Adobe Collaboration Experiences

I have color libraries set up specifically for different clients. Many times, the CC libraries panel “gets stuck” on the last color palette I had open and will not let me switch to a different one. In this screen shot, you can see “holocaust museum.” When I click on the arrow to the left of the Holocaust Museum label, it does nothing. Restarting does not help either. This problem comes and goes. Tomorrow it might work or three days from now it might work. Currently, it has been stuck here for a day. It is super annoying, disrupts workflow and makes this feature unusable. I’m using version 21.4.1.  

Lightroom and photoshop are not synced. I can not open photos from LR classic in PS

I am trying to use assets, text styles, saved in my Library in InDesign and nothing is working from the Libraries panel. I opened Creative Cloud on the Web and attempted to export the Library to my InDesign folder on my hard drive and got the following error:

Normally if you have a image that is larger than your canvas, you can with the “move tool”, click _outside_ the canvas, and then you can drag the image. Hello, I updated Camera raw and the cropping works in some other ways. When I cropped before what ‘remained’ went ‘full’ on the screen. Now the crop stays as small as I cropped. Can you fix it back to the crop goes ‘full window’? Thanks

After a horrible experience this morning trying to find a fix for the "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries" issue and finally reconnecting... I now notice that all my CC Libraries panel settings have been reset, AND the thumbnails no longer support transparency. This is particularly concerning when assets have a white color fill because the thumbnail just appears as a blank white box, instead of showing the graphic over a mid-gray background. Please bring back transparency in the CC Libraries panel thumbnails!

I heavily rely on the CC libraries for speed of CRE book productions. The CC library InDesign panel becomes inactive and freezes. When expanding the panel it streches like a flat jpeg. The troubleshooting either does not help or gives temporary relief for a couple hours tops. I shouldn't have to log in/out of Adobe to get the CC library panel to work for a limited amount of time. 

Issue: When using an external plugin panel (TK9) or native background selection tasks, the selection is successfully generated, but the visual canvas layer fails to refresh the screen buffer. The marching ants remain completely invisible on a brand-new desktop PC. Workaround: If I press the "Q" key twice (toggling Quick Mask mode on and then off), it forces a manual GPU frame redraw, and the marching ants immediately appear on the photo.Steps to Reproduce:1. Open an image in Photoshop 27.8.2. Run a background selection task (such as TK9 Select Subject).3. Notice the selection is active (Ctrl+D works) but no marching ants display.4. Read aloud function is completely broken. When I click “activate” adobe stops responding and the only way to stop it is to end task in task manager. 

I wanted to share ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with Creative Cloud Libraries. For several years now, the Libraries panel has been extremely unreliable. About 80% of the time when I open a document, the Libraries either freeze, fail to load, or show nothing at all. This happens across different apps and on multiple machines.Libraries are a core part of my workflow, and it’s been frustrating to rely on a feature that consistently doesn’t work. I’d really appreciate it if Adobe could investigate this and prioritize a long-term fix. The functionality has tremendous potential, but right now it’s very difficult to use.

PShop 27.8.0Mac OS 15.7.7 I have tried to open 2 different psb files and have received the message: “Could not open "xxxxx.psb" because a linked smart object file is missing”. I’m unable to relink the smart object (whatever it is referring to) as I can’t open the file. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

Specifically, using the Concept to Vector feature. It fails almost immediately. Message: “We're experiencing high demand. Please wait and retry your prompt soon. Thank you for your patience.”

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a solution I discovered after struggling with a very frustrating Adobe performance issue on a high-end Windows PC.For a while, Adobe apps were randomly freezing and lagging in the UI, even though my hardware specs were more than enough. The issue was not normal rendering lag or export-related performance. It was mainly happening inside the interface itself.The symptoms were:Adobe apps would freeze for around 5 seconds. After the UI became responsive again, it would freeze again shortly after. Menus, panels, preferences, export windows, and general UI interactions would become delayed or unresponsive. GPU usage was not high. CPU usage was not high. RAM usage was normal. The system looked completely fine in Task Manager, which made it feel like the problem was coming from Adobe or Windows rather than from the hardware.After trying multiple things, I found the cause by accident:Microsoft PC Manager was running in the background.Once I completely closed Micros

Quero fazer o efeito de shape morphing com dois círculos. Seleciono e transformo ambos em caminho composto, vou em Efeitos > Caminho > Contornar objeto e nada acontece. Nenhuma aba de contorno abre para definir o tamanho/ espessura. 

AI 30.5.1, MacBook Pro 16-inch, Nov 2024, MacOS 26.5.1 - When switching from 2 monitors to only the built in display, the Libraries palette becomes stretched vertically and unusable. All other palettes remain normal.  

Working version: 26.2.2 Broken version: 26.3 Issue: Certain clips that were recorded landscape but interpreted/registered as vertical display correctly until scaled up. Once scaled, playback and export show distortion and flashing rainbow glitch bars. Rotation is not the trigger: rotating the clip does not cause it by itself. Scaling does. Scope: Happens in a brand-new test project and existing projects. Audio: Audio playback/export is unaffected. Confirmed workaround: Rolling back to 26.2.2 immediately resolves the issue with the same media and project. Tested: Media cache cleared after rollback. Hardware: Macbook M4 Max, OS version Tahoe 26.5.1

I'm having trouble with CC Libraries changing the names of links when packaging an illustrator file. I've already been using the method of having to duplicate an asset within the library assets to make sure the name of the asset in the library isn't changed to 'Artwork 1', which isn't ideal as I have to test and do this more than once sometimes. I need my assets to retain their assigned names when packaging a file that uses Adobe CC library assets as I work in a large team and we absolutely cannot have these random named assets being outputted!

Hello! For the last few versions or so, I’ve noticed that in Acrobat Reader for iPad, the PDF thumbnails occasionally disappear. Even if I close the app completely and then reopen it, the thumbnails don’t reappear (the classic red and black Adobe icon remains next to the file name). The only way to get the thumbnail back seems to be to delete the file and replace it with a previously saved copy. This problem started occurring when the small window showing some of the ‘Recent’ files was introduced in the ‘Files’ section, in the top-left corner of that section (previously, ‘Recent’ files were only available via the ‘Home’ section). I’m using a ninth-generation iPad and have installed the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I realise this isn’t a major problem, as the content of the PDFs remains unchanged, but it would be great if a solution could be found to prevent the thumbnails from disappearing. Thank you.
