when I create proxy in Premier in Media Encoder I choose Quick Time and LowReslution CineFormMedia encoder create files in proxy folder but this files are static and show just a static picture first frame from each pice of video. hoe to fix it and use normal proxi?
Hi, while I'm not an expert on AME, I do have been using it for a while.I updated to the latest version the other day (version 15.4, I've now downgraded to 15.2) and suddently my videos which should look crisp, are not. I am using ONLY vectors, and the continuous rasterizing option is turned on. I am using the most ridiculous settings for exporting (1280, bit rate at 20+) and they look just the same as if I had exported them on 2 bits. My composition is 1280px and I am using the full resolution while working (I read that there was an error that Media Encoder added the proyect on the resolution you were working on, so I've tried that too and it still does not solve anything). I also tried re-rendering and old work (also only vectors) and it looks just like this one does. All pixalated and not how it should. I am going crazy. Please if someone could help me I'll be forever thankful.
Hello!, I am quite new to Adobe. However, everytime I add a project to my media encoder queue. It the software completed crashes and says "Not responding". If I uninstall the app I can only use it
I am working in a project where I am creating compositions in the below specs.2000x902000x70 I am finding that I can export the 2000x90 compositions from After Effects into Media Encoder with no issues, using the h.264 (Match Source - High Bitrate) format. When I go to export the 2000x70 version, Media Encoder hangs and brings my computer to a grinding halt - slow, not responsive. This requires a force restart to fix. I have worked out that if I export the 2000x70 in Quicktime (Prores 422), that it works, so it seems to me there is some sort of constraint on the h.264 codec in this composition size? It is a bit strange to me as I am using a brand new Mac Pro (specs below) and seem to have no issues exporting the 2000x70 comp in h.264 on iMacs and Macbook Pros I have had access to. Can anyone explain this or find a workaround, other than exporting in Prores and then using a third party app to convert? Computer SpecsBig Sur (11.5.1)Mac Pro (2019)96GB RAMAMD Radeo
Hi! Do you know any way I can create an encoding presets that doesn't rely on the exact frame ratio I put in, but instead it does, for example, half or quarter the source file?It would be extremely helpful for coverting massive amount of clips that have different aspect ratios in their proxy version.Seems like the only options are exact source resolution or exact specified pixels.
Hi. I'm trying to export this project from AE to AME. When I queue it in AME, it won't even load to the Dynamic Link Server. But other times, it automatically says, "Project could not be opened." It never does this until I apply the plug-in, Twixtor. Please help me and thank you!!
It would be great to be able to dock the Render Queue to one of the corners of the screen in a small, always-on-top (or at least the option of AoT), simplified UI. This way, I could monitor my renders while using other apps and it would be easier to reference than having to open Media Encoder and then minimize it again just to see the progress. I picture this as something pretty minimal that gives you the basic info - file name and progress bar, and maybe an estimated time remaining counter.
When I searched for solutions I see this is a constant issue with all versions of Media Encoder dated back to 2017 and I can't believe it's still happening in 2020. Tried looking for solutions one theory was to remove all media time markers and I did still doesn't work. Please help!!! My system MacOS Big Sur 11.4Macbook Pro mid 2018

Hello, Ever since I've updated my creative cloud to the 2021 version, I have been unable to open Media Encoder. The system freezes up and crashes everytime 'OCFX Plugin' displayed on the loading screen. My system is a 2020 Mac Mini running Big Sur v 11.1 with the M1 chip. Any help is appreciated! Tyler

