Adobe XD

I've had this issue for a year or so now, but it seems to have gotten worse. Editing text is super difficult at times. It gets into this mode where you enter the text but it doesnt appear on the screen and the cursor locks up. You resize XD window and it shakes the cursor free, but your text isn't there. By closing the file and re-opening it, it sometimes works but not always. Really struggling to edit text, which as you could imagine, slows down my life, lol.

Hello, Since a couple of months my XD wont start up anymore. It keeps getting stuck in the splash screen. I tried everything. My Windows 10 and XD are both up to date.  The only thing that seems to help is to delete XD and reinstall it. But this is extremly frustrating because I have to reinstall all the plugin and it takes up a lot of time. After I reinstal XD it works for a couple of days but after five days or so it gets stuck in the splash screen again.  This problem is really frustrating because the time it takes to fix it over and over again is time I cant put in client projects.  I hope someone can help me.

How could I view the image's file name after it's imported into XD? (I could only find options for cut, copy, etc. "Edit in Photoshop" doesn't seem to carry over the image file name/numbers). When I go to the link I used for the developers I was able to see some image numbers on the side panel(though I can't get to some of the images that have been masked) Thank you in advance!

 Hi,No fonts are working in Adobe XD. I am using Windows 11 and XD version 49.0.12

Hi. I'm trying to a create a menu with an overlay when hitting a burger button as componant.  That's work but I don't find a solution to change the state of the burger in the same time when we hit it. Am I loosing my time ?

Hey, in Creative Cloud XD won't update: It says "Waiting" and nothing happens (WIFI is working, I restarted CC, restarted Computer, logged in and out, Adobe CC is updated and newest version). Please help, client is waiting and I need to work. 

My subscription has recently ended around 2 weeks ago and all my files have gone missing from the creative cloud. Can someone please tell me what I can do? 

I have issue with XD this morning. The problem is; I couldn't find the recent XD files on my Mac, in adobe cloud or what so ever platform you have right now. The files are totally missing. Luckily I have the files in my iPad for client reference. But that's not enough because the file is save in Preview mode which I cannot edit the file later. So right now I need the file for editing purposes. This problem started when adobe mention about subscription expired. It happen on yesterday. As I know usually adobe will give 7 days trial for user. So I assume adobe keep my files safe because I expected the files already reach up to 2GB. But then after I purchased this morning the files are missing/gone/lost idk seem I couldn't see the files in my recent work too. But the files name available on my Mac Dock for recent open (But cannot open). When I start searching the file name on my Mac, the file can be found in Console with .log format such things but not in adobe XD.

Browsing the design draft is very laggy

Hi!I have been cracking my brain for a few days now. I hope someone here can help me out!I have created a lobby page. In it a settings icon. Clicking on the settings icon will open up the settings pop-up modal. I used an overlay type for the settings pop-up. Now in the settings pop-up, I have a language button. Clicking on the language button will slide the language pop-up from the side.  Here's what happens when the language pop-up slides... The settings pop-up vanishes from the background and instead the lobby page is getting displayed. Why is that? The settings pop-up is supposed to be displayed in the background instead of the lobby page, right? I have tried linking the language button in the settings pop-up to the language pop-up with overlay type, transition type, and Auto-Animate type. None of them seems to work.   I have attached a screenshot.

Hi, I am not able to generate or update the prototype sharing link. it was working previeously and suddenly stopped working. Any solution?

I am frustrated - I have all the artboards infront of me that I have uploaded - but I cant go in and edit because everytime I change size from 2% and up it disapears from my wiev.I cant drag and drop my artboardsI cant move on the screen with keyboard to right or left or up and down.What is it that makes this so diffucult? How to navigate easy from one artboard at the time and be able to rezise and move each board?First pic 10% Second pic of my screen

I've deleted all related files and published demo's, but for some reason they are still accesable online. How can I delete something that is from a source pov no where to be found?

Hello,  I have used Adobe XD with gamepad input without problems for the past week.  Now, suddenly, it does not receive the input for setting transition triggers.   I have tried all possible "basic" fixes such as changing controller, uninstalling, restarting etc. The controller works perfectly on windows in any other open application. Just XD does not seem to receive the input.   Anyone has suggestions or has encountered this issue as well?   Thanks! Agnes   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi! Is possible to hide elements hit area under overlay? It’s very unconfortable during prototype navigation

There seems to be a bug where there is a stroke as a default on every box created. This is incredibly annoying and slows down workflow. Please resolve this bug, or at least make it something that can be turned on and off. 

How do I incorporate a templated that I did on Adobe XD to Mailchimp and it is really worth it? thank you.

Hi All,What's the best way to gain access to a Designer's XD file? She just was in an emergency and was unable to share before she had to take her leave.  We have at least the link used to review and make comments on the mockup. However, we need to update a few items on the mockup by end of this week. Help, PLEASE! Thank you,Ian

My issue is similar to this post : https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/panel-unable-to-drag-the-layers-to-reorder-in-the-panel-in-xd/td-p/10965989?page=1 but the user never shared what fixed the issue for them. Basically I'm unable to reorder any layer in any project, and I can't drag and drop components into my artboards (or anywhere, actually). It reacts to clicks, the row plays a little squeeze animation when I mouse down on them but nothing happens when I drag. Same thing for layers, it does not show the preview line indicating where the layer will be reordered and nothing happens when I release the mouse. I tried this in 4 different projects. I tried reinstalling XD, reinstalling Creative Cloud, searching for any XD files on my computer and deleting them, no luck. It's happening on a Windows 10 computer. Any idea what could be causing this ?
