Having spent thousands on Adobe CD's for both PC and Mac ( they were not cross platform until later) . I feel nostalgic about the fact that the CDs actually worked. Recently, i've bought illustrator and photoshop, and, because i use one or the other, i change plans. Artists amongst us, understand the need to create is a sponteneous thing, but Adobe seems to not be able to change plans without something going wrong.Repeatedly, i buy PS , then find it wont sign in, wont work, cue spending sometimes 2 hours (after the 30 minutes talking to the useless AI chat bot) , with support trying to fix it. Simple question, 'i  had illustrator, i've changed my plan to Photoshop, but  PS  "wont sign in, say's theres a billing issue, says something else.' Support reply, "so you want to change to illustrator?" No! I want Photoshop.  And so it goes on, until every creative juice i had, and my precious 2 hours to do something creative, disappears into hours of

Presets and other Preferences vanishing into thin air is the last straw for me

So, this is a bit of a rant. I'm very frustrated, and I’ve just about had it. For years I’ve searched through endless posts, threads, and videos, and for years I’ve been putting up with Photoshop randomly losing things: shortcut keys, preferences, layouts, recent files, and most prominently: brushes. Every time I think I’ve got it stable, I relax, and move on. I forget the problem. Then out of nowhere it breaks again and I lose yet again, more hours of work. But lately that issue has been daily. I don't want to have to save brushes manually. Any industry standard app should keep your progress. And yes, I've done everything. Installing on new computers, clearing my roaming folder, etc. This has been an ongoing problem with every major version of adobe 2020. And honestly, this isn't even primarily a Photoshop issue. But it shows up the most with Photoshop due to the nature of saving brush presets, etc. At this point I suspect it’s something to do with creative cloud sync/l

CC Library not workingOpen for Voting

I have contacted Adobe for help on this issue four times and it has not been fixed. Ever since version 25, I have not been able to use the latest version of Photoshop because the Library assets do not work. This is true for all of my libraries. I can not even add assets to a new library. I can create the library, but nothing I drag and drop gets added. This is the case for both brushes and colours, so it is not only a brushes issue.Trying to get new brushes from Adobe using the "Get More Brushes" menu option does not work because the link does not lead to an Adobe webpage where I can download new brushes to replace the libraries that are not working.I updated to 26, and the problem has not been fixed. My only option right now to keep working on my major project is to go back to version 24, which is not a long-term solution.I am using Windows 11 home-64 bit on a desktop. All of my drivers are up to date.

Adobe CC plugin for Word/Powerpoint

Since around March this plugin no longer seems to be compatible/work with Word/PP. Despite several workaround attempts the library itmes just do not import. There have been countless forums with Adobe but it seems they have yet to provide a solution. Come on Adobe sort this out please it's crippling to our workflow.

Addition of a Proper Recovery Method for CC Library AssetsOpen for Voting

Hello, I would like to make a recommendation for the introductionof a better way to recover deleted assets for the CC library. I accidentally deleted a group in my conpany's CC library and the undo button appeared for less than a second, when i hovered over it, it disappeared and I lost many assets in an instant. The deleted section of my Creative Cloud program showed no files and I tried to reach out to support but there was so much red tape that i gave up. I ended up having to recreate a new group and manually add all the assets again. This incident highlighted to me that CC library did not have a proper way to recover or undo deleted actions and is an unreliable place to store company assets. Simple addittions like a proper undo button, prompt for mass deletion of files and a better way to recover groups is needed.

I'm annoyed that Adobe removed preset syncing. That would solve all my problems. Instead we are forced to use Libraries, which don't allow for app specific assets like photoshop brushes. Give us a solution that syncs photoshop's (or any app's) assets and presets across devices so the user experience isn't different everywhere they use their apps. For example, there should be a straightforward way to save all my brushes in a library so I can go to another of my PCs and see them all, or so that a team member can see them all in a shared library.

Review Links history is not well managed and we could miss the review feedbacks.Is there a way to store/export the review links along with its history? May be in PDF format. Please let me know if there is a workaround for it as well Thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated.

CC Library showing white background in image showcase

When adding vector in Indesign the image showcase has white background which is unhelpfull if graphic is white.Therefore you cannot see the image.

CC Libraries working unreliably

Recently (past few weeks) I'm having the same issue as many others posting here - CC Libriries working unreliably, dissappearing, freezing, etc.  I am trying to get my team on board to use the Libraries for the couple of brands we are working with, but given the circumstances it's really difficult to get others on board with it right now. Over the years I found it to be an excellent time saver, hope it can be fixed soon. Thank you!