I'm trying to render a 1 hour 37 minutes video from After Effects via Media Encoder and it's telling me that the 'remaining time' on the render is over 34 hours(?!) - that's what 34:42:31 means yeah? What could be going wrong here? Because this is really unacceptable and unusable. Any help is much appreciated.
Adobe has removed the H264 MOV encoding option. Unfortunately our clients still require this format. One is a large multinational bank. Others include Playback Operators at large National Sales meetings.Adobe, you say you removed it because Apple doesn't support it. But we think that polling the users if it was needed would be far more important. Just like you have DVD encoding, and tons of other weird and little used formats, I can't for the life of me understand why you removed this much more popular format. We are paying for subscriptions and you just lengthened our work process. NOW, we must export a high res file and re-encode it in QuickTime OR load the last version.Does anyone else have this issue besides the corporate editors we know in Chicagoland?PLEASE return the option to encode in H264 MOV format.
Up until yesterday before I updated to the new release of Premiere and Media Encoder, I had the ability to export H.264 in a Quicktime movie. With this new update, the ability has been removed and it has causes all sorts of problems and delayed some of my work. I want to know if this was suppose to happen or is this a bug of sorts? Aside from this bug, I've already dealt with many new bugs this new update has brought on.
Hello everyone, Adobe Media Encoder is crashing everytime I try to open it, I am using a MacOS Big Sur 11.4 system. Everytime I try to open Media Encoder it says : adobe media encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue while it's trying to open "Chargement de ImporterQuickTime.bundle" As you can see in my screenshot : I tried with older versions of Media Encoder, it doesn't change, also I try to clean the caches.. nothing happens If someone could help me maybe it could help a lot of us who are stuck in the same problem ? Thank you very much
ADOBE MEDIA ENCODER > RANDOMLY FREEZES RENDEDRING >Has anyone found a solution for this yet?I've been encountering this issue since AME 2019, in different PC and MAC OS Configurations. You start the rendering, it goes apparently ok, but at some point there is no progress and the rendering seems to get stuck. If you try to stop the rendering AME crashes or freezes, and the only way is to crtl+alt+del/force quit it.After this happens if you open Ae and AME again and try to load a new comp to AME, nothing happens, not even the Dynamic Link starts.. Cleaning cache and memory does not solve it also. The only work around is restarting the machine. But then the whole issue may start again when you're rendering.. sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't.I've been having this issue in ALL AE/AME versions since v. 14. (Currently using version 15.2 on a MacOS Big Sur, and v. 15.4 on a Windows 10)Tried contacting Adobe support at 4 different occasions about this issue but they also can't fi

Hey, I'm encoding some MOV. files and for some reason Media Encoder is using all of my ram to a point where I cant use my computer. I have 64 GB of ram, and up until now even on heavier encoding it didn't use much of it and I could do over stuff in the meanwhile, but all of the sudden It started using all of the RAM that is installed on my computer, and no matter what I do, use a different file, different location, reinstall, clear cache, export from premier, set it to use as little as possible, turn my computer on and off several times, it still shots up almost instant and uses 100% of my RAM. here are my specs,Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHzMicrosoft Windows 10 64 BITAsus ROG STRIX Z370-G GAMING 4x16 GB DDR4-3200NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB I would very much appreciate any help with the matter thank you,
I built a website with adobe and it was working perfectly. All of sudden, it started to give error. It is not loading now. Had anyone face the same problem here?? Here is the link of my website https://www.quicklypick.com/
Adobe Media Encoder 2021 don't open on Mac OS Big Sur Version 11.5.Never open, always crash, I sent the report many times to Adobe but nothing.
Telling me whats wrong.Boy I can't wait till the new Macbooks come out, So I can get 1 and switch to Final Cut Pro. I am really sick of this horse hockey.I have a top of the line computer with a top of the line GPU. Why does it take over two hours to render one video? And why does the videa export die without a GOOD EXPLANATION, so I can try again with something different.Frankly, If it shows up in the timeline, It should render or you should show a warning or somethng so that someone doesn't waste hours try to render a file and then come back to realize it crapped out.In any event I downgraded Media Encoder to 15.2 and I am NOT upgrading till I am sure you clowns can create bug free software... Not Holding my breath.
Just like the previous version, ME 15.4 is still rendering MOGRT without its media content!!Exporting the same sequence from Premiere Pro, the MOGRT with its content rendered correctly. IMO Media Encoder's last 2 versions are still really unreliable sadly 😞any explanation from Adobe??
