 MB I kept seeing the blue / gray loading wheel in aero desktop windows and it would not load my animation.

This  problem only occurs with docs from a certain source. Viewed on line, the doc is OK. But when downloaded, the type is readable but distorted. Screenshots  generated the attachments, since the doc is secured (i.e. no editing permitted).
