Adobe Media Encoder

Hi, when I upload a video directly from the Media Encoder to youtube there is a problem with the filename. YouTube shows the filename is unkown. The title of the video will be shown correctly. What can I do? Where is the mistake?

hi. im rendering my video in adobe media encoder. video's length is about 2 minutes. then 1.5 hours passed and it just stopped rendering. media encoder is working fine, everything on my PC works fine, but my CPU usage is <10% and rendering just stopped. i deleted my cache with adobe after effects, closed my game, but it didnt help. so what to do?

Adobe Media Encoder has stopped with 14 seconds left to render the video. What is causing this problem?

 An error eccurred while using After Effect (Not connected to AME), so I uninstall AME with Creative Cloud. I tried to re-install, but installation does not proceed after 3%..I rebooted the computer and creative cloud app, and installed it again after canceling,But it doesn't proceed after 3%... Is there anyone who has had a similar problem wit me,or who knows how to solve it? I've searched and tried things, but I couldn't figure it out myself.Plz help me...

Hello to the community !I'm looking for help on a specific technical export problem. I've been asked to make an export for tomorrow and am getting a little nervous ^^' so please, if you can help me, it would be so great !I need to export with these specifics :- MXF XDCAM HD 4.2.2- Interlaced scan- Resolution : 1920x1080- 16/9 Anamorphic- 4.2.2- Upper field first- 25 fps- 50 Mb/s- CBR Is there any Adobe Media Encoder preset that would match this ? I get stuck with the CBR part and only manage to get 55 Mb/s. I've looked into After Effects but there aren't as many possibilities as Media Encoder 😕😕 Thank you very much for your help ! Sébastien

Hello, I have both, the up-to-date versions of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder, and I am currently using my MacBook pro.  When I have finished my project, I did what I normally do, Export > export to adobe media encoder. But, when the media encoder opens nothing is shown in the queue, and if I manually place my project in the queue it says "this project can't be open" ???? I don't know what I have done wrong..?  Exporting through Adobe Media Encoder is the only way I have found to be able to afterwards, airdrop to my phone, in camera roll.  Would anyone be able to help me?? Thank you,Alicia

Hi i've recently been having this problem with Adobe Media Encoder which has just started happening with my most recent attempt at rendering my videos. I have been rendering and every single time I render Adobe Media Encoder has an Error Compiling movie message at the exact same timestamp. I thought that this was because I over edited the video and included too many effects so I took some out. Still the same thing. Even when pre-composing my video and trying to render a shorter version in sections, it still fails at the exact same timestamp every time. Ever since updating my video apps to CC 2020, Dynamic Link has stopped working. Not only did this affect my newly-installed apps, but my previously installed (and working) 2019 apps as well. My question is, how are the Dynamic Link components installed? Do they come with Media Encoder, or Creative Cloud? Or is it something with my system setup? Using MacOS 10.14.6 on 2017 iMac. Hello, I have this issue opening the Adobe Media Encoder and my OS is Catalina. I got lucky installing older version last week/downgrading it and it works.. but now its back again. Whats the solution?  

Hello ! I made a short video on After Effect and I wanted to convert to mp4.So I click to "composition" → "Ad to the queue of Media Encoder".Media encoder opens, but, my project isn't in the queue ! I wait, I try again but my project is impossible to put on the queue. I try to drag the project of my folder to the queue of Media Encoder but the software say "Impossible to open the project".I don't understand why ! I try to open other project, it works.  This project it's the third video of a similar project, I juste change one element. The first and the second video worked perfectly (I opened them on Media Encoder with no issue). But now, I can't open them ! I didn't understand because yesteday I could and I din't touch to these videos. HOWEVER, I can export my project vithe the queue of AE (but I woul to export in MP4), so I need Adobe media encoder. Someone have this problem ? Hi! When I'm importing a project file from after effects into media encoder and then try to open the file in media encoder a "file import error pops up" saying, "could not read from source. Please check the settings and try again." I don't know why this is happening because when I try doing it with a different project it works. 

