Adobe Learning Manager

Hello Adobe Community. Has anyone figured out a way to more efficently navigate within Workfront Resource Budgeting? Is there a way to show an entire year, not week/month/quarter? To enter my projected budgeted hours I have found it easiest to go in to a role, then tab between the fields, but it only lets you go 3 months (a Qtr) at a time. I have to then stop and use the today arrows to move screen to additional qtrs (one qtr at a time). It would be great to see an entire year at a time!

Hi everyone!Is it possible to remove or hide the title when playing the course?  We do not want the title to be visible to the learners, but it's a required field.  If not, can I change the color of the font for the title?  We are using Articulate as the course development tool, and have it hidden in there, but can't seem to change it on LMS.  

Hi,We are migrating to ALM and need to set up courses that are VILTs.  These courses are taught multiple times a quarter by different instrcutors and different time regions. We would like to set it up with one virtual classroom module and then create instances under that.  The virtual classroom module is asking for the same information I would put in an instance: instructor, dates, conferencing system, etc.I created one virtual classrom module as a test and then registered students to the instance under it. At the course level in the learner view, I see the number of registered students at the top of the page. It seems like the number of registered students should be on an instance by instance basis, not course or module basis.I feel like I have to be missing a way to set up one course and use it multiple times without having to create multiple modules for it. The system is currently running a sprint and down for maintenance or I would include screen shots. Thanks,C

How do you disable video scrubbing in Adobe Learning Manager? If I upload the video as a piece of content, users can scrub through the video. If I upload the video in an Adobe Captivate file, there is no way to utilize the native Adobe Captivate playbar to eliminate scrubbing.  This is a MAJOR compliance concern and a feature that should be inherent to Adobe Learning Manager .

When adding a background image in captivate, I can select tile, fill, fit, stretch, or original size. Why am I unable to do that when adding an image anywhere else, like an image slide or a widget?

Hi,I was wondering if anyon had an example of a certification that students can print when they pass a certification. I am told that they need to be created in HTLM. I have seen that all the assets need to be included in the zip file with the html. I haven't seen anything that shows what variables we can use from the LMS to generate things like the student name, certification name, certification date, renewal date, etc.There was one post that listed the supported html and css information, but it was old an the links no longer work.Thanks,Cindy Monroe

Hello, I had attended a meeting a few months ago on using ALM to create quizes and have finally gotten the chance to do so but am not seeing any way to add explanations for missed questions, I have the system showing wrong answers but no way to include reasoning for why the learner missed their question. Is this possible in the current version of ALM? ( I vaguely remember seeing it being done but it has been a month or so since the run through ) Thank you!

I have created Learning paths with multiple courses. When I copy the URL to send learners to the path it sends them to their home page and not the path. What can I do to fix this?

Hi,I'm hoping this is an easy answer and I'm just missing something.I have a rather large learning path that I would like to break into sections with headings. When I manually add courses to a learning path they all go into the same section. I know the LMS supports multiple sections when courses are imported, but I haven't been able to figure out how to add a section. The documentation says you can, but gives no instructions on how.Thanks,Cindy

What are the prefered dimensions for a logo? The banner has recommended sizing but the logo does not. Also, can you stop the course catalog from zooming in in on a logo? 

Hi everyone! Can I change the size of the content player in the LMS?  I can't seem to get my Articulate 360 file (1015x533 - which is what Articulate told me would reduce the border in Adobe Learning Manager), but there is a lot of black / blank space that I would like to reduce.  

In some cases, instructors do not see the files submitted by the users from the instructor’s page. Below are steps to troubleshoot and fix the issue. For example, learners are enrolled into an instance named ‘Test instance’ of a course as below and uploaded the file in the specific module :   When the instructor logins from his profile, he will not be able to see the files submitted. The most common reason is that the instructor might not be having the access to the instance of the course. If the instructor is not set to that particular instance in which the learners are enrolled into, instructor will not be able to view the files submitted by those users. Hello, group! May I ask, if anyone can share accessibility info about Cp 12? I embed subtitles on all of my material, and I consider colours (for colour-blindness) and font size and choice for dyslexic and visicion-impaired users. Are there other areas that I could consider, or guidelines you can recommend? With drag-and-drop and T/F and Radio button quizzes--are there accessibiliy considerations for those who have trouble with mouse operation? In terms of Cp specifically, is there an option for an image to be narrated/described for the visually impaired? (I don't really like the quick, robotic voices of image-describing software, but I am happy to learn about what options we have in Cp. If it's all terrible, then I could always create a course with a separate version where I narrate the images myself...) Thank you in advance.

Hello, What is the process for exporting courses from Adobe Learning Manager? What is the file type once they are exported? 

I am building an extension to connect "Adobe Commerce" with "ALM" [a custom implementation]. My script used to work perfectly but recently it has started to break and I am getting this error in console log primeStrip.b3647436069d247.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'enabled') I am more than 100% sure that this is related to iframesrc present in my module.
