How to delete in adhobe scan application.it shows can't delete from server. But why

I accidentally deleted my document from my adobe scan app.Please how can i recover the lost file.Thank you 😊 

I just scanned 180 pages on Adobe Scan and went to save as usual, spinning saving wheel for 2 minutes or so then error message 'unexpected error. That file does not exist'. What's going on?? I know it doesn't exist-I'm saving it and hence creating it. Tried multiple times and same error so only way out was to cancel and lose all the scans. Can someone from Adobe's support team help me please? 🙏 

I move my scans to adobe acrobat on my phone immediately after they are created and then delete them in scan.  iPhone storage says it is using almost 3g most of which is "documents and data" but there are none. I've looked at it in iMazing and directly on my device and other than uninstall and reinstall, I can't see what to delete or how to delete.  Uninstall reinstall seems like a silly data management process, dosen't it?

Hallo zusammenIch habe heute erstmalig die Android- App Adobe Scan installiert und ausprobiert. Hat hervorragend funktioniert, Danke!Nur habe ich jetzt das Problem, dass die Adobe Acrobat-App eine 1 (warscheinlich Meldung) bekommen hat und ich weiss nicht, wo ich die allfällige Meldung lesen kann und wie ich die 1 wieder loswerde.Vielen Dank im Voraus für Eure konstruktiven Lösungsansätze. 

I want refund my money i got wrong click on the subscripstion

With the fact that the refund is possible right away, I canceled the payment approved yesterday (which was processed through the mermaid703@naver.com account) through the App Store today, and it says it will not be refunded right away and will be available until next month 🙂 So, I would like to ask if I can get a full refund in a few days, considering that I used it until the day before.

I am using Windows 11 laptop to connect to my android Samsung s21ultra phone. While I am able to open all other apps through Phone link I am unable to open Adobe Scan app window on my laptop. It opens it on the phone but not on the screen of my laptop. Please help me to get it open on my laptop as well.

I have scanned one file yesterday. But now I can't access the scanned file. It shows Waiting to upload and nothing happened with this file. Can someone help me with this problem? This file is too much important for me. 

The crop points that allow adjusting the crop are all over the screen and I can't use them. Help please!

When I access my Adobe Scan folders on my laptop and try to download any of them, I get a message saying "Download error. Folder is either empty or exceeds maximum number of files (50), folders (100) or total size (100 MB)." However, the folder is neither empty nor does exceed the max files>How do I get the folders off the cloud and into local storage?  Thank you!

Hi, I'm having issues sending out emails through this app. Every time I try, it just stays in my outbox. I did update the app and I uninstalled my email and reinstalled it.Can some please help. Thank you

Hello there.I know I've been requesting the adding of this feature several time already, but I find necessary to continue to enquire since this thing is still undone.I literally have requested the superimposed grid for better alignment scanning for years already, my last being in June 2022. So I ask again the developer to add the grid on the scanning screen as in a normal smartphone camera. This app is wonderful and it would be even more with this thing added. How hard can it be to add it? Hope this is eventually done. Regards Michael

Yesterday i scanned almost 13-14 very important documents for my project,now I don't see them,can't find them anywhere. Making me frustrated and a fool to others in project!single id,ios,version 23.01.24,12 February 

I scanned like 20 important documents two days ago, and now, they are all gone.I clicked save and now i cant see them neither on my app (did it with phone) neither on the website.

Hi. For some reason the images of receipts that I scanned directly to adobe scan have been greyed out and can't be retrieved. I tried to share the document or open with other apps without success. Can anyone please help me about it please? Seems like a bug.  

Is there a way to add a received time and date stamp to all of my scanned documents? I am using adobe standard and can make a stamp when making pdf files but not for all files scanned. I will even pay for something from third party if needed.
