Adobe Media Encoder

Hello,We are set on implementing a similar workflow to the one described in this post:https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-media-encoder-discussions/media-encoder-on-a-farm-deadline/m-p/11970917#M12430We experience similar issue with job not triggered on AME 15.4.1 when trying a remote call to the API. Could you kindly provide a setup of AME 14.9 for support of the workflow? Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks in advance for your tips. The problem is simple, Adobe Media Encoder 2022 the option for choosing Mercury GPU is greyed out, not available. I have tried basic troubleshooting efforts and I will list them quickly along with system information.  I see many forum recommendations for Adobe Premiere, but none for Media Encoder, so I am posting this new thread. I have Adobe ME 2021 and 2022, and both greyed out for GPU renderer, so its not a bad ME install. I noticed Mercury playback is also not available under Adobe Premiere as well, so it all points to my system having an issue. I have three Nvidia 1080Ti cards installed so I have a proper GPU listed in the recommended video card list. I just performed a clean install of the latest Nvidia Geforce driver, 511.65. Someone way back once said that having multiple GPUs 'might' cause trouble, so that is something. I have Windows 10 and the latest updates. The workstation is an HP Z820 with 256GB RAM and three 1080Ti cards,

What is wrong!it's just not working properly in 80% of of all timeWhen I export it from After effect to ME it's not rendering at all even not starting!Sometimes when starting its showing error HOW Horrrible is it when you can't Expect this program working and clients is disappointed about extending dead lines!

When I am exporting video in media encoder, then it gets stuck at 100%. I am exporting 1 to 3 hour files. I tried many things from disccusion tab, but they did not not work for me. After 100% Exporting sometimes  Pause And Play Method works, but not always. So this is not a permanant solution. I need to export 10 to 15 videos daily.  It seems everyone is getting this problem, but still I couldn't find any satisfactory solution. I am using the latest version of the software. It would be a great deal if anyone could help me with this !! 

After Effects Error: Cached Preview need 2 or more frames playback

Running updated Adobe 2021 on AE and Media Encoder. Only encountered this problem once switched to new Mac Pro. Previously worked on a 2014 Mac Pro. I am exporting an LED board - (built at 90px high in AE) at 70px high and cropping the source in Media Encoder. As soon as encoder gets to that file it freezes and slows down the whole computer making it almost unusable. No markers present in any of the creative - as I have seen this error may be caused by markers. Have had to force a reboot numerous times now. Any ideas?  

So I have a 20-second clip I'm exporting from After Effects through AME. It's a 3D video, with 35 total assets on the video.  Computer is new and souped up for what I'm doing, so I'm not worried about specs. All my drivers are up to date, Windows is up to date, all software is up to date, everything is running fine on my computer. After Effects runs like a dream, but Adobe Media Encoder is gradually becoming a nightmare.  I've rendered the video a dozen times already, with edits and whatnot, each time taking roughly 1-2 minutes - which is about what I'd expect, given that a 7-minute 2D animated video took about 5-10 minutes. Though halfway through the week the render times went from 1-2 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.  AME uses 99% of my CPU, jumps RAM usage up to 92%, and disk usage to 30% by itself. Hello,I have an issue when im exporting h264 files from adobe premiere pro using media encoder 2021,It exports but always with a glich on the video/sound, it mostly appears towards towards the end of the file.This only happens when im exporting h264. Other formats works like Apple Proress , h265 etc.(To clarifty , it exports the video but when i check the exported file, there is a freeze towards the end or even something earlier than that (only on h264 format)) Im using the latest version of Premiere pro and media encoder 2021, and running on macOS Big Sur. Help will be appreciated Thanks!

Lately every time I use Encoder or Premiere Pro to render, I get this message in AMEEncodingLog file:"Autokroma Influx Importer BETA is expired ! Please download the official release on our website https://www.autokroma.com/"I do understand, go there and update. But what's a heck? I never installed one in the first place, and if it was installed by Adobe CC, why don't CC does the update? On the contrary - this message started appearing AFTER the recent update...Am I paying for subscription to some Beta's??? I was under the impression that money are charged for finalized releases...

