This idea is for CC libraries and viewing them within the Apps. When working across multiple platforms like websites, authoring tools, Microsoft tools or similar, I find it a hassle to search for the Hex code or RGB values from my CC libraries every time. I work in an agency that deals with several clients - each with their unique brand guidelines - and sometimes colours in libraries need to be labeled as their name, others can stay as Hex or RGB. You can currently hover over the swatch to see the values, but this requires switching back and forth between screens or Apps. Additionaly (this is a nice to have) there could be a 'copy' button next to the colour values so they can easily be copied and pasted between apps. To save time, it would be handy to have the option to view all values in the library. Since the data is already there in the hover mode it should hopefully be easy enough to display it permanently next to the swatch in the library.
My Adobe Cloud folders, which I have not accessed for a few months, have been deleted. When I logged into the cloud a week ago, I couldn't see my files, but the space used seemed to be 60-70 GB. I thought I couldn't see the files and closed them thinking I'd look at them later. When I logged in again, the space used showed 6 GB. What might have happened to my files?
Not sure what happened, but all of my files and folders are completely gone from all apps. The one that hurts the most is all my XD files. I currently am using the most up to date version of XD and my files are still available (those that are being shared) to members of my team.. The one file she duplucated and shared back with me is full of broken artboards, and the prototypes are no longer prototypes... What is happening, and how can i get all of my work back?
For church volunteers with minimal design experience, Canva provides an accessible bridge between the big picture brand assets and guidelines that I create in Adobe software and the various groups with design needs for their events when I can not be directly involved throughout the design phase. The ability to provide synchronized CC Libraries that are drag-and-drop for Canva users would be a helpful step forward for us. I only mention Canva, simply due to the large adoption it has seen over the last few years.
There are no words left in my vocabulary to decribe how frustrating it is that the G*DDamn Creative Libraries do not sync. I have been through this FKN process a thousand times, and I just go in loops and loops, one day it works, the next day it just dies for 3 weeks. I can't. I pay for this fkn service that just never works. And to pay in US Dollars from South Africa is almost a month's bloody rent. This is the one thing I just hate about Adobe, it has never worked from the beginning. When it does work - it is amazing. But that is few and far between.
For the US price of Abode products they need to work correctly all of the time. Libraries in InDesign have not worked correctly in several updates now (at least a year or more). Please fix this, I'm getting tired of using Canva because that software works as it should.
Need to be able to download Creative Cloud files in bulk - or a folder of Creative Cloud files to my PC /wherever cloud system (Google Drive / iCloud / OneDrive/ Dropbox/ Desktop etc)- I need to be able to download etc a bunch files at a time - NOT one by one - please fix asap - literally a sore point with me right now - joint and other issuesso get repetitive stress injury (RSI) from doing this download one by one for dozens to hundreds of files- obviously: impossible to do ...if this (missing) feature is not implemented soon …. it may be a dealbreaker … Adobe needs to put back the download button for multi select files to download -I believe it was there once I need this file management thing to be fixed sooner than later - reason ? My CC files - especially Fresco (lots of work) is being mirrored to my iPad by default; and I cannot change it to online only (as that is also broken)I don’t want to go down a rabbit hole of creating tons of work - only to find that my ipad is clogging
Really disappointing that Creative Cloud Synced files will no longer be supported. When collaboration is being promoted and Adove to pull it out is very surprising.
I am unable to pull in items from the CC library in Indesign.
It seems like there's a lot of people with the same issue as me.I have Acrobat Pro assigned to my corporate email and Photoshop with my personal email, and everytime I have to switch between accounts is such a pain.My Creative Cloud Desktop doesn't seem to communicate well either, whenever I need to login/out from one account to the other, and I can't delete it and reinstall it without deleting all the apps...The other day I spent half of my day trying to understand why I could only use my Acrobat Pro online (on my laptop Creative Cloud Desktop kept telling me I didn't have the Pro plan.).So frustating!Adobe please help with a smooth tool to switch between accounts
The past couple of weeks my team has been experiencing very buggy scrolling behavior in Share for Review. Especially in Safari. It seems like continuous scroll has been removed? On large documents, it's very difficult to view the bottom of a page. As soon as you barely reach it, Review brings up the next page and puts the top of it at the top of the screen.
We are graphic designers in the textile industry. We work for a large organization and we need to collaborate on files with our colleagues. We can do this by saving our files directly in the Creative Cloud (.aic/.psdc...). However, we would like to be able to collaborate and share with our colleagues within a folder structure because there are too many files in a collection that we are working on. The simple file-by-file collaboration management is not optimized. Example of folder structure: Summer25/Woman/Xoxo_Design/Xoxoxo.aic. Can you help us? thanks for that Adoby !!!
Problems found: In our IT operating environment, users have no administrator rights. As a result, users are unable to change the language settings of the adobe applications. Our Windows clients have German as the basic language. For our French employees, there is an English base client who automatically sets French as a GUI language using "Language Picker" after the start. However, this leads to the problem that sometimes the adobe applications on the French clients are only displayed in English. This is probably due to the automatic detection of the operating system language. Desired feature: It would therefore be very useful for us if there was a possibility that users could change this setting afterwards without administrator rights.
