Adobe XD

Hi, I saved my recent project work XD file in cc because of safety, but I lost my all whole day's work morning towards I keep updating my file based on the feedback and correction. Suddenly evening I can see latest changes are missing in the XD file, when I checked the saved history I was shocked I can see only two backups one in the afternoon and one in the evening time 😞 But yesterday for the same file, I can see the backup for each 2min gap. Is there any way can I get those latest files? Attached screenshot for your reference. 

It's really a great shame that Adobe is leaving AdobeXD in the shade, an extremely fast and familiar tool for those who use the suite. It raises the white flag by completely leaving the market to Figma without thinking about customers who rely on the longevity of Adobe products, who invest time to learn its software. Adobe thinks of doing something about it or do we abandon it every time like it happened with Muse and others?

I'm a developer and when I download assets from preview links (e.g. https://xd.adobe.com/view/...) I end up having to upload them to an image compression tool (like TinyJPG), compress them, and then re-download them. In my case the images I'm downloading are way too large for web use so that's why I have to compress them. Although this doesn't take a lot of time, it is annoying and so I'm considering building a web based tool where you could paste in the XD preview URL (e.g. https://xd.adobe.com/view/...), select compression settings, and then download the compressed assets as a zip file all at once. Another annoyance is that the @15739213 assets are always included in the downloads. I don't use 2x assets so I always just end up deleting them after I download them. I was thinking there could be an option in the tool that would exclude the 2x assets as well. Since I'm a developer and I don't work in XD, I don't know if there is a setting that would solve th

Hi,I wanted to change my language settings to English. I followed the official instructions by Adobe: opening the preferences in the Creative Cloud, changing the language, uninstalling and reinstalling the apps. Unfortunately, after many attempts, the apps are still reinstalled in the old language. What can I do? Thanks in advance!Isabelle

Hi! I can increase the the character spacing in Xd but I can't decrease it. The designers at my office that use Windows have the same problem but the people that use Mac doesn't have that problem. Does anybody know how to fix it?

Hi,Is there a way to process an existing design comp, e.g. a Photoshop .psd file and have Adobe XD create the actual website structure / HTML from it — to a quality level that is typically used as a first pass by a Web Design Company? When trying to access Adobe Xd links shared by our UI Designer, I am directed to page with message below;This does not happen when I am using hotspot connection of my phone. On the other hand, I have no problem accessing the internet other than this link with my local area network.Please help me solve this problem. I checked other discussions but can't find a solution.

Hi! I am trying to share my screen for a class I am teaching, there are other softwares and apps I want to share during the lesson. But when I share the screen, the students can only see my wallpaper and nothing else.I am using Adobe Connect on a mac mini with OS 10.15. If I use Adobe connect on the browser it says that I need to download and launch the app in order to share the screen.Also, I had to download the older version because the newest one was not compatible.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

We were sent an XD link to view a presentation, but I want to save it as a PDF myself for our records. Is that possible? Or does the original creator have to do that?

I have a project that has multiple videos. Originally, we planned according to the 20 video limit and it worked fine. But over the course of client edits, I have had to delete and substitute different videos. I am currently well under the limit of 20 videos actually used in my document, but I am getting a "you have reached the maximum number of videos" warning when trying to add the final two videos. It seems there are two potential sources of the issue:There is one video in the "assets" panel that is unused. There are no instances of it anywhere in the document. But I still cannot delete it.Including that video, there are only 11 videos in my assets panel. That means there must be other videos that I added to the document but were never added to the assets panel. I have deleted those from the artboard, but XD seems to think they are still counting against my 20-video maximum, despite me having no access to a list of them. I have tried duplicating the document to different lo

Hi all. Im in need of some help please.  😉 I have created an art board with some overlapping layers but when I go to share the link some off the assets I cant click to get the positionings of as an assets is overlapping it. Is there a way or exporting all postitions? I have sent it to my web dev and they are unable to click the asset to get the postitoning as a layer is aver the top slighly. Is there a way to overcome this? Thank you

I have a video in XD, set to play automatically and loop. Every time I test the preview, the video stops at the end of the first play through. I can't find any reason why it won't loop. Any thoughts?

Hi everyone! Got some problems.First of all, I made a project in illustrator and wanted to animate that in After Effects - BUT a gradient object and other objects that works as shadows (with lower opacity) changed to solid colors. I looked it up and saw that I could to this workflow Ai -> Xd -> Ae.1)First I tried to import the Ai project to Xd but in Xd some other different objects changed it shapes. A rectangle with round bottom changed to just one round corner for example.2) Then I tried to export the Ai project to a SVG and imported that in Xd. It worked a little better but the rectangle still has just one round corner, and there is plenty of them so I dont want to waste my time to change like 20 if there is any workarounds.  Someone, help me, pleeeease!!! My neck is aching. 

it has been YEARS since people ask for dark mode for XD, you guys have dark mode for every other app BUT XD, like come on ...

I'm using the latest Adobe XD update, but I'm having trouble with the Time Trigger. It’s not showing up. I know that I need to connect the pages themselves (not pictures or symbols), and I’ve done that, but the Time Trigger is still missing. I can’t find it anywhere. I only learned about it after watching a tutorial, but it was never there in my workspace.I provided a picture (the written parts are translated into english). As you can see, the Time Trigger is not here.Thanks for any problem suggestion in advance!

I did the last update of Adobe XD, version: 29.0.32.13 So these last update it changed the way you save your file, for some reason it saved it in the cloud, which I don't want to, since I want to save the file in a specific folder, because is for work, so first I had to try to find where the file was saved, when I found out a lot of unused files where there, and when I finally manage to save it where I wanted, the file was corrupted, so when opening gave me an error, so manage to retrive the last open file and finally to save it where I wanted it. The thing is I am working and I don't have time for this unacessary changes, you are supposed to be an UX tool which should be user friendly, making this changes are a bit reduntant and cause disruption while working. I never commented in any Adobe software, but this is my second feedback. Please think before making big changes on the way that the software is used.
