Adobe Fonts

Hey there!Font syncing has become an issue for my team.I'd like to understand if this is something Adobe has acknowledged and if there is a different system we could be using so these work better. Is it s version (currently using 17.2) issue and would upgrading to 2024 make a difference.It's an issue with more than onemeber of the team and is likely impacting productivity (and general sanity).We have to manually add the fonts, then restart CC, Indd and most times restar the computer.Its there any support that Adobe can provide? 

I was able to access and use it two weeks ago. I search for it now in Adobe Fonts and nothing appears. It does not say that Penumbra was discontinued. During the interim I had to switch from using a Mac to a PC.

Hi, I am using Swear Text from Ohno in body text. The *regular* weight is actually 500. However, even at 500 I am finding it very light. If I go to 600 it is too heavy - there is a jump. Has anyone else had this issue and found a workaround? Thanks.

Hello, I'm on Windows 11 and I'm having major issues with my font library.  Multiple times per day my entire library will deactivate, then reactivate. I can't seem to identify a trigger for this. If I happen to be in AE at the time, I get an error saying something like "After Effects cannot read font database"  and tells me to restart my machine. It mentions to go to a "http://www.adobe.com/go/learn_ae_fonterror" to learn more but the link is dead.   I've tried restarting, I've manually reset the Creative Cloud application. I've logged out and in. I've purged every CC login session. No luck, can anyone help?

Hello, I am using adobe fonts for a website. It's displayed fine on xd and my client was happy with it. But when I'm importing the font on my prestashop, it's way too light (the thickness is the same, 400, for the Nimbus Sans font). I send two screenshots : one for the Xd and the other for the website. What can I do to improve this ? I can't switch to bold, it would be way too bold. I would very much appreciate any help. Best regards

There have been no answers in the community forums for removing hundreds of unwanted foreign fonts that all of a sudden appear in the fonts menu. Adobe offers no help whatsoever with this except to remove ALL your fonts and start over. That does not address the problem of how they SNEAK in, in the first place. Adobe says they have no control over this. Excuse me??? I did not ask to be invaded after I download an Adobe font from CC. That's when it happened. Adobe takes monthly charges but will never help with answers.

Hello,I use font Serenity (https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/serenity) in one of my web project. When I use non-breaking space ( ) in text, the space between words is wider than regular space. It seem that only this font causes problem. Other web projects and fonts render space with normal width. There is nothing special in my CSS or HTML. Changing word spacing or other spacing didn't help.

HelloI have a problem with Adobe Fonts. For example, when I open a document in InDesign that uses Adobe Fonts fonts, the fonts cannot be loaded. It does not show me an error message. It just loads all the time. Even if I add the font manually, it does not recognize the font in InDesign. The font does not appear in the Adobe Creative Cloud under Added fonts either.What is the problem? I am working on the same computer with two different users. I am logged in to each user with my Adobe account. Can this cause a conflict?Sometimes it helps to restart the computer, sometimes I have to download the program again. Most of the time, however, none of this helps.

Hi, I want to use the variable font format/packaged format in a web project and use font-variation-setting but the only way to integrate is through creating a project and syncing the fonts which does not give the option of font format (.woff2).I am trying to attain the variable weight effect on the titles on this website:https://www.at-elier.org/citiesI see that v-fonts.com is able to simulate the same with sliders and the font used is in the .woff format.https://v-fonts.com/fonts/acumin-variable-concept How does one acquire this through adobe cc?Can someone guide me? 

I consider subscribing to adobe creative cloud in order to have an adobe font - Myriad.I plan to use the font in a website not as a website font, but as a font for a lot of images. The monthly subscription in my country is around 50 euros per month.Does the subscription include to use the font as a text for 50000+ images in the website.Does the subscription include using it in more than 5 websites?Is there any limit for such usage?Thanks

Creative Cloud Desktop version : 5.5.0.617Windows 10 1809 The font manager is not launching on my CC desktop when I click on, nothing happen.Even after a fresh resintallation of the app, font manager is not working.A long time ago, this was functionning on a previous version but i don't remember which one. How to manage my fonts? Again, today the Adobe fonts webpage is not providing the management... Thanks.

Hi Community,I found this beautiful name sign on a house in the south of France but have been unable to find the exact same font. I really love the left-sided A's and the condensed old style letters.Can anybody help me? 

I came to work one day last week and all my Adobe Font that I use most often have been uninstalled. I do not know why but every document I work on regularly with fonts I use daily have been deactivated or uninstalled. I have to relink or reinstall fonts constantly. It doesn't seem to help either. Every document I open cannot find my fonts whether the font has been reinstalled or not. 

Nimbus Sans family with all it's variations (D, L, T, and so on), lacks organization.  I picked this font family for it's extended, and rounded condensed styles. Noticing in particular when pairing BoldCondensedRo1RegularCondensedRo1 The regular condensed style is clearly NOT condensed. (Gonna have to cheat it)

I keep having this same issue with fonts expiring for no reason. Some I use for projects that may be revisited down the road and cannot use the same fonts when going back to the docs; Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.    Why would fonts expire and how do we know which ones will be forever fonts so we can use them in projects and not worry about replacing them when they retire?  This is frustrating and makes me want to use some other form of font management system because I like to be creative with typography, however, I've been learning that I cannot trust Adobe Fonts to remain available. I would love to find out if the Adobe Font Management system will be stable in the future, or should I switch to something else to continue my work?  My company is also getting frustrated by this as it can be quite time-consuming to constantly keep going back to choose new fonts over and over for some simple projects. 

I am working on a design project and need to send the fonts in a zip file to the rest of my team. Not all of them have Adobe programs. I cannot find the fonts in a folder anywhere on my computer? How do I locate them to embed and send? Thanks

Hi everyone, I’m currently working on updating my website, UniverseCover, and I’ve been trying to embed some Adobe Fonts into the site. However, I’ve noticed that since I integrated the fonts, the website loading times have significantly increased, especially on mobile devices. I followed the standard process for embedding the fonts using the Adobe Fonts kit, but something seems off. Hello,I have the Adobe license with several software (photoshop, ind, illustrator) and I have been using the Fonts application with Creative Cloud for years.But for several weeks I have encountered a problem, the synchronization of fonts seems blocked. At first I could no longer add new fonts, and then now for several days, even the old fonts already installed have been desynchronized from the application. (see attached image) When I try to add a new font with Creative Cloud, I have the notification telling me "font installed" and the green dot. But then the application refreshes automatically and the dot turns red with the indication "unable to install the font". The solutions already tried:- Log out, and log back in.- Delete the application and reinstall it.- Delete all fonts and reinstall them.- Do all the software updates, Adobe, Windows..I don't understand anything, do you have any ideas and advice to give me please?thank you for your help.

After applying a recent update to my website coach hire, I've noticed that certain elements are not displaying correctly across different browsers. The layout seems broken in Chrome, and some CSS styles aren't rendering properly in Firefox. I suspect there might be issues related to CSS or browser compatibility. Has anyone else experienced similar issues after an update, and what steps can I take to troubleshoot and resolve this? Any advice on debugging or specific tools to use would be greatly appreciated!