File sharing with Adobe portfolio

Hi there,Not sure this is the right place to post, but couldn't find an Adobe portfolio forum - sorry! I want to create an offline photo portfolio that i can create with my team but share at client meetings. I thought Adobe portfolio would be the answer but found you couldn't collaborate with other users and you couldn't view offline. Has anyone got any recommendations on what software i could use? thanks!

Can Libraries organisation be made simpler?Selecting individual items to move to another library takes so long especially as the popup window is so small.Merging Libraries would be so useful. Selection of multiple objects to say add multiple colours rather than. each one individually could save a lot of time. Single object option or multiple, as in Asset Export window is what I mean.

Document Share Preview Zoom

When a document is shared via the share link in the adobe programs and is sent for approval. How can one communicate what 100% might look like.  For instance if I share banner that is 36" x 56" the preview will display completely zoomed out, so my client will never know what the artwork looks like at 100%, meaning they will never know when I am trying to show them something that is pixelated because they have low quality images..  I know it might also be a difficult thing to achieve because of user zoom preferences in the browser.  Does anyone have any idea on how to communicate this or what a future verison of preview may look like. Are people getting feedback from other programs instead of the share link; like frame.io?  Let me know your thoughts!

So, I just received a notification from adobe stating that new RTX 30 and 40 series users will get free one month subscription of adobe creative cloud. but when I go to redeem it adobe shows this error attatched bellow. What to do?

Adobe Stock files adding into default library is the most annoying feature ever

Just so you know, I like to manage my library by myself, not by you. I NEVER add any image in my library, NEVER. Now everytime I download a picture its automaticly added to my default library - witch doesn't have anything to do with stock pictures. And pass too mutch time online trying to find how do I turn off this really really (cannot say big words it seems) annoying feature.Even after I manage to find how, you dit turn it back on. And this time, I don't find the option to turn it back off. Did you know that there is other Stock service?! I guess I won't have this issue with them. I will keep that in mind when renewall come around.

CC Libraries Freezing

I am having constant issues with my libraries freezing/being unseable across InDesign and Illustrator. I took the time to build out all the brands I work for, but it is frustrating when I can't easily access the library.  The back button to get back to my other libraries is grayed out in InDesign and in Illustrator it is just stuck on another library. Please advise on how to fix this, it is important to my workflow.

Annoying search field in CC Library when using colors

Am I the only one to be very annoyed with the search function in the CC Library palette (in Photoshop anyway)? Every time I click a color in the library to use it, then proceed to hit a hotkey to change a tool (like V for pointer tool) the search field in the library palatte automatically populates and I sit here typing my hotkey letters into the search field, wondering why my tools aren't changing. It's a productivity pain in the butt. Anyone else? Can this be changed?

I currently us 5 computers and switch between them every day i would like for there to be a better lic management that i can sign out easyer to switch computers faster also remove bridge from requiring the lic and fix the lic check lag i get on all my programs. i beleve that if i install adobe bridge and acrobat reader that there should be a lic free version. bridge will allow you to preview files delete and lable and rate but no pro fetures that will link you to apps. and if you try to open a app required document like a PSD or AI or ID file ... point them to adobe reader and let them know so that they can preview and sort files this way i can use the server without a lic to just view and sort my project documents and no need to switch lic accounts all the time

CC Libraries are freezing in InDesign 20.4.1

Now the CC Libraries are freezing in the latest InDesign. This has been happening with llustrator for the past month and now it's happening in InDesign too. The CC Libraries pane is completely frozen. I cannot scroll through or get to another folder. Mac Sequoia 15.5

Illustrator 29.6 Bug_ Libraries are frozen and am unable to access assets>>>>

This latest problem with illustrator which has been crashing constantly is quite alarming.  I updated Illustrator to 29.6 yesterday and trusted that all would be well, but  now am unable to access  assets as Library is frozen.  I am on Mac Mini Studio, Apple Mac M2 pro, OS Sequoia 15.5 . It seems lately that every Adobe Illustrator  update brings more and more problems and is wasting hours of precious time.Do Adobe ever test anything in house before issuing updates? It seems like they want their long suffering customers to do all the testing for them?

Invitation to collaborate on library leads to 404 error in email

Whenever I receive an invitation to collaborate on a CC library, the "start collaborating" button in email leads to a 404 error page. The only way to accept the invitation is through the notifications modal on Adobe.com. All of my team members have had the same problem when I invite them to collaborate on libraries.
