Hello,I am having an issue where Adobe Substance 3D Painter (Steam version) crashes during startup.The problem:Painter launches and shows the splash screen. Is it possible to give k-12 account admins more latitude when it comes to allowing features? Currently we cannot access STOCK, etc.
Hi everyone, I've been experiencing this problem with Creative Cloud Content Manager for a few days now. I've noticed that the process in Activity Monitor spikes to 100% and stays constant, sometimes even reaching 180-190% CPU usage, without me doing anything. It happens immediately after startup and stays that way for several minutes.My configuration is:iMac 2020, OS: 14.8.3 (23J220), 3.8 GHz Intel Core i7 8-core, 32GB RAM.Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.8.1.865.Can anyone help me with this problem? The Issue:!--tgqphd||[]--> "Save for Web (Legacy) slice selections are locked together. Changing one slice format (JPEG/GIF) changes all slices globally." I’m on a mac and using Photoshop 27.8 release. When I go to export multiple slices, like I’ve done a million times, it will now only allow me to export them as the same file type. Before I could save one slice as a gif or png while other slices would be a jpeg. Now, if I choose gif for one slice, it will make all the slices a gif. Same thing if I choose jpeg. I’ve worked through several troubleshooting steps to see if I could resolve the problem but to no avail. Im using the slice select tool as well when I export to choose individual slices but it keeps globally making changes. !--tgqphd||[]-->!--tgqphd||[]-->

Hi, Libraries are freezing in InDesign and Illustrator. This has been happening for around 6 months and affects 3 out of 4 mac laptops in our team.All apps and creative cloud up to date. Only solution is to quit software and reload, we can only then add another 2 assets to your file before it then freezes again.I can see from the forums that this is a very common issue affecting a number of users currently. Is a fix in process? Creative Cloud info below. All macbooks running Sequoia 15.5. InDesign 20.4.1. and Illustrator 29.6.1Thanks in advance.

I recently checked Adobe Creative Cloud and found that the "Check for updates" option is missing. Is it a problem with my computer or has the interface been changed on your end?
Like others have experienced, my CC panel in Photoshop is completely unreliable. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm tired of closing all of my open files and restarting just to be able to get to an asset. This has been going on forever, and seems like it will never be fixed. I'm far too busy to be playing around with this problem.
I’ve shared multiple projects with 2 of my colleagues (we all use personal accounts), and I’ve checked that their access rights are set to “can edit”. The projects only have Illustrator cloud files in them.They can both see all the files in each project, but when they try to open any, an error message says they don’t have access.I can only find answers about this relating to team/entreprise accounts, not personal accounts. How can this be resolved? Thanks! Close
I upgraded my adobe subscription yesterday but when I login to adobe.com, it doesn't open. Nothing but spinning arrows. cloud desktop has not updated, nor has my adobe account. I had the adobe photoshop account that I'd like to upgrade. Windows 11.
After updating from the 2025 to the 2026 version of Creative Cloud apps, the new cloud save interface has become extremely frustrating to use.In the 2025 version, when saving to the cloud, the window displayed folders as large icons with thumbnail previews of the design files. This made it quick and easy to find and select the correct folder visually.In the 2026 version, this has been replaced by a drop-down folder list that:• Is not displayed in alphabetical order• Uses a very small arrow to expand folders, which is hard to click precisely• Sometimes ignores the selected folder and saves files in the root or random locationsThis new interface slows down the workflow significantly and makes file organization unnecessarily complicated. For designers and creative professionals, the loss of thumbnail previews and clear folder navigation is a serious usability issue.I’m using Windows 10, and this issue occurs consistently across all Creative Cloud apps after the 2026 update.Please consider
The CC library panel is not working as it should: 1. It freezes and won't allow scroll.2. When I expand the panel to see more it stretches the entire element including the text vs showing more. Something is definitely broken.
I've been using the CC library a lot within InDesign. But I can't make the thumbnails of the photos larger. Is it possible? Does anyone know, please? Thanks.