Guys, hello. There was a problem installing Media Encoder 2019. I have the latest version of Windows 10 and I get an error "Your system or browser is out of date. Update your system." Please tell me what to do about this 

I have a lot of projects built in Premiere CC 2014, and because I don't really want to learn a new interface or deal with projects not loading properly, I continue to use the 2014 version of Premiere.  Recently, however, I received some clips in H.265 format which CC 2014 cannot handle, so in addition to leaving the old version of Premiere 2014 on my system, I installed the latest version of Premiere Pro so I could use and convert those clips.  At the same time, although I did not select it for an upgrade, Media Encoder updated itself to the latest version.  Unfortunately, that somehow disabled the ability for my older version of Premiere CC 2014 to send projects to queue in Media Encoder; I now get the error message: "Adobe Media Encoder is not installed.  Please download it and install it to use this feature."  I looked on the CC app to download a previous version:  the oldest one is CC 2017, which I installed, but I am still getting the error.  How

I have been using Adobe Media Encoder 2021 to render my After Effects (2021) videos. I have had no issues, and have had the choice to switch the videos from MP4 files to MP3 files when i feel necessary. For some reason though, as of yesterday, every after effects project i put on Media Encoder shows as an MP3 file and wont let me change it. I have been have to use handbrake again to render which is extra work. I hate that this has worked perfectly for me for months and now all of the sudden it isn't even something I can use. I use a Macbook air 2017 and doubt it's an issue with my computer. I have attached a photo of what all of my files have been looking like when i put them on Media Encoder.  

AME is taking an exorbitantly long time to render sequences. I'm talking 35-40 minutes for a 2.5 minute sequence. I have an I9 11900K with 32GB RAM and an NVIDIA RTX 3070, but I can't activate hardware acceleration when exporting and I don't know why, according to the specification for the system requirements, this should work with my hardware.1.5 hours of GoPro video are estimated at 40 hours because hardware acceleration is not possible, as the INFO screen says.Where am I missing something? I want to export in 4K, Main10 Rec2020

I have Media Encoder downloaded and installed on my laptop, but when I try to export media from Premiere Pro via ME, I get an error message that says ME is not installed. What is the problem?

"Warning: Font BebasNue Regular missing" comes up when loading a Premiere Pro project into the queue. The font is used in the video briefly, came from one of the text title presets. Encoding proceeds until 3% remaining then stops. Does not happen if this font is not included. I checked Fonts online and my account is enabled / synched with this font listed as available. I uninstalled, re-installed, synched, but the same problem occurs. I'll change the font in the project to something else that works, but how about it? This isn't the first time that Encoder has become unglued from some fonts.

Hi guys need at little help I'm running Premier Pro 14.8.0 on an iMac 27" 3.4GHz i7 with 32GB Ram (Mid 2011) but it will only run OSX High Sierra 10.13.6. When I try to export my work via queue, it tells me the media encoder is not installed I have watched a few YouTube vids on work arounds. however, this relies on a compatible version being installed. If I try to export via the export button the video is a total washout it like watch still frames What I would like to know is it possible to download previous versions of AME and rollback PP to a version that will be compatible AME and then lock both items to stop the creative cloud app from updating them. For the time being Photoshop, InDesign and Dreamweaver all work fine

i've tried to render a 20 second video multiple times through AME and even through AE's built in rendering system but it always goes halfway then fails on AME and in the case of AE it goes halfway and crashes. i've tried clearing space on my laptop, clearing the disk cache on AE, reducing file size through my AME render settings, etc. and it keeps failing. i have about 20 gbs available on my laptop. it only renders about 09 to 12 secs every time before it fails/crashes.

When I use Adobe Media Encoder to export h264 mp4 files using the Hardware Encoder, I noticed a gamma shift on playback that was really driving me insane. After a little sleuthing, I determined the cause was due to the resulting file not including the following information that had been present in the source mov and mp4 files:- Color range- Color primaries- Transfer characteristics- Matrix coefficientsThe difference was easily visible when I used After Effects Render Queue to export ProRes 422/422HQ/4444 mov files...these all render and play back as expected, so ProRes had been my workaround for uploading to various websites (including YouTube, Facebook, SmugMug).As a quick test, I switched to the H.264 Software Encoder and, sure enough, the expected data gets properly encoded in the mp4 files:- Color range : Limited- Color primaries : BT.709- Transfer characteristics : BT.709- Matrix coefficients : BT.709These mp4 files now play correctly in every player I have tried them in (VLC, Win
