I've been going through unnecessary account jumping because some of your staff outright lied to me, but what is more frustrating is the fact that I need to clean up the mess by manually moving all my photoshop files before you can do your bit to move 1TB of Lightroom. Your cloud solutions are messy and disorganised, and dare I say not fit-for-purpose. I have 60+ photoshop PSDC files in the cloud that I need to MANUALLY move. ONE BY ONE. Your "copy and paste a link" solution doesn't seem to work for accounts that are linked via a single email, so I need to open these files in Photoshop and manually save them to my Mac. Each individual file is now about 4-7GB in size! This alone begs the question why this sort of compression that is used on the cloud PSDC files isn't available for all other platforms. 60 files in the cloud are 78GB, but 12 of them on my Mac are 100+GB already? You surely are joking! You told me that there is no way for you to move these files in batch for m
Please allow Administrators to move files from one users cloud storage to another without needing to "remove" the original user, or to download the files in a zip format and have to re-upload them manually. Situation:We had a user that left the company and had 1.5GB of data in Adobe Cloud storage. We had to go through a rather esoteric process with Adobe support that "removed" the old user, before we could have an email sent to the new user, have them download the files in a zip format, and then they could re-upload the files back to their Adobe Cloud storage. This seems to be needlessly complex and time consuming, as well as very concerning that if the user is "removed" and something happens, then their data is now "gone."It would be far better for all concerned if there was a "move file" option that did not involve "removing a user." If you moved the files, confirmed the move was successful and then "removed" it would seem a lot less "scary and final."I hav
Please add the ability to add gradients to our libraries as fill swatches not graphics!
Good day, Adobe team,I’m a tech enthusiast and a dedicated user of various Adobe programs, including the beta versions of your software. I’ve encountered a challenge that I believe could be improved for a better user experience. With the frequent updates and beta versions, such as Premier 2024 and Premier Pro 2024, managing these different versions along with their caches has become a bit cumbersome. Each version maintains its own cache, leading to significant hard disk space consumption.Suggestion: I highly recommend implementing a feature within Creative Cloud that automatically manages these versions, ideally removing or archiving older versions once a new one is installed. This feature could help users save valuable disk space and streamline the workflow, especially for those of us juggling between standard and beta versions of Adobe apps.If you also check the mobile apps competition you will see that when we download a new app from app store, we don't have any issues with the previ
There is a program called SmartDocs that is integrated with Microsoft Word and Excel. It functions much like the CC libraries but with text snippets you can insert into things like proposals and papers. It would be an amazing boost to functionality if you could use SmartDocs in something like InDesign for content layout. The version I currently use is a SharePoint compatible program and having the access to what amounts to the enitre company's library of snippets for things like proposals, addresses, regulatory information, and etc would be amazing. It would also allow people to lay out designs in InDesign without having to try to do desktop publishing in Microsoft Word, because, let's be honest, Word tries hard, but it fails.SmartDocs Website: https://36software.com/ I put this in a chat and got hung up on:"I'm not sure if you're the right person to talk to, but I have an idea to increase functionality in InDesign and the librariesThere's a program ca
Here's a crazy idea. Why not put access to models library in Texturing plan? Since for some reason Photoediting plans can use them, how Texturing one (who actually has more need for it) can't use it? Adobe logic is... weird.
There should be a button to refresh library elements when it is not syncing properly. When I save one item to my libraries in one program it is not showing in the other, so I am not sure if it is my internet or if the library is not updated, so if there was something to tell me it is retrieving information I would know if I have to wait. (Maybe a progress bar there?)
When I use Adobe Firefly to create generative images., the only viable option I see to save the images (aside from downloading to the computer) is to save the image to my library. I love how I am able to save them all in the library and see them in my adobe creative cloud files, however, there is not an option to select all or multiple images and download them all. I would like to see that feature added. Moreover, I would love it if there was a way to save those generative images to a folder that would be synced with creative cloud and accesible not only by adobe apps but within the creative cloud folder on my PC. There definitely has to be a better organization system for generative images, which can accumulate rather quickly.
I really need to ability to share a folder of completed work to a client. I have 10tb or storage space and I can’t use it as a dropbox or google drive replacement because I can only send a link to an individual file.
Right now, I have to share every single cloud asset individually with each person on my team. Because of the nature of my work, this is extremely time consuming--as single project could necessitate 30+ asset shares. It would make much more sense to be able to organize assets into project folders and share the entire folder and all contents at once to the team. Additionally, the fact that I have to leave Illustrator to go to the Cloud app to share the assets is burdensome--why can't I at least share items the way I do Libraries--allowing me to make the item accessible to all people within an organization or other user group from within the App?
I am trying to build a library of audio tracks for others to review for a project. Standard functionality on any other stock audio site is that once you create a library/collection, you can enter that library and listen to all the tracks in one place. In Adobe CC, you have to open the library and then open each individual file into a separate window to play it. It is really hampering workflow.
Libraries could be so much more useful if usergroups existed. Suppose a weekly grocery store circulars is done in InDesign with 110 food categories(libraries) and we have 55 users who need access to the library. Once the libraries are created, would take 6,050 clicks of the invite button alone. You can enter the emails with colon delimited separation which can cut down my clicks of the blue button to 110 if typed perfectly in a text file without a single error. When a new person is hired once again another 110 clicks to share and toggling the can edit to can view. Please add user groups feature to libraries, along with sub-folders.

