Adobe Learning Manager

I created by project specifically for use on the Chromebook.  Using http://howbigismybrowser.com/, and knowing that the district will not allow the students to close the shelf, the project is sized to work perfectly for the learners.  When uploaded to AWS and tested, all looks great and functions properly. When uploaded to Prime, the fluidic player makes the dimension and display all hinky.  Even using the "full screen" option still left part of the project off screen and I had to use the touch screen to slide the displayed content to the left to get to the continue button. Are there specific dimensions for display in the player?

I have created a project using Captivate 2019.  While previewing in HTML and later when published, uploaded to AWS, and view/played the project works smoothly. I published the project to Prime, from inside of Captivate, and the only interactivity that is present are the continue buttons.  The slide onEnter, other HTML and Javascript do not function. Why does it respond so differently in Prime? Is it intentional?  As it stands now, the project is useless (literally, not an emotional response).   It is a disappointing experience and seriously burst my bubble about how wonderful Prime is suppose to be.

Hello, How well does Marketo integrate with Pipedrive? We like Pipedrive but want to use a platform like Marketo for lead generation and tracking, and want to integrate it with Pipedrive CRM if possible. Please advise. Thanks

Hi,I was hoping someone could tell me what the Advance Action code is to open a URL (I have that part :)) but, then have it go back to the parent tab as I am afraid the user will get lost, but of course, leave the tab window there. Hello I keep trying to sign into captive Prime It keeps telling me I have to register and go to the administration area I can't find that where do I do that?

Is it possible to disable the tick on the progress bar of the fludic player? Scenario - I have a Captivate course I want the user to watch fully, but they are able to jump ahead using the fludic players built in progress bar tick mark. I'm unable to figure out how to disable this through any methods I've found in Captivate or HTML/Javascript changes. Thanks.  

Does it remove it from the Learner's dashboard/course?

Please forgive my complete "newb" question.  As I am learning Prime, I have noticed that the Auto Generated User Groups currently has "All users who ID Number is" followed by the number.  Currently, I only have one student, but it concerns me that the auto-generate may do that for every student added. Once there are more learners and the system finds no duplicate ID Numbers, will that disappear from the auto-generated user groups?  Or will is continue to add another group for every ID Number?  That could make the list ridiculously long. Thank you.

Hi, I am looking for some help with regarding the quiz score feature on the LMS. I have published a scorm file from Evolve Authoring in to Captivate Prime and when I run a report on the assesment part of the course, I can get an overall score for the learner but I can't seem to get a report for the individual questions. The customer support for the authoring software has suggested that Captivate Prime may not be able to report on individual learner interactions and has suggested publishing it through xAPI. Can anyone confirm if I can get individual learner interactions from a SCORM file or do I need to use xAPI?  If I need to use xAPI, can someone please explain to me how to use it. I have followed the tutorials and I am completely lost. The terminology has me confused and I am not sure what goes where. Any help on this would be great.  Thanks.

As an Administrator, click Catalogs on the left pane. You can see all the catalogs that were created in the account. To search a catalog, type the name of the catalog in the search bar. Once you see the list of catalogs, choose the catalog. To clear the search result, click X near the catalog.  

As an Administrator, for a specific course, you can disable email notifications. Here's how you'd do it. From the list of courses, click View Course. In the left pane, click Email Templates. Disable or enable the options, as required for the course. You can disable email notifications for the following, and more: Course completion. Reminder for course completion- Before and after deadline. Escalation for missed course.

A Job Aid is a repository of training content that is accessible to learners without any enrollment or completion criteria. Learners can refer to these job aids to get assistance for performing any activity or task in an organization.   Job Aids can be consumed independently or along with course consumption in Captivate Prime. Administrators of an organization can manage job aids assignment to learners and also withdraw or re-publish job aids.   If an Admin decides that a certain Job Aid is relevant to a certain task/function, or in the achievement of certain Skills, they can assign it to Users/Learners as required.   To assign a Job Aid, follow the steps below: In the list of Job Aids, click the gear icon. Click Manage Assignment.  In the Learners text-box, start typing the name of learners and choose the learners from the drop-down list. You can also find learners by name, profile, and so on. After adding learner(s), click Add. Click Save.

Hi all. We've had out Captivate Prime LMS up and running for a year now with no problems, but as of today (june 18, 2020), none of the modules will load anymore; just an infinitely spinning wheel. All of the modules in the courses are Captivate self-paced modules, built in-house with Cap2019. Is there a content store outage or a major format upgrade that happened?... i'm at a loss. Thanks in advance,Will

This post is to show, how to find  user detail in prime using email/uuid(User Unique ID) of the user.   Consider a learner in prime  INTERNAL/EXTERNAL ,and the admin wants the user detail of the learner.   FIND THE USER USING THE EMAIL OF THE USER.   Steps: 1.Go to Integration admin and  click on developer resources. 2.Click on api reference. 3.Select V2 api. 4.Select your role as admin. 5.Authorize yourself 6.Click on user. 7.Go to GET users/ 8.There is a text area by the name ids ,which is use to filter the learner. 9.In ids pass  the below string:    email:XXXXX@YYY.com(email of the user) 10.Send the request clicking on "Try out" button.   On following the above steps the details of the user will appear in the api response.   FIND THE USER USING  User Unique ID: Follow  till step 8 ,in the above mentioned steps. 9,In the ids pass the below string uuid:XXXXXXX(uuid of the user) 10.Hit tryout button. Hi all, I am creating Japanese Course for foreigners including English, Chinese, Vietnamese...As the figure shows below, six languages included.          The problem is that the option for Vietnamese is missing as the screenshot shows below.          I found a solution, but that is inconvenient to the foreigner learner: when you whant to show the Vietnam video, you should change your Content Language to Vietnamese in the Profile settings menu in advance. Therefore, I would like to ask for the best solution. Many thanks! Yulong

To avoid manual groups and adding users (hundreds) to these groups. Would like to be able to user automated groups with granular if then filtering. For example if member is located in Baltimore and they are a Manager assign SuperDuperTraining to them. The location and role auto groups are constantly updating so we never miss an assignment of mandatory training.  Thanks for considering a solution for this.  Regards,-D

Hi all, I am making a multi lingual course for Japanese which inculde Chinese translation textbook, but the uploaded pdf textbook do not show Japanese fonts at all, as the figs show below. The left panel shows Japanese well as a single file, but the right panel shows the Japanese fonts missing in Captivate Prime as marked by yellow highlighter. But in other case, in the English translation version textbook, the Japanese fonts work well.  I am be grateful for any recommendations! 

If a Course had a Discussion Board enabled, how do you clear the board out for the next set of new Learners to use it?

If a course in Captivate Prime contains several SCORM 2004 modules, where some modules do not contain quizzes and one modules only contain a quiz, can I use different settings for Reporting when exporting these modules from Articulate RISE 360? My choice for the non-quiz module is Complete/Incomplete and for the quiz module is Passed/Incomplete? Its been tricky to find online sources that describe how Captivate Prime handles different settings in the SCORM-file. I only found descriptions that brush on the surface, without giving an actual understanding.  Someone knows any good source to read that goes deeper?
