Adobe Media Encoder

Hi guys, my Media Encoder gets stuck on opening.While loading all the components, it gets stuck while displaying "loading the Init_Helper bundle".I am not even sure what that is. 😉After that the wheel of death appears before it crashes entirely.Yesterday everything was working just fine.Any help is much appreciated, thanks a lot in advance. Warmest regards,Bastian

Media Encoder started crashing after I download the last version. When I try to trascode files or export it crashes and I need to force closing... I don't know what to do... 

After the new update, my media coder keeps saying "application not responding". I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing has changed.

Since yesterday I can´t use it to render my videos! It opens but won´t open my proyects! HELP!

I haven't workin with Animate for a few months. I went to put in my newly completed short work (about 36 seconds) and Media encoder won't take it.What can I do?

Hi. I've a Windows 10 workstation with an AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X 32-Core Processor.Why Adobe Media Encoder is using just 4 Cores of my system for rendering a After Effects project? Any ideas how I can use all my 32 cores for rendering? Best regardsChris

Been trying to export a very short 3 second After Effects sequence through media encoder and encountered this error that I just can't get past. It's rather infuriating as I've never had an issue with AE and ME before this. ME 2021 forgets all my watch folders when i quit. can not figure it out. thoughts and ideas? (im just using 2020 for watch folder for now)

Hello guys, I have got a situation I have to send a file to someone in 3-4 hours maximum and media encoder is taking more than 8 hours. It's the deadline. I know there isn't a solution to it maybe due to my pc's properties. Can anyone help me by rendering this file. I am on DISCORD and I have already collected all the files so that it can be shared. It's just a 15 second clip with 2 layers and a couple of effects. Please guys I will be grateful to you.Thanks

Hello, I can't seem to get media encoder to start it looks to hang up when it attempts to load the AEXD.PLugin. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Adobe ME 2021 when downloaded from Creative Cloud app produces an error and will not open. I am currently using a iMac on macOS Big Sur 11.3 Can someone contact me so I can download and use the software. Thank you.

I have a repetitive problem with sending composition from the After Effects to render in Media Encoder: the composition contains existent and valid media, while once it's in ME — it shows a 'color table' of missing media. I started to get this problem over and over again on multiple projects.Watch attached file with screen recording showing what I mean in a demo flow.

Hello, I'm having an issue with AdobeME. Recently it has started displaying my output video as 1080x602 instead of 1080x603. This video size is primarily for posting video on Twitter and Facebook. No matter what I do inside ME I can't seem to get the output to match this source. This is a issue that has just started happening to me in the last week. Everything is up to date, I've uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere/After Effects & Media Encoder still nothing has fixed the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi! This is the code for checking if the render is done. I run it throught ESTK (After Effects) and wait when the render stops. But the problem is when I run it through ESTK (chosen ExtendScript Toolkit CC) it works fine: when the script starts, it writes true values in the console. BUT if I run it throught AE (chosen Adobe After Effects 2020) it just catch only the first "callback", only the first value of "isBatchRunning()". If I pause or stop the render, nothing happens, only the first value of "result" is displayed in the console. What am I doing wrong? I've shooted short film proress raw hq format . When I want to create proxy cineform 1280x720 medium resolution. Media Encoder open. And Nothing else. Why? Could you please help me about this problem? I'm a pc user.

This error has inexplicably started popping up whenever I try to render from After Effects or simply open the software on it's own.I've emptied the cache and restarted the MAC but it simply will not open.

Ive tried unistalling and reinstalling the program but no matter what I do it won't open. no error messages or anything just doesn't open.

I am finding media encoder to be very slow and once I did this recent update it would now open either as stand alone or through the 'Add to media encoder' I found this solution. Do the update, quit everything, unistall media encoder, then do a fresh install. Works absoulutely fine now.  1. Update2. Quit all adobe apps3. Uninstall media encoder4. Fresh install if media encoder. Should all work.

First, thank you all in advance for your advice/help here.I am producing MPEG-4 (.mp4) videos and get inconsistent results from Media Encoder.In some instances, it produces Stream0 as Video and Stream1 as Audio and in other instances it reverses this: Stream0 as Audio and Stream1 as Video.When Steam0 is Audio, it is not playable natively on iPads (does play on VLC on Ipad).Question, why does Media Encoder not consistently produce Stream0 as Video and Stream1 as Audio.  I am certain I am doing something wrong on my end.Thank you again for your help.Sincerely,

Once my MacBook starts screensaver - the encoding slows down significantly. It does not stop! Just gets icredibly slow. I checked the energy saving options "Prevent Computer from sleeping..." is checked and "Put HD to sleep..." is unchecked. I'm running macOS11.4 with the latest CC apps installed...

I want to export PNG image sequences from Animate CC with a transparent background. I am using "export video/media" because I want to animate objects using ActionScript. This passes the job to Media Encoder. Unfortunately, the transparency doesn't work as it should and the edges of objects are always black (please see attachments). This problem is also described in this post from 4 years ago:https://community.adobe.com/t5/animate/alpha-channel-video-render-problem-black-stage-coming-through... The solution says that it will be fixed in a future update but that's not a solution and it's been four years!! I would be greatful if this could be fixed. hello i hope you help me with this problem i have downloaded the adobe photoshop and adobe primeir and while downloading i changed the internet connection by mistake which made the installations stop and gave me error so i prissed on retry bottom it downloaded them but  the laptop after that crashed for unkown reason and when i open any of the applications it keeps poping up a page this page keeps pops up and fade again and again and i cant use the app what should i  do btw my laptop is new and good not an old one or broke one