Any new asset that I want to add to the library doesn't have a preview thumbnail and only shows the adobe logo. After searching the forum I followed the steps from this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/cc-library-preview-not-showing-in-cc-desktop-app-or-the-cc-library-panel-in-other-adobe-apps/m-p/12973579 but sadly it only made worse the problem. Now more than half of my old assets don't have a thumbnail.Does anyone have a solution? All my apps are up to date.
One of my InDesign pages is not showing in the share for review environment (3 page document, so not big at all). It just shows a blank page. I've tried to update the link, but that didn't help.
There are three versions of Lightroom - four if one includes the phone app. They are all called Lightroom. Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are described as desktop versions.Lightroom web is not called that; it is also called Lightroom. Not unique or descriptive. CLASSIC is a desktop version.CC? Hybrid? If it is an application one downloads, but which makes one's images available on any device one has access to, it should have a different, DISTINCTIVE name like, Lightroom Collaborate or Lightroom Spectrum, or something that will differentiate it appropriately. Just calling it Lightroom... Why? Lightroom web should not exist. It is garbage, and there are sync issues that need a tech to fix. Adobe needs to have a good look at the inconsistencies in their descriptionsI.e. In the Adobe Creative Cloud Application, in Apps (left side menu), Lightroom (available in your plan) doesn't have a descriptive name. If that is the hybrid that one can access from a desktop, or t
And.... here we go again. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use Lightroom classic due to incredible lagProgram takes up to 2 MINUTES to loadMain screen and both side panels RELOAD on every adjustment. Right arrow through the filmstrip is nearly impossible... so much lagWHAT IS GOING ON! Why does this keep happening? Up to Version 10, all was well. Massive lag on introduction of V. 11 and ever since. My system is built for Lightroom - like, specifically, as in using Adobe's specs for making Lightroom work, and nothing can combat the lag. My catalogue lives alone on a 2tb NVMEMy images have their very own hard drive that is only 50 percent full. DEAR ADOBE. PLEASE fix this. 1000s of people are having this issue on all windows and mac environments, and even brand new, just out of the box power macs.
Hi, I'm reposting this as my previous post didn't get any response. The original post is from January 29. I have a business account, only using 8 GB out of 1 TB of cloud storage. I was working yesterday on my laptop on some files stored on the cloud. Today I'm working on the same laptop, but the files in the folders aren't the latest version of my documents, they were saved 4 hours before I finished. All my working files miss the last 4 hours of work. Also, there is a PDF I created when I was done and it keeps showing up and then disappearing from the folder. It's there, 20 min later it's gone, and later it is there again. I also saved some PDFs and renamed them, but they show their former name now. Some files I deleted are back in the folder. Basically, I lost 4 hours of work; the Cloud Files folder overwrote my working files with previous versions of them on my own laptop storage, as I'm working on the same laptop as yesterday, so no sync was required. I know Cre

Our need with the adobe admin console is: We need a function for e-mail notifcations if alle adobe cc / dc licenses are assigned (no unassigned licenses in the adobe admin console left) to our users. We can imagine that others could benefit from this function aswell!
This request has been asked since 2012, IT HAS BEEN 10 YEARS. Is this really something hard to achieve? Or is it because we do not ask hard??https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/how-to-download-multiple-files-from-creative-cloud/td-p/4290899
There needs to be an easier way to save/manage photos on the Adobe Stock site. Allow us to select a "default library". This would be helpful instead of having to select the library every time while we are saving. Right now you have to select the library a couple of times for it to finally start automatically saving to a specific library. A search feature for the library name after we heart an image and click "manage" to quickly change the library location. This way we don't have to scroll to find the name every time.A zoom feature so we can see the details of photos better. I have downloaded many photos that I couldn't tell were bad quality. An easier way to organize photos in libraries on the desktop website - add filters for libraries (sort by recently added to older, asset type, asset status, text search box to find a specific photo in that library)I think Shutterstock has a great UI that should be used on Adobe stock. They make it so easy to manage photos.
I like the idea of CC Libraries. For me, there was a bit of cognitive dissonance at first because I thought I could put assets in the CC Files. This would have been the most convenient way to add assets to my projects. I deal with hundreds, sometimes thousands of assets daily. I opened the Creative Cloud app and noticed I could manage Libraries there. I could create a "Custom group" and then a "subgroup" to organize my assets. This was greatly appreciated, although one observation. This UI is behaving a lot like directories on a desktop computer, without the nicities of directories. In each subgroup I have thousands of assets stored. Their names are suboptimal because most are generated with a script, but I could easily find an asset if I could sort a subgroup by created / modified date instead of the default alphanumeric. This feature is sadly missing. In the MacOS CC App, I cannot collapse subgroups or select subgroups from the breadcrumb menu. This prevents me from quickly
Enable an option for permissions to be changed from CAN VIEW to CAN EDIT, specifically for business storage when using "everyone" folders. Currently, there is only a way to set a VIEW or EDIT setting when first creating the library, but not after the library is created. This is specific to the "everyone" listing and not shares to individual users.
