Adobe Scan

I need to check at what time the pdf was made using adobe mobile app. 

My adobe scan app is not working, no scans in my archives and won’t convert photos anymore into PDFs... Is anyone else experiencing this! I would use my scan app all the time without issue, but like a week ago it just wasn’t functioning correctly… Call my scan history is gone now. Then when I take pictures of some thing to convert it to a PDF, it won’t do it and it won’t convert even one photo into a PDF at all… It is constantly buffering. I don’t have this problem with any of my other applications on my iPhone.  Help!I have an iPhone Xs Max... Software version… 12.3.1 and my app is version 19.06.20 for Adobe Scan

I tried to change password but I dint find option to change, so I tried to sign out & re-sign in, am not find option to signin. Please help me out. How to re-signin in Adobe Scan in Android mobile.

Hi, I have purchased the CC cloud plan. I installed acrobat on my PC. If I install the acrobat scan app on my phone, does my phone become my second activated device (which is not what I want)?

Hello, I've been using this app for a while now and successfully used it to scan a majority of my assignments via the Canvas student app that came up as an option after hitting "share a copy". As of about a week and a half ago, the canvas app isn't an option anymore and I'm not able to upload my assignments as I once did. I checked both apps which are updated..is this the issue? Is canvas not supported anymore? I've been attempting from an iPhone and iPad and have still had no luck. Thanks!

I mistakenly agreed for the app to access the photos from my phone in error.  It is in the process of downloading them on to the app, but I don't want them on my Adobe scanner. Can I delete them from the app without losing them off my phone memory? I am not the most technologically minded and don't want to lose them if it could cause that to happen. I had read a lady lost photos in error by deleting them from a scanner app.Thanks

i have purchase the subscription to use the free trial but i forgot to cancel the subscription i request you to refund my money as soon as possible.    

It's a good app but still needs some improvement in photography quality.

I've realised I used two different ID for Adobe scan: one Adobe account and a second one on gmail.I would like to keep just the Adobe one : any chance to merge the two accounts in one with all the scanned documents in it?thanks

I deleted the app on my iPhone, hard reboot of iPhone and reinstalled the app. Did a test scan and it still will not save to MS One Drive. 

Is there a way I can check the time I created the Adobe scan on the mobile app?

I am not able to copy my pdf files to my device. It always shows an error occurred. When I open the file on device it can not be opened because the file format is not supported

How do I retrieve previous scans from an old account to a new account? 

The adobe portable scanner app no longer sends to any email address.  I need to save documents in notes and then send to my email.  This just started today, up until now no problems.

Last night, I had all my Scans. Woke up. All but the last 2 I did last night and one from ages past are the only three left. Checked the Cloud where they were supposed to be going. NADA. NOT THERE.  These are quite important documents with privileged information on them. Where did they go and can I retrieve them? I need help!

Adobe scan used to be able to import directly to Google drive, but it doesn't seem to work anymore. Would be nice if you guys could fix this because it's really helpful for me and many others. 

When I scan a document, image, or anything, is it possible to see the exact time and date of when it was scanned? I'm looking for Properties or Details of my scans and I'm referring to the Adobe Scan mobile app. Thank you so much for your help!
