We are moving away from Type1 fonts in our environment so we can move to using all Adobe products eventually. We have three fonts that we use daily for our newspaper that I can't seem to find in OpenType. PoynterOS and Corona. Does anyone know where to find them or what are some good alternatives?
In the CC desktop app i can select Adobe fonts but wait a minute Web projects (showing on the Adobe fonts website) Is missing. All i see is Droid sans under 'Active fonts' Also when i search for any fonts i've used for Web projects they all show Available in CC, infact all fonts on the Adobe Fonts website have this and no option to make a web project - it used to show a </> icon i think. What am i supposed to know?
anyone have issues with Adobe CC fonts being "active" but not being visible or usable when in AI? My fonts have worked in the past but at some 'upgrade' my selected fonts are no longer active. They are active in the Adobe Fonts webpage and I've tried deactivating and reactivating but still no luck. Thanks for any insight to getting these workign again would be great.
I have tried to download fonts into my Adobe products. Have activated them in CC and still I get this error message and pink highlighted text in a previous report that is being updated. Please help. I am not sure what to do and need to move forward with this document. I do NOT want substitued fonts. This seems to be an ongoing issue for many. Why has this not been resolved yet? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
I have roughly 45 fonts I've added to Creative Cloud using .ttf and .otf files. All show they're installed in CC. They work for about a week, then all of a sudden they become missing in the apps... yet installed in CC. So I have to uninstall them on CC and reupload the font files for them to become usable in the apps again. Really annoying!I use these fonts often so it's not an issue of deactivating?
I want to use this font on a website: Halcom | Adobe Fonts Our branding agency said it was free to use on web projects - but as their client it looks like we have to pay for use of the font too? Is this correct? Or can we use their licence? If we have to pay - there seem to be 2 available options:https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/northernblock/halcom/Creative Suite subscription Is this correct? Can we just buy the 3 fonts we need from myfonts.com as a one-off purchase, or do we have to purchase an annual creative suite subscription?

I purchased a font several years ago and have been using it on Adobe products. Now, all of a sudden, that file type is no longer supported. It is important that I use this font for proper branding of my company. One possible version is .pfb and the other is .afm. Creative cloud will not let me add this font so it can be used in other apps.
Hello - I have a problem with the kerning of Mrs Eaves XL Serif Nar Heavy. The 'r' and 'v', and 'r' and 'y' touch eachother and I don't think this looks good. I can add letter-spacing to the web page but this means a lot of manual work and is not a good idea from a maintenance point of view. Is there any global setting that I can apply?
I have a new machine running in home office and I copied the system from the office machine (iMac 2019) to the home ofrfice machine (iMac 2021). Everything running fine — except the font activation. It simply does not work. I log on to fonts.adobe.com and activate a font — it doesn’t show in InDesign or Illustrator or Photoshop or anywhere else. When activated, the little green box appears at the bottom of the page, indicating the font wasd activated. But the message from CC in the notification center doe not appear. Same problem with the office machine: an active font didn’t show and was missing. Then, a day later, it was there. But only on the original office machine, not the home office machine. I have already de- and re-installed the CC App on the system. I have logged off and on several times. I have restarted again and again.
Recently I can no longer use fonts that I've activated in Adobe Fonts via the web. They no longer appear in Illustratior, Indesign or Photoshop. I have followed evry steps suggested by the Fonts User Guide : restart programs, restart computer, log out and log in again; nothing helps. Even if all fonts are deactivated in Adobe Fonts, nothing happens. The Fonts section of Creative Cloud app keeps loading forever. When I try to actived the fonts directly in the programs, it continues to load endlessly : I can't use the font. Please HELP! because I am working on a project where I need certain fonts that I don't get active now and therefore cannot continue with my work. I'm working on a MacBook Pro 2021 and every programs are updated.
I installed a windows font 'Avenir Next LT Pro' in creative cloud desktop, it then showed up in CC apps. But once I restart my computer I get the message 'Missing Fonts' when opening CC Apps which use this font. I check Creative Cloud Destop and they're still installed, it's just not showing up in the apps anymore. The only fix I have is to uninstall the fonts and reinstall the fonts on every restart.
I notice that I have a bunch of Fonts on my computer which are labelled as being of a type "X".Are these Type 1 PS fonts, TT, TTF or something else? And will they still be compatible with Adobe apps in 2023 or should I trash them?
Hello, I am seeking assistance re Adobe Fonts for commercial use: 1. Can I create my business logo using Adobe Fonts and have it placed on a physical product for sale? Ie on shoes, clothing labels, etc for use for an indefinite period of time? Does the status of my Creative Cloud subscription impact this?2. Is there a way to purchase an Adobe Font to have exclusive use of it? Thank you.
For what ever reason, Expressway font quit working. Any ideas on why?
Hello, I've tried to contact support on twitter and on the chat but none seem to understand my request so here I am. The image depicting the arabic language on adobe font, in the "sort by language" section at the bottom, is incorrect. It's written from left to right with detached letters while arabic is written from right to left with attached letters. Here's the one on the website. And here's how it should be. I hope this gets resolved,Thank you for your help.
I subscribe to the full CC suite and am looking for a font of the Art Deco or Art Nouveau style. It would be something between or similar to Metropolis or Paris Metro. I'd prefer to be able to download it as part of my CC subscription, but I don't mind paying. I've tried searching Adobe Fonts, but I don't see a way to search a general type like those mentioned above. Thanks.
I recently transfered my system from an Intel Macbook to a M1 Pro Macbook. Everything is working except for the fonts. When I go to the Fonts page in the Adobe Creative Cloud app an endless loading sign appears. Now the Adobe fonts I had installed before aren't working at the moment and I can't select them. You need to ask program questions in the forum for the program you are usingTo ask in the forum for your program please start at https://community.adobe.com/Moving from Using the Community (which is about the forums) to the correct forum... I am using Monterey 12.0.1 on apple silicon. Fonts downloaded from Adobe fonts work well in Adobe apps, however they are not working in Pages. The font list displays adobe fonts as boxes with question marks. When an Adobe font is selected the font displays with characters overlapping. I've attached photos to illustrate the issue. Any help on this problem would be much appreciated! (I've also reached out to Apple.) <Title renamed by moderator>

Please, why is in privacy policy written that there is no need a cookie with Adobe font service when the cookie is used. Thank you very much for your help.

We have several users using Adobe Creative Cloud V 4.8.2.478.In the last couple of weeks they have noticed that they can no longer synch any fonts from Adobe Fonts/TypeKit to their CC apps. What used to happen was you would go to the fonts tab in Creative Cloud and it would list any activated fonts (see fig1) and from there you could go to manage fonts which loads Search fonts | Adobe Fonts and from there you find a font you want and switch the slider button to activate and you would get 2 notifications pop up, one from the website and one from CC itself, see fig2Fig1Fig2What now happens is when you go to the Fonts tab in CC you dont get what you can see in the above image. What you get is the below, see Fig3. Where you see no active fonts and you click on browse fonts which opens Search fonts | Adobe Fonts which is fine but if you activate a font which you can still do, you only get the one notification from the website to say its been activated - the green one in Fig2 - you do no
