Hi, been reading through this and, despite being on 25.5 .MTS files are still problematic. They never used to be though. About 6 mths ago it was all fine, then something changed and its knackered it. My scenario is that if I play .MTS in VLC player the audio is fine. In Premiere it doesnt even bring in the audio to the timeline if a clip is dragged & dropped from a bin into a new timeline. I've had this with other video clip formats and, oddly, if I "New Sequence from clip" that does create a video and audio track which I then have to cut and paste into my first timeline. It's clunky and moreso a workaround than a solution. This also happens if I create an entirely new project and use the Import Wizard as another post suggested. Wow. I can't beleive this is STILL an issue. I Googled this error code which led to this which I commented on MANY YEARS AGO! Come on Adobe DEV, make this work. Hi Everyone, Having been back + forth with FrameIO Support - because its not an Adobe product - I've got it sorted out. Step 1 , REMOVE the "There was nothing wrong with it" Extension for V3. Do this via the Extensions tab, far right of the Home of the Adobe CC screen. Just let it go. Step 2 , install these two V4 Extensions  Step 3 - In Prem, goto here and enable both Extensions; Move these somewhere, I put them onto my second (vertical) screen as I like to see all my feedback comments in list form, not a pokey tabbed window. Then open a project. This should, when you click your timeline, now offer you a login prompt, go through the motions. PRO TIP: If you get an error pertaining to 127.0.0.1 as I did thats likely because you've got a Popup blocker rejecting the connection. Pause/enable popups on accounts.google.com and you'll be golden.     Step 4 - When you're all logged in you'll get this wonderful blue button of "Export & Share" become available. Hi Kevin, On a similar vein, with the new update to 2025 the Options+ software doesnt offer any Adobe-centric options. My thumbscroller used to be timeline movement for example but now the software just offers generic Windows things like Cut, Paste etc. Similarly on PhotoShop the scroller wash brush size, not anymore. Hi All,  I use a Logitech MX Master 3 and in other Adobe software the thumbwheel on the mouse is great but for some reason only in Audition its really small increments as described.  I've checked settings within Logitech Options+ software and have found if I add Audition to the Point + Scroll section and set the Thumbwheel from 50% to 80% thats much better for scrubbing through audio.  #TheMoreYouKnow   ... Hi, yes I add my account, do all the prompts in another browser with Google checking permissions etc but I don't see any of my channels. Update,  There was a meaty update from Windows 10 coming down which may / may not have interfered with the connection to Adobe. Shut down, took 10 mins to apply. Rebooted and now ok. I'd still like Adobe to offer some form of Offline Grace period following an authentication.