After recently updating from Adobe After Effects and Media Encoder CC 2019 to CC 2020, After Effects worked perfectly fine. I was able to edit old projects and create new projects as well. After finishing up an old project that I started in CC 2019, I went to add it to Adobe Media Encoder Queue. At first,it wouldn't show up so I decided to manually add the project to the queue by importing it. I then got the message shown below.I have also tried to add it to AME from render queue and it would show up but fail. I also cannot render it through render queue since After Effects crashes midway. Any help would be very much appreciated!!

Hello folks, I had been looking around for any DVD authoring that can use the m2v and wav filescreated by Media Encoder without re-encode the files.Sofar everything I had test will re-encode the files, so then how can youuse those m2v files, same with Blue-Ray files formats.If the DVD / Blue Ray authoring software can't use it, what are they good for?Thanks

Whenever I try to export some projects Media encoder can't open them. I tried reinstalling both Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder but I can't get it to work. 

My issue revolves around the dynamic link. I edit videos as my career, and my workflow is as follows: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder. Just yesterday I experienced an issue when importing my After Effects composition into Adobe Media Encoder:I had to work around this error by exporting inside of AE. I have tried adding to AME queue via the render tab, along with using the File/Export/Add to AME queue menu. When attempting those methods the project will either not show up in the queue or read "Could not read from source" when attempting to render or change settings: Dynamic-link works fine when moving my premiere project into after effects, but my workflow after that is completely soiled. I need help ASAP! 

I'm just trying to render an animation, and the first rendering file from after effects is in correct colours, but when I upload that onto Media Encoder to compress it comes up completely different. This is what it looks like after rendering on After Effects.And this is what it looks like when I upload it to Media EncoderI've rendered many things the same way and never had this problem, if anything the problem was the images were coming out slightly darker. 

I was trying to create proxies for the first time and I so I used this ingest preset by Matt Johnson"Cineform 1280x720 23.976 Quality 1 Watermarked INGEST" These were my settings - Source File: /Volumes/LaCie/ALL FOOTY/ASIA/JAPAN/Tokyo/KAMAKURA/MVI_0008.MP4- Output File: /Volumes/LaCie/ALL FOOTY/ASIA/JAPAN/Tokyo/KAMAKURA/Proxies/MVI_0008_Proxy.mov- Preset Used: Custom- Video: 1280x720 (1.0), 23.976 fps, Progressive, Quality 1, GoPro CineForm, 00:00:48:10- Audio: Uncompressed, 48000 Hz, Stereo, 16 bit- Bitrate:- Encoding Time: 00:00:0405/05/2020 09:01:35 PM : Encoding Failed-------------------------------------The Operation was interrupted by user------------------------------------- I would really appreciate your help, in terms of how to fix this so that Media Encoder can properly create the Proxy files

Hello, I've been having problems rendering my video through media encoder . I've been getting I/O error, sector 9 and Error 14. I was using format Apple ProRes mxf and preset ProRes 4444 with max render quality and depth. I tried using H.264 for rendering on the same project before and it works just fine. Its just happens when I switch to ProRes that this problem occurs. I also want to note that I have plenty of space on my SSD and tried to change around the time it fails, the clip speed, replace it, trim it and still nothing. Could someone help me understanding the problem and what causes this to happen?

Hey guys, My AME has been encoding rushes since yesterday from 1080p 422 .mov to 720p quality 1 gopro cineform. I'm using 2017 MacBook Pro, 16gb of RAM, 2.3 GHz Dual-Core Intel core i5 and using both 2020 premiere and 2020 AME. Ive made it about a quarter through the rushes, the footage is stored on a g-drive but is currently plugged via a crappy cable to a crappy dongle and into my MacBook which is potentially why its taking so long. I have a much more appropriate cable which can be plugged directly from Macbook to drive however I'm worried that I'll have to redo the entire procedure of encoding and the cable switch won't save me any time. What do you think should I change cables or do you have another idea, maybe allocate more ram? Cheers!Billy
