Prevejo que em pouco tempo terei que parar de utilizar os pacotes da Adobe, a geração do meu processaro ainda e a 3ª e a adobe exige no mínimo a 6ª geração para as novas atualizações.

I got the message that scratch disks were full so I cleared it but I'm not actually sure what that does. I was using a school computer, everyone logs in with their own profile but I'm not sure if what I did deletes everything from all Photoshop and it might have affected other people's work. Someone please tell me I didn't mess up 😭

Hi all - after some research, and being very new to Captivate PRIME, I am asking for your help.  I have two courses set up that are a series of videos that I am requiring my Learners/enrollees to watch. I have yet to determine how to 'track' which users have completed the videos/course. Said another way, I would love to see which videos have been completed by Learner/enrollee A, B, and C. Is this possible?  If so how?  I thank you in advance and please feel free to ask any questions for clarification.  EDIT: apparantly I have Captivate Prime, which may change your answers! How can we see confirmation that a leaner has actually watched a video to prove that they can test out of a training?

I have created a project by inserting videos of a course that I teach and the videos have been uploaded from liked in. But I would like to add a playback bar for each video, apart from the playback bar for the entire project add video playback bar.I would like to have a playback bar like the one that appears automatically when you insert a video from your computer.Thanks

Published a Captivate 12 SCORM 1.2 project to Adobe Learning Manager as an Author. I am able to preview the module, but when others are assigned the course, they are unable to view/preview or see any content. Cookies were cleared, Firefox, Chrome, Safari were all unsuccessful in previewing the module. What should learners do or what should the Captivate 12 reporting preferences be in order for ALM to correctly display the course for the learners?

I am a crew and have just take a training course from my Manning Crew Management in Adobe Learning. But I can't log in to this course. The web show the error " No user found for the given adobeId email in this account. Please link your adobeId to your prime account before logging in". I try to many way to fix but it not success.How can I fix it or cantact with the Admin for this issue?

I have an e-commerce website at Magento 2 (adobe commerce) and getting received orders there that similarly record orders in GA4 except few orders 5 or 10. I have been checked all the tags from GTM, data layers & parameters, and all the attributes working fine, and now I am tired.Can anyone help me with this issue that happened? What could be the possible reason to missing some orders from GA4. I also checked the customer session from Luck Orange and I didn't find any different activity by the user. I don't know why some transaction ids got missing from GA4. Looking for help 😞

Do I supposed to receive a certificate for completing VICTIM ASSISTANCE TRAINING. I need it for proof for the military and was wondering was I supposed to receive a certificate.

Hello,I am experiencing an issue with publishing different certifications to the learners in my organization using Adobe Learning Manager. At the moment, the learners can only view one type of certification, even though we offer four different types.For clarity, I have attached screenshots of both my Admin and a Learner Screen. Can someone guide me on how I can make all the certification types available to all learners? Your assistance will be greatly beneficial.Thank you in advance for your help. 

Hi all,  When I reupload my scorm file with test in Workday, the score that my colleague has completed in previous version was reset to 0. Is there a way to retain the score when reupload to a new scorm file? Regards, Pui Yin

Can I Edit a Module after posting?

Learners can't take their enrolled courses on the mobile app. They all get the message "This feature is currently not available on the mobile app, Please login to desktop to access this feature on adobe learning manager app"

I have been researching for a couple days now, and I have found some good JavaScript code for pulling information from the LMS and putting it into variables in my slide. I have been able to get this to work with Scorm Cloud, but as soon as i put it in Adobe Learning Manager, it no longer works. I have been trying to find what I need to do to make it specific to my LMS, but have had no luck.In short, I want a certificate of completion that pulls in the learner name and course name. Anyone had success with this in Adobe Learning Manager and Storyline? Or know what I might be doing wrong? Hoping someone may shed some light on this...Admin > Email Templates (I'll refer to these as "global" email template settings).Author > My Courses > (course) > Email Templates (I'll refer to these as "course/certifications level" templates)If I disable all global Email Templates under "Reminders/Updates", I've noticed reminder emails still send when they have been enabled at the course/certification level. I thought disabling at the "global"level, would stop them from being sent at the course/certification level.Similarly, updating the actual content of an Email Template at the global level, doesn't automatically update the content of the email template at the course/certification level.It seems like the "global" Email Templates settings operate independantly to the settings at the course/certification level, so I'm not understanding the relationship b

My team and I recently added a prerequisite learning path to an existing learning path. Both learning paths have a cover image and both cover images display within their respective learning paths. However when the prerequisite is added, the cover image does not display. How do we fix this? Thank you! 

Hello everyone, I am setting up an xAPI module and I have a question. We are receiving an IRI from an external source to use as the xAPI IRI. However, I would like the course link to use a SSO deep link, so that when a user starts the course it will take them to the external content seemlessly. If I use the SSO deep link as the xAPI module IRI, it does not map correctly. Can I keep the xAPI IRI the IRI provided by an my external source, but change the clickable link to use my SSO deep link?
