Adobe Scan

I was scanning some documents, then opened the next day and didn't find the scan/ pdf. It completely disappeared off the app and it's not even on the cloud. Can the file be recovered in any way? It's urgent. Thanks.

I scanned a document on 26th oct, 2020 but now I am not able to find it anywhere.

Just i made a pdf but i was changing the colour it didn't happen but my pdf is disappeared so, How can get back? Or you guys hiding my data tell me the reasonAnd there is also another problem happening in my phone is that when I start to create a pdf in just a couple of minute my device storage get full, why? I need instant reply because it's urgent. 

I can no longer find a scan that I was viewing and just about to edit through Adobe Scan. When I went to view all files (cloud storage through my phone) the document at first was there but then I witnessed it disappear just as I was going to select it. How do I retrieve that scan? I assume the scan is cached in some way so one may edit it, which is what I was in the middle of doing. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this issue? Online customer chat sent me here.

I just downloaded the Adobe scan app and am attempting to convert a 350 page file that I photographed pages of using the app. When I click on save pdf it just stays stuck on the "saving PDF" screen and never advances beyond that point. l spent two hours getting these photos in the app and now they're just stuck and I am incredibly frustrated!  

I deleted an important file, in Adobe Scan, by mistake. Is there a way to recover the same?

Hi,  With Photoshop Express it's possible to change the storage location on my phone (Android). Can did feature be added for Scan as well? I want my scans saved elsewhere on my phone storage. I've added a screenshot of the settings in Photoshop Express.  Thanks in advance!

Usually the app works well, but recently (maybe two weeks now) when I take a scan then rename it and finally create the PDF, I see it uploading to document cloud then the PDF disappears. Only after uploading another scan does the previous scan reappear. I have tried refreshing but it still doesn't show. Sometimes the app crashes after the pdf is uploaded to the Adobe Cloud. I use this app frequently and this issue has me considering other alternatives. Can anyone help? 

Hi all. I have been using Adobe scan on Android for almost a year now ( Samsung S7 edge, Android 7.0) with good image quality. However in the last week or so the quality of the pictures/ images decreased and now they are all blurry. I have installed and tried other apps like Genius scan or Camscanner and the quality there is much better, so the issue is not related to my phone. I tried to uninstall and re install back Adobe scan but the issue is still there... Does anybody have this issue as well? was there a recent upgrade to the soft that is affecting certain android versions?  Many thanks

I don't know what changed. I used to be able to create a scan and then share to Box.com in the Cliud. Now the Box selection isn't even there. It still shows Dropbox and Google Drive but Box is gone. Does anyone else have this issue? I've tried looking through all the settings in both Adobe Scan and Box and can't figure it out. thanks 

I was in the middle of editing my images on Adobe scan and the app froze and suddenly they were all gone. I have no idea what happened they just disappeared. Is there anyway I can get them back?

Hello, I have been using Adobe Scan for a while now and really like it! To me, it's the best PDF scanner app available! So, thank you!!! This morning, I used it to scan a couple of letter pages and was surprised to see a lot of random blue marks in the scanned PDF files! I tried the same with a couple of different PDF scanner apps and none of them had this issue! I am not sure if this is just me or there are some issues with the Adobe Scan app? I have iPhone 12 with iOS 14.4. Would really appreciate it if anyone knows anything about it? Thank you!

Today when I opened the adobe scan app to view my documents, it asked me to login. While usually I put the app login automatically. I used the correct user name and password to login and it said "Access Denied". I contacted the customer service and he told me to reset my password. I did the exactly as he told. However when I tried to login again with my new password, it still said "Access Denied". Are there any solutions for this, please help me.

The app will not let me hit the blue button to take pictures, or even export documents.  I have reinstalled, same issue still happening.

Buenas tardes, como puedo cambiar el tamaño de los documentos? Hay paginas que no me permiten mas de 245Mb y en 3 paginas en b&w escala de grises, normal u automatico es alto el peso, que tengo que hacer? Incluso tengo documentos de 2 hojas y aun asi tenho el mismo inconveniente

The cropping box is very hard to adjust in a straight line without being crooked I cannot adjust in a way the image doesn't look tilted or not in perfect box shape manually so I need a setting for fixed border cropping If Abode scan doesn't have that please introduce one

Please clarify the following queries; 1) I have installed Adobe Scan on my Andriod mobile. As per FAQ, the scanned files are accessible from anywhere including PC as the files are synced in the cloud. Please let me know the URL of the files in the cloud. 2) Is Adobe Scan installable on Windows PC?

Whenever I upload pictures to the Adobe Scan app, it just auto-crops the first five-six images and its always the case. Sometimes I have to crop the pages which ranges from 10 to 95. Its really annoying and frustrating. Please help and fix this bug. Thank you.

Hi,The Adobe Scan info web page says, "Copy to: It gives you an option to add files on third-party cloud storage. You will only get the options only for the third-party application available/ installed on the device like Google drive, One Drive, or Dropbox."I have pCloud installed on my device (see screenshot), but under the Adobe Scan Copy To options, pCloud is not listed.Does anyone have advice on how I can have pCloud listed as an option under the Adobe Scan copy to list?

However everytime I try to add a cc it gives me an error code . Please help
