I tried uploading 2 adobe xd files to the adobe Creative Cloud through the upload function on the website. It kept uploading them as ZIPS and not XD files. This prevented me from opening them in the Adobe XD Mobile App. Then I tried "uploading " them through the Adobe XD program. Wich actually is moving them to the Creative Cloud Files folder. The files automatically got put in the deleted folder, essentially removing them from my desktop and making them unacessible. When I try to restore the deleted files I get the error message. "Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0". I expect this to get fixed quickly as it got in the way of my work.
When i click restore from deleted option, the message says files has been restored. But there is no file sync and also the file is not available on the assets files section. The file has completed vanished and i have lost my valuable projects filesWhere are the files?
I selected a file to restore and got a message that it had been successfully restored but I cannot find in any of the other folders. Since there is no search function in the new assets interface, I had to search on my computer (which is synced) but it is not there either. I've refreshed and waited almost an hour but has still not shown up.So, in summary, an important folder that had been previously archived and should have been restored has completely disappeared.
I created several folders in my Cloud for Teams. I invited several people to share the folders. They can see the folders, but I cannot. Why?
my latest file is deleted by me with a foolish mistake, and I can NOT retore it back to "files" folder. Every time I press restore, it only shows "gf_mockup.xd could not be restored - Unexpected token T in JSON at position 0" can you help to restore the file and let me download or sync with my local folder? please.
As I was attempting to upload my first file to my library, it said that I could not, as I had used 21/20GB... Which first of all, doesn't make sense, as you can't use more space than you have. Also, there is no way that the file I am uploading is taking up over 20 GB, and I have never uploaded files there before.
Can not move all selected files into other folders. Even though it shows that the files have moved, when I refresh my browser the files are back in the old folder. I am not able to manage my files correctly.
Cloud file image thumbnails not visible for any folder. Any thoughts?
In the previous version, you could download as several different file types. This is ESSENTIAL to our team's workflow as different people's software have different requirements. Why did this go away?
The following issues occur in the new Assets Web site on mobile (Android 7.1.1, using Chrome 62.0.3202.84 or Edge 1.0.0.1267)• Cannot see page header until rotating device, and then only halfway• Cannot scroll page, it instead opens file
From time to time the Library panel becomes unresponsive and I cannot click or select anything. Currently if I double click the library I want to open it opens the colour picker.I can only get it working again by quitting Illustrator and reopening.
Hi,Recently my CC Library inside InDesign has been having a lot of syncing error, forcing me to restart the software more often than I'd like to keep using it. Meanwhile, this doesn't happen at all in Photoshop and Illustrator... Could there be a manual "Re-Synch" option on right click or something so we don't have to restart the app? Thanks!
Sharing of Creative Cloud files does not work anymore for some reason. When I create a link just like before the link leads always to completely blank page with all browsers (Chrome, Explore...). This worked just fine before, but not anymore for some reason.
During large uploads involving many files (eg. syncing a project consisting of a few GB and hundreds of files) the CC notification icon disappears from the taskbar leaving a blank space. Clicking on the blank space flashes up the Creative Cloud application but then the application immediately crashes. The file sync continues in the background.Solutions I have tried:Updating Creative Cloud - Didn’t work. Problem has been occurring through many versions.Uninstalling then reinstalling the Creative Cloud application - Didn’t workClearing out the database files (.db, .db-shm, or db.wal.) - Didn’t workRepairing through Windows “Programs and features” - Didn't workClean install of Windows 10 - Didn't workClean install of Windows 11 - Didn't work
my idea is that you fix it so that it does what you say it does
Something happened a few updates ago that affected the way white graphics appear in libraries. White vector elements used to preview as objects with transparent backgrounds but now white vectors appear as white squares the size of the link. I'm assuming the previews are no longer in png format but jpeg or some other type of file that flattens the image with the canvas.I work with a lot of white vector logos so this bug has been particularly annoying to my work flow, please go back to how it was before!
My DNS & DNA
Brand colors, logos, and more have gone missing or are deleted from my CC Libraries. I have logged out to see if it was a syncing problem, but they are still not there a week later. I have unfollowed and followed the library again to see if that was the issue, but again nothing. CC Libraries has been buggy with syncing and missing libraries. I have had to ask the creator to send me a new link to "reset" it, but even then it's not always successful. It's frustrating especially if files are linked and the links are now broken. There is no way for me to relink if Adobe has lost my files.
White background on white vector graphic element in CC Library Preview Panel as well as on Assets Website.
Invitation via Webapp not possible.
When saving a character style to Photoshop Libraries type properties such as LEADING are not saved. Instead the leading value is reset to zero.It would be great to have character styles retain their values for repeated use in Libraries. Thanks.
The share for review feature doesn't work. My colleague can see the file in the "Shared with you" tab, but when they click it, it's a blank screen. Disappointing.
I think there is a bug i dont know where it comes from but i think that main issue is that when i try tu uplode big bunchs of files to share and they for some reasone dont end to uplode the CC site miltiplies photos and starts showing them in multiple "versions" each repetition showing more and more of uploded photos. Deleting one of the photo deletes all of the repetitions so i dont think that these photos are different versions. I havent tested if this is a problem only on PC I tried it on google chrome and opere GX and this still exists. Ohh and for some weird reasome the minitures on some of the photos arent genereted correctly. Ive tried to upload photos to show you a problem but i can not do this and the message says that photo has been rejected so here is a link to see those photoshttps://shared-assets.adobe.com/link/973dc0c1-da63-4795-745f-38b83415cc29I would like to asn you guys to add an option to your desktop app to upload photos to cloud throug it so i wouldnt beforced to
I wrote description of about 1200 characters. Cannot save. Why not? Special characters?
In Finder on MacOS :No documentation visible anywhere. I went to https://assets.adobe.com/files, clicked on ? icon, selected Help. It takes me to Adobe Help Centerhttps://helpx.adobe.com/support.cc.html, which has 1000s of files. I want help specifically on Creative Cloud Files. I search on "Creative Cloud Files" and get many somewhat relevant results, e.g. a FAQ under Support; but under Learn, no specific documentation on Creative Cloud Files Synced Files.I see two icons and am inferring their meaning. These meanings appear inconsistent or contradictory. Some parent folders have the icon of a white check in a green circle, which I assume means synced. Some files have the same "synced" icon. However, most files and sub-folders have the icon of left and right arrows, which I assume means syncing.Paradoxically, some parent folders have the check mark while some of their child files and folders still have the syncing icon.Platform:MacOS 12.6.1 (Monterey)iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015,