I have a bunch of Transparent PNG images and when I license them, they update as FLAT JPEGs in my PS Panel and in my document and I can't figure out how to keep them as PNGs. But I can go and download them and I get the choice of JPEG or PNG and they download correctly. But then I have to drag them all in a update individually. I'm not seeing a preference that I can change to make them 'hold' as PNGs. The preview icon shows them as transparent, but says JPEG in the info next to it. Thanks for the help.
This is so annoying!!! I keep having to quit the program and restart
Many of us have 3 computing devices (aside from our phone/tablets). I myself have a home computer, work computer and a laptop. The best solution adobe help could offer is a "teams" plan which takes my $35/month plan and goes up to $90/month. Of course I could buy a seperate account but then one of my devices would be on an entirely different account with different assets and would totally defeat the purpose of this. I shouldn't have to be playing device roulette EVERY DAY logging in and out, deactivating this machine, reactivating it 2 hours later... Make it an add-on and require two factor authentication so you know it isn't being abused across multiple users. An extra $5-10/month per extra device. I think MOST of the others in my same situation would be HAPPY to pay because it is such an inconvenience. Please for the love of God, give us multi-computer users a solution that actually makes some sense.
The library tab in InDesign defaults to being huge, so it takes up way too much real estate to have it open while I'm trying to work. Seeing as the push seems to be toward libraries, I would like it open, but I've just decided to work around it.
So, this is a bit of a rant. I'm very frustrated, and I’ve just about had it. For years I’ve searched through endless posts, threads, and videos, and for years I’ve been putting up with Photoshop randomly losing things: shortcut keys, preferences, layouts, recent files, and most prominently: brushes. Every time I think I’ve got it stable, I relax, and move on. I forget the problem. Then out of nowhere it breaks again and I lose yet again, more hours of work. But lately that issue has been daily. I don't want to have to save brushes manually. Any industry standard app should keep your progress. And yes, I've done everything. Installing on new computers, clearing my roaming folder, etc. This has been an ongoing problem with every major version of adobe 2020. And honestly, this isn't even primarily a Photoshop issue. But it shows up the most with Photoshop due to the nature of saving brush presets, etc. At this point I suspect it’s something to do with creative cloud sync/l
When adding vector in Indesign the image showcase has white background which is unhelpfull if graphic is white.Therefore you cannot see the image.
Hi there,Not sure this is the right place to post, but couldn't find an Adobe portfolio forum - sorry! I want to create an offline photo portfolio that i can create with my team but share at client meetings. I thought Adobe portfolio would be the answer but found you couldn't collaborate with other users and you couldn't view offline. Has anyone got any recommendations on what software i could use? thanks!
When a document is shared via the share link in the adobe programs and is sent for approval. How can one communicate what 100% might look like. For instance if I share banner that is 36" x 56" the preview will display completely zoomed out, so my client will never know what the artwork looks like at 100%, meaning they will never know when I am trying to show them something that is pixelated because they have low quality images.. I know it might also be a difficult thing to achieve because of user zoom preferences in the browser. Does anyone have any idea on how to communicate this or what a future verison of preview may look like. Are people getting feedback from other programs instead of the share link; like frame.io? Let me know your thoughts!
So, I just received a notification from adobe stating that new RTX 30 and 40 series users will get free one month subscription of adobe creative cloud. but when I go to redeem it adobe shows this error attatched bellow. What to do?
Just so you know, I like to manage my library by myself, not by you. I NEVER add any image in my library, NEVER. Now everytime I download a picture its automaticly added to my default library - witch doesn't have anything to do with stock pictures. And pass too mutch time online trying to find how do I turn off this really really (cannot say big words it seems) annoying feature.Even after I manage to find how, you dit turn it back on. And this time, I don't find the option to turn it back off. Did you know that there is other Stock service?! I guess I won't have this issue with them. I will keep that in mind when renewall come around.
My team and I are wondering if there is a way to either export an entire CC library as individual files vs. .cclibs file *or* if you can extract individual files from that .cclibs file. We are wanting to create all of our assets for a project within adobe libraries, and then once the project is completed, export the individual files for archiving on our server. Thank you in advance.
