Same for Premiere Pro 13.1 as soon as I click export, it crash, with no error message, on media encoder I can select any other presets except H.264.Reverting to the previous version resolve the issue, I just wasted hours of my life, thank you!As a side note I use Premiere Pro from a year now, more or less, well is expensive and full of bug, the chance of crash is around 30%, so or you sell your product at a cheaper price or you provide a stable product to your clients that give you tons of money every month, I don't want to be anxious every time I have to update your products, I don't want to waste my time debugging your applications, this is not my job.This error might be on my side but what I said is still valid, I will keep checking my system, the error disappear and appear erratically, but I am sure I don't have this problem with the previous version of PP and Media Encoder.Faulting application name: Adobe Premiere Pro.exe, version: 13.1.0.193, time stamp: 0x5c9762e3Faulting module

I use project manager to export the project with all the files to Google Drive then I have another PC (not in my house) that will render the video of only the project file. The problem is that if there are nested sequences it will render also them. Even if I don't choose them to export in project manager. How is it possible?I need to move the project to drive and render only 1 video, not multiple files. There is a preset for that folder that publishes to youtube the videos. In this situation it will upload useless videos.Let me know but I think there is no solution.

Hello everyone I'm from Russia, I use a translator. Tell me, please. I use Premiere 2020, and I used earlier versions. I worked with the GTX 660 card, then with the RTX 2060 SUPER. With any of these maps, Premiere saw the CUDA function in the General settings. But when encoding, only the processor was loaded, and the video card rested.I found in the topic that CUDA is only used with accelerated effects. Is that all it's about? In my project, I only use the CROP effect. As a result, CUDA is simply not used? Thanks!

プレミアプロ2020にて、書き出しをする際必ずエラーとなります。一昨日に違う映像を書き出しした時は大丈夫でした。 早急に書き出しをしたいので、皆さんお願い致します。 

I have I7-8750h processor. When ı render a video with Media Encoder it uses only 2.3 GHz of processor. CPU usage is normal but it get my attention. My processor can goes up to 4.1 single, 3.9 Ghz multi core as ı remembered. Is it a bug like or what ? Can you give me some information or solition? Thank you. 

Hello folks,Just upgraded to AME / Premiere Pro 14.2 / After Effects 17.1 I'm encoding an MXF file encoded with JPEG2000 codec to H.264. Since I have a NVidia Quadro K4000 video card, I meet the requirements to Hardware encode. The encoding does work, however I noticed the bitrate setting was completely wrong. I set to 15mbps and the file comes out 12.5mbps. When I set to the highest setting of 50mpbs, the end file is only 14.9mbps. I'm meeting a deliverable specification of 15-16mbps and would love to use the hardware encoding.Is there a data rate limit or range the hardware encoding is locked?

Hi guys,I got a problem with my footages, Adobe Media Encoder seems to not enjoy them when I need  an h264 or ProRes export. I'm got this kind of render after exporting on a few images. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I use GPU Mercury Playback Engine (Metal) on a Mac Pro 2019. Thank you!

Hi, I made an Essential Graphic in After Effects. It has to be dynamic to the text length, so I used the exxpression "content.size".So when I insert this Essential Graphic into a sequence in Premiere Pro, it works correctly. But when I render it in Media Encoder, the elements are scaled too small. I have to render it inside of Premiere Pro to make it appear correctly. So I assume, Media Encoder does not have access to the right data with expressions.Do you noticed similar problems? Do you know a workaround I can implement into the Essential Graphics to make it render correctly in Media Encoder? I have installed After Effects 16.1.3 and Media Encoder 13.1.5.

So far I've only seen ppl discuss render speeds in terms of time elapsed and not how fast the render is in terms of frames per second.  This is important information I need to troubleshoot.  Does Adobe not provide it?  I can't find this data on Encoder.  What would be the meaning of excluding it?

Quite often when I try to render my After Effects files with the Media Encoder my computer loses it's connection to both of my screens and I am not able to restore the connection.Has somebody encountered something similar and can help me to find a solution for it?Thank you.

Hello,It is my understanding that AME creates temporary project of your Premiere sequence, somewhere on your computer. I am on a MAC. I want to delete these temporary project files that Media Encoder generates from the imported PREMIERE sequence. Where are they stored? do they have a unique extension? Please note, that I am NOT talking about After Effects to Media Encoder. Thank you.

After the last batch of auto updates to CC I can not export Pr sequences to the Media encoder.  I get an error like this:  Tried uninstalling Me and reinstalling; same for Pr - still get the same result.  Even running Me while I'm using Pr does not work.  Pr encodes OK so there is an inconvenient workaround.  Not even youtube solutions help (there's a lot of them).  Any suggestions?

I uploaded the new versions of After Effects and Media Encoder and now I can't export my comp.I restarted my computer, there is no new version, there is no ghost files ...I don't understand. I never had a problem with it ...  

Hi, when I upload a video directly from the Media Encoder to youtube there is a problem with the filename. YouTube shows the filename is unkown. The title of the video will be shown correctly. What can I do? Where is the mistake?

hi. im rendering my video in adobe media encoder. video's length is about 2 minutes. then 1.5 hours passed and it just stopped rendering. media encoder is working fine, everything on my PC works fine, but my CPU usage is <10% and rendering just stopped. i deleted my cache with adobe after effects, closed my game, but it didnt help. so what to do?

Adobe Media Encoder has stopped with 14 seconds left to render the video. What is causing this problem?

 An error eccurred while using After Effect (Not connected to AME), so I uninstall AME with Creative Cloud. I tried to re-install, but installation does not proceed after 3%..I rebooted the computer and creative cloud app, and installed it again after canceling,But it doesn't proceed after 3%... Is there anyone who has had a similar problem wit me,or who knows how to solve it? I've searched and tried things, but I couldn't figure it out myself.Plz help me...

Hello to the community !I'm looking for help on a specific technical export problem. I've been asked to make an export for tomorrow and am getting a little nervous ^^' so please, if you can help me, it would be so great !I need to export with these specifics :- MXF XDCAM HD 4.2.2- Interlaced scan- Resolution : 1920x1080- 16/9 Anamorphic- 4.2.2- Upper field first- 25 fps- 50 Mb/s- CBR Is there any Adobe Media Encoder preset that would match this ? I get stuck with the CBR part and only manage to get 55 Mb/s. I've looked into After Effects but there aren't as many possibilities as Media Encoder 😕😕 Thank you very much for your help ! Sébastien

Hello, I have both, the up-to-date versions of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder, and I am currently using my MacBook pro.  When I have finished my project, I did what I normally do, Export > export to adobe media encoder. But, when the media encoder opens nothing is shown in the queue, and if I manually place my project in the queue it says "this project can't be open" ???? I don't know what I have done wrong..?  Exporting through Adobe Media Encoder is the only way I have found to be able to afterwards, airdrop to my phone, in camera roll.  Would anyone be able to help me?? Thank you,Alicia
