Hi Kevin, On a similar vein, with the new update to 2025 the Options+ software doesnt offer any Adobe-centric options. My thumbscroller used to be timeline movement for example but now the software just offers generic Windows things like Cut, Paste etc. Similarly on PhotoShop the scroller wash brush size, not anymore. Any ideas? Thank you

Hi All, I use a Logitech MX Master 3 and in other Adobe software the thumbwheel on the mouse is great but for some reason only in Audition its really small increments as described. I've checked settings within Logitech Options+ software and have found if I add Audition to the Point + Scroll section and set the Thumbwheel from 50% to 80% thats much better for scrubbing through audio. #TheMoreYouKnow

Morning, I did send a reply but your mailbox is full, whoops! Of course I logged out and in again. And rebooted. And still the problem persisted. Is there a firewall or antivirus setting I need to add whatever executable runs the Adobe CC sign-in system to allow full un-filtered traffic & access through?

Morning! Had a bit of this last night having ti sign in and out loads of times only to be unceremoniously kicked out maybe 10 minutes later. Anyone else having this issue today / last 24hrs? Got this today which is a first I'll reboot etc but this is incredibly frustrating. Just need to get on and work!!

Hi World, Is anyone else having it where they sometimes need to log in to Adobe CC every day in order to use their apps? I've had it sometimes its fine for a few days and then sometimes even between shutdowns Adobe need me to sign in again on the same PC. It's really quite annoying when "but it was fine just before lunch" and the extra time required to "log in with Google" wait, , choose account, wait, "You're good to go!", continue with Premiere. Any ideas how to "trust" this PC in my account or similar to reduce/remove the need to frequently re-sign-in please? Cheers!

Hi, maybe a necropost here but in 2023 this is still happening. Every couple of days - or sometimes every day - I have to sign in, again, to Adobe CC before I can run any apps. Very annoying and its not like I've installed one license onto 5 computers or whatever.

Yup, this worked for me. There is no "Save as copy" option as per the incorrectly error message. I'm on latest versions of course. big thanks to @Gabelou for this workaround 🙂

Hello world, I have a batch job coming up I'd love to encode + publish direct to YouTube but I have an issue. I hold Manager / Editor roles on several YT channels. When I connect/allow Adobe to access my YT account I don't see the various channels I work on. Meaning, I'd guess, that if I ran a batch it'd go into my Mgmt account. Is there a way to choose my various channels under my account please? Cheers, Lu

I'm having a moment here, but I have to keep remembering to update the scores in a screwy way because "Team 1 Name" and "Team 1 Score" are coded wrong, as per this pic. Or have I done something wrong here? Cheers

Hi, nope. I see only my channel of LM-CM-2024. When you hit the [+] button it just takes you to the "which Account do you want to add" prompt. I can add other accounts but NOT channels. It would seem. Can anyone here show me how they upload to different channels they Manage/Edit please via Encoder? If its even possible?

Hi, yes I add my account, do all the prompts in another browser with Google checking permissions etc but I don't see any of my channels. So I'd guess that Encoder is only capable at this point of publishing to the channel the account created, and not any others managed. Would love to be corrected though!

Hello world!
Does anyone know what I need to do in order to have the brand accounts I'm a Manager or Editor of into this list within Media Encoder please?
I've hit the + a few times, added the account which in YouTube shows the 5 or so I'm on as a Manager or Editor role but I dont see where I set those in Encoder.
I've a batch run coming up and it'd be suuuuuuper useful to be able to render + publish in one hit.

Update, There was a meaty update from Windows 10 coming down which may / may not have interfered with the connection to Adobe. Shut down, took 10 mins to apply. Rebooted and now ok. I'd still like Adobe to offer some form of Offline Grace period following an authentication. Even 48 hours would be enough for those who have to quickly jump on to to Suite but maybe dont have Internet access.

Hi World,
Is it just me or is anyone else getting booted out of Premiere the first time they hit Send To Encoder? Since the last update this happens the first time. Then if I keep encoder open and then re-open Premiere any further STE requests are fine.

Hi World, Bit of a weird thing that's making colour adjustments tricky. When I;m in a different app, chrome whatever the image looks fine / smaller. When I go back into Premiere it goes full screen, fine, but the colours blow out; Any ideas why? And how to solve please? Cheers
