Hello,I would like to communicate the percentage of pages viewed so that the LMS platform allows the learner to access the next class or not.For example, the learner can access course #2 only if he or she has viewed 80% of the slides in course #1.How can I do this with Captivate?Thanks for your answers.

Hi There. I need help please. So I was able to successfully input the variable on my Captivate 9 material. Everything works fine. The current date shows up every time I re-open my material at different dates using captivate 9. However, after uploading it on Captivate Prime it won't give me the current date. It was showing the old date when I uploaded the material on prime. How do I fix this to show the current date on prime?

I do not see a place to edit a learning plan once it has been created, is this not possible? I created one to add a certain course to someone when they are added to a certain group and did not want to specify a time-frame for completion (it is the Learning in Prime course). Now it is showing '0' days to complete. Does this mean it is just open forever or never open? Sounds weird, I know. Also, can you add more than one course/activity to a learning PLAN? I would assume by it being a PLAN that you could...Thanks.

I am using the Publish to Adobe Captivate Prime option in Captivate 2017.  It works fine the first time but when I close the program and re-open to update an existing module it sometimes gives me a new module window and won't update the existing module.  The file names are the same.  Anyone having this problem and know how to fix it. 

Perhaps I have simply missed it... If so, I could use a little guidance.Otherwise, consider this as a feature request.I have created several courses and a learning program and I have found out how to set an expiration date for them.However, I cannot seem to find a way to set a start date.I would like to make my courses available for self-enrollment with defined start and stop dates.That way I set the date and not have to worry about forgetting to publish.This might go two different ways.1. They self-enroll in the course but no content can be accessed until the start date.2. They create their account and the item does not appear in the catalog until the start date.

The downloadable content for when you are offline is fantastic.Is it possible to set it up so multiple (~8) users can share a tablet?I'm looking at situations where there is no wifi, one tablet and need to get training done for up to 10 users (one at a time).

I created a simple course and put it in Prime. I want anyone can watch this course without having to register or own Captivate software. 

I would like to add simple text to my lesson--similar to a post or announcement. I don't want to type it into a Word every time and upload it as a document. Want about a link to a Youtube/Vimeo video? What about embed a video? Am I missing something here? Is Prime missing the basic elements that make a LMS functional to deliver content?

Can I disable concurrent login to ensure the user cannot login multiple computers/devices at once?

I have a learning plan set up for all my Spanish learners. Is there a way to change the interface language automatically for these learners. I know they can change it themselves under their profile.

Does Captivate Prime support IMS Global LTI for integration? If not is there another way to integrate to it?

I have created a learning module using Adobe Captivate 9.In that module I elected to have a button on each slide to continue to the next slide.There are 8 slides all together. The continue button displays correctly on appropriate slides except one.The slide it does not display on was created using the in-built Learning Interactions drop down.I am using the Accordion interaction. When I preview the project the button appears correctly on the Interaction slide.When the Captivate 9 learning module is loaded into Prime, the button disappears on that individual slide; causing the learner to be stuck, unable to continue forward.(above image) button appears in preview while in Captivate 9.(above image) button disappears when viewing module in Adobe Captivate Prime.

Is there something I need to do to enable the L1 Feedback to appear when my Learning Program is taken through the App? Everything is working when accessed through desktop version.

Hi. I've followed all the info on here about enabling the L1 Feedback for my course and I've opted to 'Show questionnaire immediately after course completion'.I sign in as a Learner and I take the course but after course completion nothing happens? On one occasion it did try to load something but now it does absolutely nothing. I've tried on desktop and through the app. No joy. And I don't seem to be able to re-set the learner status from 'Completed' to 'Not Started' so I'm having to create more and more test users and test email addresses. It's driving me a little insane now, any help greatly appreciated.

Uploading Captivate files is tricky, the first few times I did it, it said invalid file type.I fixed that by loading much smaller files via the upload to prime link in captivate 9.The problem is that if you have a video and you want to have interactive  components, it appears that you can't because the output is HTML5, which doesn't support common things like the table of contents.Are there plans to fix this? Or are there ways I can upload interactive content with videos to Prime?Thanks!Jeremy

Team, I can't create a Course Instance beyond 6 months into the future!! Is this correct? I would like to have an instance with a duration of 12 months (to create a Learning Plan with) but everytime I save it, it falls back to 6 months in the future.Why is this and can this be changed somewhere?tnx

all, I'm playing around with the Instance feature and one of the features as far as I can see which is missing, is to be able to copy the Instance defaults from one course to other courses. Basically creating a "Instance Default Template" (or multiple) where you can choose from, from within every course, you've created. In this way I can setup an Instance template (with certain variables turned on/off, setting certain reminders etc) which can be used for every course. And I don't need manual set those variables for each single course again and again.Is it correct that this feature is not available?

Can users add training they have received outside of the organization to their training record?i.e. Conferences, Workshops, Classes taken elsewhere (not listed in the LMS)

I have read over the FAQ, but still require further understanding.After the Admin create the login URL and send to partner/customer and the partner/customer add themselves to the account, can the partner/customer now register their employee/learners?Thank you,Monica

Can you please provide me way to open the fluidic player directly for particular course. We need to click the course from our application and it should go to ACP through SSO and should play the course automatically. I have gone through approximately 10 posts regarding the app. Many people stating they are excited about the app (which I was as well), and then there are many complaints regarding the app e.g. being sluggish, not working, closing down...etcUnfortunately, I now fall into the later group. I have written to the CP team and they confess that there is a problem with the app.The first thing that is really upsetting is that I pay to use CP and most of my clients use the app. This is not good for my business. My companies name is being tarnished by thisOne of the big selling points of CP was the gamification aspect... This is almost non existent on the app ... all the learner receives is a tally of points.. .that's itI really think the app needs more attention. I think it needs more... much more..Thank you

How many users in an organisation are permitted to register with Adobe Captivate Prime during a 30 day free trial period?

I have been trying to create a custom report that shows ALL training assignments for EVERYONE with assigned training that will be due (overdue/late) in 7 days. I don't really care about a chart, just the Learner's Name, Training (Certificate, Course, etc.) and the date it is due. Is this doable?

Hi - I am trying to publish a project from Captivate 9 into Captivate Prime.  It is a fairly simple project, no audio or video or anything crazy, just 53 slides of text, images and knowledge check slides.  This is the third version of this project, the previous two have published just fine.I first tried to publish directly to Captivate Prime using Publish > Publish to Adobe Captivate Prime.  But get the following error (with no further information).I then tried to publish to my computer as a zip file and replace the content already in Captivate Prime, but get the following error (still without much useful information):We are fairly new to this and trying to set up a new LMS to replace an existing one.  Would very appreciate any help here!!!
