Adobe XD

Hi I just want to install Adobe XD but it asks for payment options in adobe clouds. can I just install the Free version without any payment or subscription?

Aktuell sind wir im UX-Sprint mit einem Kunden, können jedoch nicht mehr auf die Cloud Datei zugreifen, bzw. diese wird nicht mehr synchronisiert seit gestern Abend.   Hat XD gerade allgemeine Probleme oder liegt es an der Datei? Auch eine Cloud-Kopie kann ich zwar erstellen, jedoch wird diese nicht synchronisiert und nicht erneut gespeichert. Es erscheint ein Sternchen am Namen, was auf eine lokale Datei schließen lässt.   Übrigens: gibt es einen kurzen Kontaktweg für Notfälle??     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Please, please, give us the option of disabling this "Design. Prototype. Share." screen with board sizes. Specially, after we close windows. I like Adobe XD and I'm a heavy user, but I honestly wish we'd have more preferences that we can customize, as in Photoshop or Illustrator (starting with keyboard shortcuts). All was fine yesterday, this morning when I opened a link to add comments the comments section is tiny, and the prototype is zoomed out. I did not change my Chrome settings, yes hardware acceleration is on; yes I cleared my cache; and Chrome is up-to-date. Not happening in Firefox.

I trying to create my first website layout in XD. Since PS CS2 I was doing all work in Photoshop so it is realy hard to switch my brain   Now it's time for XD but I got first problem I need to create effect like you can see below. So I need to use gradient masking... but is it possible in XD? And if it's not do I have to use Photoshop first to create this, and then import banner to XD? I really want to switch from PS but so far I see many limits when using XD.

    Hey guys, is this me not doing something right or it's not a feature yet... Can I scale proportionately in xd.... Trying to resize the sides to get what I want seems to be messing up my work while trying to create a card pop out hover effect. 

Steps:1.) I create a link to a flow and share it with stakeholders 2.) I get feedback and make changes to the artboards, then update the link Expected result:The link and flow – including artboards, description, # of artboards – should all update. Actual result:Link (usually) updates with the correct artboards and interactions, but the "link updated" displays the incorrect time, the link description (i.e. the name of the flow, the # of artboards in the flow, the "updated at") are all  incorrect. Even when I refresh, this displays incorrectly. It often takes a long time for stakeholders' link to display the changes and edits to the flow. This is causing confusion with stakeholders and it's really frustrating. 

Hi to all,I'm working on my new project and I'm using Google Material design to prototype. Of course I get the UI Kit of Google Material available in XD but it's specific fot mobile apps and less for webapps. It's also not very update and complete than all UI elements availabe in Google Material.I wondered if anyone did have face this situation.Thanks for any suggestions.Greetings from Italy and keep yourself safe.I decided to observe the Google products on web mode and try to put together available GM resources, guidelines and work on customization for my needs.

Hi Folks, I am looking for a way to increase my workspace area so i can fit in more artboards in the same file in XD. Seems like there isn't any. and i dont wish to create a new file for the same project. So is there a solution to it? Also I like to keep artboards in a certain sequence so i can expalin the flow while i am presenting. this approach tends to take more space in the work area, hence the question. I have attached the screenshot of my artboards touching the very edges of the file's work space.     {Renamed By MOD}

How to bring element to foreground on hover (z-index)?For example: I have an avatar group. The individual elements are partly on top of each other. When hovering I would like to bring the respective avatar in the foreground (via css with z-index).Is there a possibility in xd?   {Renamed By MOD}

This appears to be an old issue - I have seen posts from a year back on this. As the subject says, the SF Pro Display font does not display correctly on the XD iOS app. It gets stretched. It is a major problem for designers, since they have to put paddings and margins differently in the actual artboard so as to see the intended look on the preview on the app, but then the developers code HTML and CSS to match what is on the artboard. I have seen posts by Adobe employees on previous threads that this is being looked into. I would like to request them to expedite it if possible, and also post an expected date by when this will be fixed. Each day using XD is a problem for us since we use SF Pro Display for all our screens. I would also greatly appreciate suggestions from anyone on any roundabout way to bypass this issue. Thank you!

I was installing Adobe XD on my new machine and this error popped up. I checked online and it says - https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html#errorC505 to do some steps. The documentation should be have more content which will be helpful for users. Can someone please help me out on what to do. I just use Adobe XD in the entire CC library. 

When I use layered PSD in my XD document it gets flattened when I right click on it to Edit in Photoshop. The very first time I edit the layers from XD the layers are intact but after that first edit it gets flattened. This happens with all PSD files that I use in XD. W10. All up to date on everything.  

Hello,   The standard behaviour of the Adobe XD for JIRA plugin is that, all projects and all new created projects are enabled automatically for the usage of Adobe XD. The projects can be removed manually in the administration config but with a large JIRA Instance with more than thousands of projects it is not a good Administration of a plugin and takes too much time to administrate a small plugin.   Please change the standardbehaviour to automatically disable all projects and all new created projects at first or give us an checkboxoption to change this behaviour. This would be a much suited way of handling the activation of the plugin for projects.   Thank you   Best Regards Eduard

In adobe xd pen tool is not working properly,please suggest what to do ?

Unable to view the Adobe XD file, when I download. How do I open the following file in Adobe XD with artwork, interactions, META-INF etc??About device - 

A screen that I have created appears differently on XD (the software to create the screen) and on its preview in the XD iOS app. Specifically, a line gets truncated in the app, as compared to the same text line on the screen designed in the XD software (using a Windows 10 desktop). My phone is an iPhone 6S Plus, and the screen size I have chosen to design the screen in XD is the same. It appears like a bug, prima facie. I will be grateful for any inputs on what might be going on. Thank you!

XD에서 라운드사각형 스타일을 클리핑 마스크 해서 제플린으로 내보내면이미지가 제플린에서 노출되지 않습니다. 처음에는 전체 내보내기가 되어 이미지가 보여지지만수정하여 내보내기 시, 같은 개체를 복사하여 내보내기 하여도제플린에서 이미지가 보여지지 않습니다.그래서 확인해 보니 라운드 형태를 클리핑 마스크해서 내보내기 하면이미지가 내보내지지 않는 것 같네요.확인 요청 드립니다. 

The new auto-activate fonts forced ‘feature’ —advertised with pathetic triumph on the welcome screen after updating— is another arrogant absurdity and should never be activated by default nor forced on users. I just purchased Adobe XD purely for this purpose.We are currently working on a site makeover and it is currently hosted and live.I expected I could import it into XD to more easily provide and communicate feedback/comments to my web developers.If I cannot do this, I am going to cancel this purchase and request a refund.Any instruction I find says to save to PDF, then open that via Adobe Illustrator, and copy and paste into XD. There is no Adobe Illustrator option for me.Can someone please help?
