Sharing of Creative Cloud files does not work anymore for some reason. When I create a link just like before the link leads always to completely blank page with all browsers (Chrome, Explore...). This worked just fine before, but not anymore for some reason.
During large uploads involving many files (eg. syncing a project consisting of a few GB and hundreds of files) the CC notification icon disappears from the taskbar leaving a blank space. Clicking on the blank space flashes up the Creative Cloud application but then the application immediately crashes. The file sync continues in the background.Solutions I have tried:Updating Creative Cloud - Didn’t work. Problem has been occurring through many versions.Uninstalling then reinstalling the Creative Cloud application - Didn’t workClearing out the database files (.db, .db-shm, or db.wal.) - Didn’t workRepairing through Windows “Programs and features” - Didn't workClean install of Windows 10 - Didn't workClean install of Windows 11 - Didn't work
my idea is that you fix it so that it does what you say it does
Something happened a few updates ago that affected the way white graphics appear in libraries. White vector elements used to preview as objects with transparent backgrounds but now white vectors appear as white squares the size of the link. I'm assuming the previews are no longer in png format but jpeg or some other type of file that flattens the image with the canvas.I work with a lot of white vector logos so this bug has been particularly annoying to my work flow, please go back to how it was before!

Brand colors, logos, and more have gone missing or are deleted from my CC Libraries. I have logged out to see if it was a syncing problem, but they are still not there a week later. I have unfollowed and followed the library again to see if that was the issue, but again nothing. CC Libraries has been buggy with syncing and missing libraries. I have had to ask the creator to send me a new link to "reset" it, but even then it's not always successful. It's frustrating especially if files are linked and the links are now broken. There is no way for me to relink if Adobe has lost my files.

When saving a character style to Photoshop Libraries type properties such as LEADING are not saved. Instead the leading value is reset to zero.It would be great to have character styles retain their values for repeated use in Libraries. Thanks.
The share for review feature doesn't work. My colleague can see the file in the "Shared with you" tab, but when they click it, it's a blank screen. Disappointing.
I think there is a bug i dont know where it comes from but i think that main issue is that when i try tu uplode big bunchs of files to share and they for some reasone dont end to uplode the CC site miltiplies photos and starts showing them in multiple "versions" each repetition showing more and more of uploded photos. Deleting one of the photo deletes all of the repetitions so i dont think that these photos are different versions. I havent tested if this is a problem only on PC I tried it on google chrome and opere GX and this still exists. Ohh and for some weird reasome the minitures on some of the photos arent genereted correctly. In Finder on MacOS :No documentation visible anywhere. I went to https://assets.adobe.com/files, clicked on ? icon, selected Help. It takes me to Adobe Help Centerhttps://helpx.adobe.com/support.cc.html, which has 1000s of files. I want help specifically on Creative Cloud Files. I search on "Creative Cloud Files" and get many somewhat relevant results, e.g. a FAQ under Support; but under Learn, no specific documentation on Creative Cloud Files Synced Files.I see two icons and am inferring their meaning. These meanings appear inconsistent or contradictory.Some parent folders have the icon of a white check in a green circle, which I assume means synced. Some files have the same "synced" icon. However, most files and sub-folders have the icon of left and right arrows, which I assume means syncing.Paradoxically, some parent folders have the check mark while some of their child files and folders still have the syncing icon.Platform:MacOS 12.6.1 (Monterey)iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015,
The syncing between my two Macs (macos 10.13.6) is extremely unreliable. Although one computer's files are currently in the CC cloud, they are not synchronized/downloaded to the other computer. Starting/restarting both CreativeCloud and the Mac has no effect. The help texts on the corresponding Adobe website (https://helpx.adobe.com/de/creative-cloud/kb/arent-my-files-syncing.html?mv=product&mv2=accc#) list shortcuts for resetting the local database, etc., but they do only work on Windows not work on the Mac. Unfortunately, Creative Cloud is not a reliable solution with which you can work professionally.
The amount of space within the Creative Cloud seems to have been moderately accurate, yet after deleting items it seems to never decrease, leading to inaccurate readings on available storage.
My friend will work on edititing my photos from her computer, and I will be unable to access her saves from my own computer. They will show up in the online folder, Creative cloud app is running, and will say it's up to date. But I won't be able to access any of the files created elsewhere, unless I visit the folder on the web, create a new folder for each file, and move a single file to an individual folder on the web. After, and only after doing that, will the photos show up on my desktop. Restarting the Creative Cloud app has no effect.I'll also save files, and they will not be there in the folder! Really fun when I do a batch process on about 3 hours worth of edits, and it's all gone because the save portion of the batch process did not work. So no batch processing for me.The save problem is also solved by creating a new folder for each file save. I can also see and preview that file from Adobe Cloud website, but always failed to download it. The file is badly needed and how can it be ruined in just a few seconds?
While CC library works good in other CC apps and via browser only in InDesign (18.1 Mac) the CC libray panel stopped working in InDesign. I've used the cleaner app, trashed the prefs and cache and reinstalled InDesign. It looks like an UI error... Please fix ASAP.
Please make the Adobe Fonts Management in the CC Desktop App more user friendly.Add a toggle to collapse/open all font families. Doing this manually is extremely tedious and the App never remembers your settings.If you do go ahead and collapse them all (which takes a long time to do - if you have a lot of fonts synced) at the very least the App should remember that setting when it refreshes or closes and re-opens.Ideally a toggle to open all/close all families would be ideal.Cheers,Yitz Rapp
It not possible to switch between the pictures with the arrows. Its just working one time at the 2nd picture the arrows are not shown anymore. I test it with Chrome and also with Safari at IOS
How about when I input swatches into a library that you don't immediately rearrange them?: Leave them in the order I input them. I have a reason why my colors are in a certain order. It makes it close to impossible to figure out which swatch you missed when you're inputting a bunch of them. "Let's see. Which one should we input now. I see I've already entered 16, but the next one on my list is number 18. Which one did I miss???"Thanks, Adobe, for making my long day even longer.
I had a CC library containing graphics, colors, elements titled by my client's name. I later created a new library (with same name) in Adobe Stock to look for stock photos for a project and now all elements that were in my shared CC libraries have been replaced with the images I chose from Adobe Stock. Adobe just replaced everything with the photos it wants me to buy and now I don't have logos, colors, graphics, etc. in my shared library.
So i made folders for a large number of assets. When i click "Relink from CC Libraries," it shows ALL the files in some kind of order (I don't know what) not separated by folders or anything. I would include screenshots, but your comments thing isn't allowing me to upload them, says they're not supported.
Trying to add colors from the Libraries panel to the Swatches panel.No logical button or menu item in Swatches panel nor Libraries panel to accomplish this task. Nor does dragging and dropping from Libraries to Swatches work.I should say, no "easy" way to do this other than selecting an object, selecting the color in the Libraries panel, then adding to swatches.
Anticipation and testing prior releasing a new update! Too fast, too many bugs! Nowadays, every-time there is an update we need to fix stuff... it's time consuming and we mostly need to await for the next update. 😞
