To whom ever is listening,With 30 Million subscriptions I am dismayed that you have increased the subscription prices - hence my cancellation.Can you not see logic - if the subscription price was reduced you would have the potential for even more subscribers, destroying the competition,  gaining a loyal following and increase your profits exponentially.Yours faithfully,I wish I could afford to be a subscriber.

This message is for Adobe leadership. I'm about a month behind, but I'm disappointed to find out Adobe donated $1M towards Trump's inauguration. If you have an extra million dollars to be donating, maybe you're overcharging your customers for your services. Additionally, for a company that says it stands for DEI and art for all, donating any money at all in support of Trump is a slap in the face to a majority of your users who do not support and do not want to support companies who support Trump and his goals. So which is it? Do you support DEI and art for all or do you support Trump? You can't choose both.   

This is one of the worst and least intuitive programs I've ever worked with. It seems that the more advanced the features, the more unstable the program becomes. It's impossible to work with software that insists on changing panels without prompting, and whose functions stop working for no apparent reason.

Is there an easy way to share a small library of stock images with a client, so they can choose the ones they like for a project.Can I add the images to a library, get a link and send it to my client? Obviously, my client doesn't have an Adobe account and is probably technically illiterate, is busy, and all he wants to do is click a link in an email, have a quick look and let me know what he likes.

Hello there, Happy New Year! I have a question. The management needs a report that includes the "date access was added" and the "last used date" for each CC application per user. The Adobe Admin Console does not natively have a built-in feature to display them, so I checked with the Adobe Technical Support team to see if they can help retrieve the data from the backend. Still, the answer is, "Unfortunately, as of now, there isn't a way for us to retrieve that specific information from Adobe's backend systems either. The **Admin Console** doesn't capture or store that level of detailed usage information, and it isn't available through any of the logs, including the **Audit Logs** and **Content Logs**." I searched ChatGPT, and it says, "The User Management API or Usage Insights API provided by Adobe can retrieve this information programmatically." A very good day,Is there a way that Adobe grants licenses for Fireworks CS6?Been using it since Macromedia for decades.It's a very valuable tool and one of a kind.Nothing in the market could replace Fireworks.So please please please make it available again.So many old school designers use and will be thankfull.Basicly I have a CC subscription to use Fireworks. Thank you in advance and best regards, Hans

I can open illustrator and open new documents, old documents, etc. but every time I try to use any tools or click on anything that I’m working on.... it doesn’t work. I can even change tools and colors of text, etc. but when I try to apply it to the art board, nothing happens. I am at a loss. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times, turned my iPad off and on again and then uninstalled/re-installed, I have left it off for a few days, let it charge fully, nothing. Illustrator is completely up to date at version 1.3 for iPad. My iPad is 8th gen. I am losing money and losing clients. Every time I call Adobe support they say “let me look into it” and then I get put on hold for 15+ minutes with no answer. It has been like this since 5/26/21

I cannot find a way to mark all CC messages as read.This makes the red dot (new message) randomly pop up on the menu icon, despite there's actually any new messages.

I can no longer open the three libraries I had in my CC Libraries window foloowing a June 2024 Version 4.6.80 fix. What gives?

I am so tired of going through the process of re-instating my bloody library and going through the same process every time. Seriously. I am a Photoshop user of 20-something years and the bloody libraries work in the morning, but fail by the evening. I cannot take this nonsense any longer....why am I paying premium in US Dollars when your crap keeps on failing on me. I live in Africa, US Dollars are very expensive for us. Seriously....get a grip!

Hi,when you click on a color swatch in your file, the foreground or line color immediately takes on that particular color. For a CC Library color swatch to be applied you need to select an element to color it.This poses a problem for example if you want to (which I regularly do) use the live paint bucket tool. You are not able to pick a color to "fill the bucket" with. I guess there´s no workaround, other than importing the CC swatches to the file swatches? Best Pascal

Hi Everyone. All my synced files are gone. No idea what happened, but they're gone. Is there any way to get a backup from Adobe? I am pretty sure they have some kind of backup, even if the files are deleted permanently. Thanks in advance; Ben

Give us a way to disable the stupid new "feature" of "linked" files from libraries. After the latest "update" to photoshop, whenever I drag an item from the library to a document I'm working on a popup comes up saying it is now a "linked" file and if I want to place it as a copy, I have to hold the ALT key down while dragging it from the library.  What I need to know is how do I turn this stupidity off? I'm extremely aggravated that I now have to go to the extra step of remembering to hold the ALT key down while dragging something from the library. This is stupid, just turn the crap OFF and never have to do it again.   This is the dialog box that pops up. It never came up before this latest update. I'm not sure if it was becasue of the lastest update to photoshop or to the latest update to the CC App. I updated both at the same time so it could be either one of them. This is a change and I need to know how to reverse it. We need to disable document cloud and outlook email email client content manipulation for all users - and is here is no way to administratively accomplish this that I know of.  Its ridiculous.    This feature is enables withour regard for any customer controls or compliance requirements and there should be a way to control it.

I would like to adjust the standard materials, for example the opacity, roughness or base color, and then save them in my library so that I can apply these settings to several objects. I've been looking for a long time but haven't found a way yet. Maybe one of you can help me.

Can't drag and drop assets into Library with MacStudio and Photoshop 2024.  So dissapointing and so incredivbly time consuming to have to do it from layers...one at a time.  And, over the decades I have gone in and out of Adobe products, I am so sick and tired of "them" wanting to delete preferences or provide screen shots and video, which is just added work, as if my time is not worth much.  ADOBE, test your product better.  This should not be a problem and it is.  FIX THE LIBRARY ONCE AND FOR ALL, or I am just going to do everything with Luminar.  

As far as I can tell there's no way to disable the large white messages that pop up in the Library panel, other than closing the panel! Some people may find these useful but I find them an annoyance, especially when I'm try to record a screencast. Please get rid of these or at least provide a preference.

In a DVD menu you can click a button to start any movie. We don't make DVDs by now, time goes on and we move on to e.g. mp4.In digital files, such as mp4, we want create a start title with, say, 3 of more items with a startbutton. I want to find the possibility to be able to start any (linked) part of the movie of your choice from a menu in an mp4 (or other, like .mov) export.Maybe something like a link from the start menu to a point in the movie, just like DVDs used to do in Encore. I asked the helpdesk how to do this: is (still) not possible, maybe a new possibility?Rob de Groot - Amerstudio  -- Nieuw-Vennep NL

I have cleared all photos and my storage is still showing 15GB being used. Is this a scam? Where is the 15GB of content??
