Adobe Capture

I can log into Adobe Capture through a browser, but I just installed the Capture app and can't do anything with it. I log in and am taken back to the first page that asks me to log in. Hopeless circle. App was downloaded this morning, deleted and downloaded again.Login and password were tested on browser and worked fine. Using facebook also worked fine but isn't an option on the app.I am using a ipad with 14.7.1 ios.

I was happy to learn that Adobe Capture could be used to create vector shapes; however, the app is very unstable and is unable to complete this basic task. On tapping, save, a dialog opens and and a blue wheel spins briefly before the entire app crashes. The Bitmap image I'm working with is A4 size and it is semi-complex but noting that should crash an app — not in my humble experience.  Please resolve this bug.

i really wish capture would capture even amount of colours like 6, 8 or even 10 🙂 , 5 never seems to enough lol 🙂 

I need help I am working on my iPad to do a logo. I started logo in procreate than use adobe capture and now trying to import to adobe illustrator. Now when I have the logo in adobe illustrator I see one layer and I can't change the color of my image it just showing the logo in color black and white? Could I use only adobe capture to finalize the logo and save in format as an pdf jpeg svg ? 

Hi there! Well I'm trying to find some fonts with Adobe Capture app on my iPhone XS. I take a photo with text, and when it shows the font suggestion list, there is no preview in any of them. Instead there is the message "Preview not available". I tried signing out and in, deleting and reinstalling the app. Nothing. The problem persists. Any ideas? Please help. 

Hi I am trying to 'capture texts' in order to identify a font using 'Capture'.  Up until recenty this was working fine, I would take a photo, it would identify the font and then give me a preview of the font, which I could then import to photoshop.  Today (and on both of my phones) Capture is identifying the font, but I then get the message 'Preview not available and no matter what fonts I try to 'capture', at what size or resolution, I get the same message.  Help greatly appreciated

for example i export a hi res illustration image from Fresco into my ipad pro camera roll, go to capture, select each of the 5 colours and the level number is always not correct, this used to happen in adobe illustrator draw too? 🙂 i know Fresco has "recent colours", but i would like the colours to match to use across adobe desktop via creative cloud etc. i had to manuallly change the colour levels to match the colours in the exported illustration

I have a Samsung 20+5G with the latest update.When I try to start Capture, it keeps reverting to the sign in screen.I'm using MFA. I tried both the Authenticator app and the sms methods.Once I put in the password, I am taken back to the sign in screen. I uninstalled Capture and reinstalled it. Same result. I'm able to open other Adobe mobile apps without any difficulty. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be? Thanks,Rod

I would like to be able to make the Looks in Capture usable outside of the CC Libraries, and I can't find anyway to do that.   Other than dragging onto a clip in a sequence, then exporting that Lumetri instance as a .cube or a .Look. Which is an incredible bit of kludge to get the job done ...   Help?   Neil

August 2021 update broke Adobe Capture for me. I have already submitted a couple feedback reports in which I included as much information and the steps I took to try to troubleshoot. Tablet: Asus Zenpad 3S 10 Z500M Issue:When I import a photo or take a photo, I click on shapes, On the next screen, if I try to crop or save, the app hangs up and crashes. When I try to open shape files I have worked on priviously, it freezes up and crashes if I try to save. I cleared cache, deleted data, uninstalled app, reinstalled it and restarted tablet. I was able to save a shape once when I did not make any changes but I cannot edit as it freezes up and crashes. I am able to create Color and Pattern assets with no issues saving. Although I have previously used Adobe Capture just to create shape files.  Please assist.

Hello, Capture team! I've seen several threads in the Ps forums with users of Photoshop on M1 Computers that cannot use the Create from Image function in their Libraries panel in Native mode.    I know the Adobe policy about future releases, but any information to give them would be good to hear!

My adobe capture on my phone is no longer saving my images as a transparent vector. They now have a white block around them. I didn't make any changes. I don't see a way to fix it. I need help as I need them to be transparent. Thanks!

The vectorised image didnt appear clear enough when I continue working on it in Adobe Illustrator. How to clearly capture the image via adobe capture app? 

I use the Adobe Capture app on android to make my SVGs. They are no longer showing in the Creative Cloud library app (just blank with the date) and no longer showing up in the Creative Cloud on Windows PC app at all. As of yesterday, the smooth option was removed and replaced with simplify and the graphics are terrible. Any help woould be apprecated. 

Can someone tell me why I'm unable to use and edit the library elements in the libraries listed here:-Your Photoshop Patterns-Your Photoshop Shapes-Your Photoshop Swatches-Your Photoshop Brushes-Your Photoshop Styles Also, why do these libraries exist despite having no assets in them:-Your Toolkit-Your Photoshop Gradients Thanks in advance. 

Hello folks. This question is for all those who work with patterns professionally, and specifically if they do use patterns in capture too, how they do it.   This is my confusion: when I create a pattern, generally I create the single element that generates the pattern and then that design is repeated x times.  I started creating patterns like the one I am posting, and generally, when I work on my own renderings, I know how to apply them on the surfaces in order not to loose in quality.   Sporadically brands ask me about my patterns and I am always very confused as to how to post them. How can a professional use this? How am I supposed to post it? The borders are random.   I wonder if I am even using the app as it is supposed to be used. Curiosity: those who are creating patterns, do they have some advice on how I should think around the function in the app?   Thanks in advance!

Every time I capture a shape the app STOPS when I attempt to save to a CC Library.

After I click on the Save button, nothing happens. I wait a few seconds, I press the Save button again, it grays out and the app freezes. No image is saved to the CC Library.I'm on an iPad Pro. iPad OS 14.6. Adobe Capture v7.3I don't use the app for any assets other than Shapes.Attached is a screen recording.

Hello, I no longer have the smooth feature on my adobe capture. I use it for after capturing hand written recipes which I later laser engrave onto cutting boards. I also used to have a slide on the side of the screen that I could make the lines darker in my image prior to sending it to edit. Can you help me?

I have bought this subject up before but not sure in what forum!? I do know I had many discussions with CO, who thought my problem may be PS related. So I contacted PS and received a good response but at a technical level beyond me. I was going to get in a "computer" person to help but can no longer find the file!!The problem seems simple - my CO catalogs are locked, read only. All these catalogs (approx 70) are stored on an external HD. Everything on these two external drives is locked. The catalogs I'm working on, I keep on my computer internal HD - these are not locked. I do have some seperate issues with these but will deal with this later. All the "discs" I ringed in yellow are locked. Peter 

Hello!I tried out the Adobe capture app and learned that it automatically finds complementary colors to those selected from the image.Thing is, if you have one reference color that is captured slightly off (due to low light or whatever), all harmonizing colors will also be off.Question:If you know the exact value for your "reference" color; is there anyway you can correct than according to the known value, and the others automatically adjusted to match that?
