Adobe Learning Manager

I copied a previously save and uploaded Captivate file and then renamed it and uploaded it to ACP but ACP just copied the module over the first module.I would like to be able to copy several Captivate files, change a few things and upload them to ACP.Doesn't seem to work.Thanks, Rick

I am new to ACP and have tried to get 3-5 new learners registered an logged in. Challenge to get them registered. Do they really need an ADOBE ID? Regardless, once they register for Adobe ID, we still get these errors messages endlessly. This has to be easier!No user found for the given adobeId email in this account. I work for a small nonprofit that's interested in purchasing Prime to provide training to our clients. Ideally, we would like users to have access to courses for a limited term--say, 4 months. Would any Prime users happen to have some suggestions for managing users who may or may not take subsequent courses? I understand that once a user is deleted, he/she cannot be added back. But given our particular use case, it doesn't seem wise to delete users upon the conclusion of a course because they may return later. Thanks!

Hi,I'm the L&D Manager for an Accountancy firm in the UK. I need to set up an LMS for the business and came across Adobe's product.I've had a look at some of the tutorials and played around in the sandbox, and I like what I've found so far.Could any of you that use Captivate Prime, especially as an Admin or Manager, please let me know how you've gotten on with it? I'm keen to know where it is both strong, and weak.Many thanks,Ian

Our clients want us to deliver draft storyboards as either Word documents or PDFs. Before I go ahead and purchase Captivate 9, I need to know if this requirement can be met. I appreciate your help and advice. -- Sue

I have published a Cp8 module and during playback the game widget won't play. tried different setting and republished with still same issue. any help?

Today I revised my lesson from CP 9 and published it to Prime. If I go into Prime it does indicate that I loaded it today, and says I'm on Version 4. However, when I go to play the lesson, it is still my old version. Is there another step that I'm missing? Thank you.

The company that I work for uses Adobe Connect. There are many features that are missing from Adobe Connect that are present in Captivate Prime. Having said that there is an LMS in Adobe Captivate i.e. how can one integrate Captivate with Adobe Connect. How can we leverage the best of both worlds?

How do the licences work for Adobe Captivate Prime?  Is it 1 user = 1 Licence? Or is there an option for concurrent licences like with Adobe Connect?

I published a Captivate 9 Module to my trial version of Captivate Prime. I can see the module in my Module Library. When I want to add it to my course I cannot find it anywhere... what am I doing wrong?

I also cannot find a way to correct their e-mail address as a admin. I cannot delete the user and start again because they are a manager of someone else. Tried live chat support. they told me to try the communities BUT...- no Prime community, so i thought i'd ask here. Any help??

Hello Captivate Prime Users, You can use this sample CSV file as a template to create your own organization employee sheet. Once complete, upload the same to Captivate Prime and you should be able to import all your employees into the Captivate Prime platform. ThanksMukul