This idea is for CC libraries and viewing them within the Apps. When working across multiple platforms like websites, authoring tools, Microsoft tools or similar, I find it a hassle to search for the Hex code or RGB values from my CC libraries every time. I work in an agency that deals with several clients - each with their unique brand guidelines - and sometimes colours in libraries need to be labeled as their name, others can stay as Hex or RGB. You can currently hover over the swatch to see the values, but this requires switching back and forth between screens or Apps. Additionaly (this is a nice to have) there could be a 'copy' button next to the colour values so they can easily be copied and pasted between apps. To save time, it would be handy to have the option to view all values in the library. Since the data is already there in the hover mode it should hopefully be easy enough to display it permanently next to the swatch in the library.
For church volunteers with minimal design experience, Canva provides an accessible bridge between the big picture brand assets and guidelines that I create in Adobe software and the various groups with design needs for their events when I can not be directly involved throughout the design phase. The ability to provide synchronized CC Libraries that are drag-and-drop for Canva users would be a helpful step forward for us. I only mention Canva, simply due to the large adoption it has seen over the last few years.
Need to be able to download Creative Cloud files in bulk - or a folder of Creative Cloud files to my PC /wherever cloud system (Google Drive / iCloud / OneDrive/ Dropbox/ Desktop etc)- I need to be able to download etc a bunch files at a time - NOT one by one - please fix asap - literally a sore point with me right now - joint and other issuesso get repetitive stress injury (RSI) from doing this download one by one for dozens to hundreds of files- obviously: impossible to do ...if this (missing) feature is not implemented soon …. it may be a dealbreaker … Adobe needs to put back the download button for multi select files to download -I believe it was there once I need this file management thing to be fixed sooner than later - reason ? My CC files - especially Fresco (lots of work) is being mirrored to my iPad by default; and I cannot change it to online only (as that is also broken)I don’t want to go down a rabbit hole of creating tons of work - only to find that my ipad is clogging
Really disappointing that Creative Cloud Synced files will no longer be supported. When collaboration is being promoted and Adove to pull it out is very surprising.
It seems like there's a lot of people with the same issue as me.I have Acrobat Pro assigned to my corporate email and Photoshop with my personal email, and everytime I have to switch between accounts is such a pain.My Creative Cloud Desktop doesn't seem to communicate well either, whenever I need to login/out from one account to the other, and I can't delete it and reinstall it without deleting all the apps...The other day I spent half of my day trying to understand why I could only use my Acrobat Pro online (on my laptop Creative Cloud Desktop kept telling me I didn't have the Pro plan.).So frustating!Adobe please help with a smooth tool to switch between accounts
We are graphic designers in the textile industry. We work for a large organization and we need to collaborate on files with our colleagues. We can do this by saving our files directly in the Creative Cloud (.aic/.psdc...). However, we would like to be able to collaborate and share with our colleagues within a folder structure because there are too many files in a collection that we are working on. The simple file-by-file collaboration management is not optimized. Example of folder structure: Summer25/Woman/Xoxo_Design/Xoxoxo.aic. Can you help us? thanks for that Adoby !!!
Problems found: In our IT operating environment, users have no administrator rights. As a result, users are unable to change the language settings of the adobe applications. Our Windows clients have German as the basic language. For our French employees, there is an English base client who automatically sets French as a GUI language using "Language Picker" after the start. However, this leads to the problem that sometimes the adobe applications on the French clients are only displayed in English. This is probably due to the automatic detection of the operating system language. Desired feature: It would therefore be very useful for us if there was a possibility that users could change this setting afterwards without administrator rights.
There are three versions of Lightroom - four if one includes the phone app. They are all called Lightroom. Both Lightroom and Lightroom Classic are described as desktop versions.Lightroom web is not called that; it is also called Lightroom. Not unique or descriptive. CLASSIC is a desktop version.CC? Hybrid? If it is an application one downloads, but which makes one's images available on any device one has access to, it should have a different, DISTINCTIVE name like, Lightroom Collaborate or Lightroom Spectrum, or something that will differentiate it appropriately. Just calling it Lightroom... Why? Lightroom web should not exist. It is garbage, and there are sync issues that need a tech to fix. Adobe needs to have a good look at the inconsistencies in their descriptionsI.e. In the Adobe Creative Cloud Application, in Apps (left side menu), Lightroom (available in your plan) doesn't have a descriptive name. If that is the hybrid that one can access from a desktop, or t

Our need with the adobe admin console is: We need a function for e-mail notifcations if alle adobe cc / dc licenses are assigned (no unassigned licenses in the adobe admin console left) to our users. We can imagine that others could benefit from this function aswell!
There needs to be an easier way to save/manage photos on the Adobe Stock site. Allow us to select a "default library". This would be helpful instead of having to select the library every time while we are saving. Right now you have to select the library a couple of times for it to finally start automatically saving to a specific library. A search feature for the library name after we heart an image and click "manage" to quickly change the library location. This way we don't have to scroll to find the name every time.A zoom feature so we can see the details of photos better. I have downloaded many photos that I couldn't tell were bad quality. An easier way to organize photos in libraries on the desktop website - add filters for libraries (sort by recently added to older, asset type, asset status, text search box to find a specific photo in that library)I think Shutterstock has a great UI that should be used on Adobe stock. They make it so easy to manage photos.
I like the idea of CC Libraries. For me, there was a bit of cognitive dissonance at first because I thought I could put assets in the CC Files. This would have been the most convenient way to add assets to my projects. I deal with hundreds, sometimes thousands of assets daily. I opened the Creative Cloud app and noticed I could manage Libraries there. I could create a "Custom group" and then a "subgroup" to organize my assets. This was greatly appreciated, although one observation. This UI is behaving a lot like directories on a desktop computer, without the nicities of directories. In each subgroup I have thousands of assets stored. Their names are suboptimal because most are generated with a script, but I could easily find an asset if I could sort a subgroup by created / modified date instead of the default alphanumeric. This feature is sadly missing. In the MacOS CC App, I cannot collapse subgroups or select subgroups from the breadcrumb menu. This prevents me from quickly
