The video is actually a screen record, and I selected both mic and internal computer inputs for the audio portion of the recording, hence why the audio for the person on the other end was duplicated. I thought the program would recognize this as an echo and consolidate them, but when I ran it through “enhance”, it did nothing for the other person’s audio, so the echo is still there. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

Did I miss something? 😐I'm a podcast producer and have been using RS for years untill they added AI features and an browser based editor I don't need. So I fell in love 😍 with Adobe Podcast. Remote podcast, local recording. For $9.99 per month, $99.99 per year. I tought ‘yeah’ Abobe for the win, Adobe for the podcasters. Because let’s not forget how podcasting came about.But now Adobe changed the montly plan from $9.99 to $19.99/ month. So I’m sad. I only need a tool ones per month to do remote podcasting. 😕I hope Adobe will add a tier with less features, for podcasters who just need remote podcasting and local recording for $9.99/ month.

Hi, so I recorded a podcast session in Adobe Podcast and as always I waited for my files to done processing to export them. But one of the files never done processing (it’s been 2 days) I tried refresh page, open it in different browsers, cleaning cookies. It seem stuck and because of that I can’t export original recordingsIt might be helpful to add that during this session something happend and recording stopped on it’s own (I don’t think I encountered any connection isssue, because I could resume recording right away)Is there anything I can do to export that file?  

Recorded a 90 min pod, left it to process, came back and processing failed. Have tried refreshing and logging into from another laptop, with no luck.

Since August 25, every upload to Enhance Speech on my paid Creative Cloud account (trevor@trevorohare.com) fails immediately. Adobe Support directed me to teampodcast@adobe.com, but that address bounces external mail, so I am posting here.What I have confirmed:1. The failure follows the account, not the device or network. It fails on my desktop in Chrome and Edge, on my iPhone over 5G, over VPN, and on a different network.2. The same files process successfully on a free account (tro2789@gmail.com), which an Adobe support rep set up as a temporary workaround.3. A support rep tested my sample files on Adobe's side and they enhanced without issue.4. Network logs show 408 timeouts and "too many requests" responses from the phonos-server-flex endpoint. On Aug 25 I ran several enhance jobs through the Adobe connector in Claude, which may have triggered a rate limit or abuse flag on my account.Two remote support sessions (Aug 26 and 27) escalated to a backend team with a promised 24 to 48 hou

Is there any way to block the transcription tool from using profanity? I want to block certain words from being able to appear.I was planning to use the podcast tool with middle school students (grades 7 & 8 ages 12-14). Today while demoing the tool for students- on the screen in front of the class- the transcription showed up with a high level profanity for all of the students to see. This was not the word the student had used. The tool needs a way to filter any profanity from ever appearing, even if it is what the student tried to say. Otherwise I don’t know if I can use it. It really is so easy for students to edit, I’d hate to lose it.

Is this a temporary bug? I seems strange that I can’t export such a short podcast episode - neither as a video nor as an audio file.

I did a test, the other day, of the adobe podcast software. Somewhere around the hour and a half mark the recording just stopped. We noticed right away and started a new project to finish our test cast. I have successfully downloaded and unzipped the second part. The first part downloads, but will not open. My computer says its incompatible. My phone and tablet say the file is too large to open. I downloaded WinRAR and that lets me see the subfolders, but says the files are corrupted. I have downloaded it several times. I have tried downloading in a different browser. I have restarted my whole computer. I can not access the original files. 

CASE ID: ADB-46689972-T9W2I recorded a podcast episode with JEFF HOLDER. I just downloaded our conversation as ORIGINAL RECORDINGS, so that I can obtain separate files for each speaker. After downloading, JEFF's video/audio wouldn't open, and there was an error message. I couldn't download my guest's individual audio file. This is the only time this has happened. I tried it 2-3 times. How do I obtain my guest's audio?.

When I upload an MP3, the transcript doesn’t include timecode. Is there setting to make it so timecode is included, and if not, will this be added in the future? It seems like a pretty big misstep when lots of other transcription software includes timecode.

What a disaster. One of my interviews got corrupted, and no one is handling the chat support properly.Now the recording appears as 0 bytes, as if there is absolutely nothing there. Your team is not providing any support; I have already sent two emails and written to the live chat with no response. I am not interested in joining or participating in a community forum.I want direct answers and a solution now. This whole situation is making me completely lose confidence in your software, and I am not comfortable continuing to use this program.

I've cleared my internet cache. Restarted my computer and tried many diffrent files including ones that worked previously and now they don't. Help!

I'm working with several hundred files and subscribing to Premium allowed me to bulk upload them but I seem to only be able to download them one at a time, which is far from ideal.

Logging into this program in safari has very poor functionality.  Especially with videos over 45mins long.  An app would probably be much more suitable for podcast speech enhancement

I didn't know I couldn't render a podcast over 2 hours, now I have a 3.5 hour podcast that is stuck. I exported the raw files, but all the errors are still in there
