Adobe XD

I found a bug in Adobe XD link sharing review page.When I showing in default zoomed screen the shadows and Image overlays are showing perfectly.But its not showing proper in 100% view.Please check the screenshot to check & understand it properly. 

(1) I'd like to have the sticky element move to the halfway point of the screen while scrolling, because before scrolling, the sticky element is in an unusual y-position. Also, when scrolling all the way down, the sticky element clashes with the footer, which does not look good. (2) I'd like to have the sticky element stop before crashing into the footer.The sticky element is boxed in blue. This is what it looks like before scrolling.While scrolling, the sticky element is not exactly at the y-midpoint of the screen. I want to be able to move it a bit upward so that it's centered.After scrolling all the way down, part of the sticky element is buried underneath the footer. I want to be able to move it upward so that it doesn't crash into the footer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you so much!

While an Adobe XD document is open, close the lid of the macbook pro, macbook pro goes to sleep mode, open macbook pro again to resume work on the same document, document area of Adobe XD becomes unresponsive to clicks, panning, zooming, or object selection. Layers panel, inspector panel and menu bar seems to be responsive. I am also able to save the document and close the app.   When the app is restarted, the document area works again as expected. Hallo, bei der Gestaltung der Vorlagen (XD) ist der Hintergrund schwarz. Danach habe ich dann auch die Seiten gestaltet. In der Vorschau sieht dies dann auch so für mich sehr schön aus. Allerdings werden die Hintergründe im Web  in Weiß angezeigt, was mein Design leider unatraktiver macht.Wer kennt sich hier aus und weiß, wie hier die Farben geändert werden können. Ich benutze hauptsächlich Firefox, aber auch bei Crom erscheint der Hintergrund weiß.wäre für ein Tipp dankbarPeter

My alignment seems to have a glitch. It will not center things correctly and it will not resize shapes to the correct aligment.

This is a Feature request.I work a lot online but also offline, and I would like to have all the project I work on available on both Locan Machine for offline work but as well on the Clout to make sure I can access them from anywhere. At the moment we have the Cloud Feature which is awesome for backup and filesharing. But if I work offline or can't connect to the cloud. I would like to see a copy of all my cloud files on my MacBook. Copies to be 1:1 Cloud with Local and they should be updated by date - the most recent overwrite the old one.Currently I keep exporting and save local my files but is a mess with the files local being out of sync with what's on the cloud or what I did yesterday when I was working offline.  I think it will help us a lot to be able to select a local folder where the Cloud save a copy of our files automatically, instead of us saving local after each change. ThanksStefan

I have a file saved on the creative cloud. A few days ago, I experienced zero issue opening/saving the file. I haven't opened the file till today. The loading bar would progress quite quickly...to a certain point. Even after 10 minutes, the loading bar didn't change.  I thought maybe I needed to update my OS and XD. Did that. Currently on XD v31.0.12.23, and macOS Catalina v10.15.6. Restarted my laptop. Loading bar would still get stuck. Reinstalled XD. Same ending. I don't know if it's considered crashing on my mac, since my device never indicated that the XD was not responding when I right click on the dock icon. I then exported the file as a local file via Creative Cloud > Your Work, and tried opening the file from there. Loading bar didn't get stuck, except I got the error 86 message that said "This is not a valid XD file." As I don't have any other devices to test whether it's just my laptop or the file, I then tried duplicating the local file and

Hi friends, I've recently noticed that when my colleague is working on the same file as I am, XD slows to a complete crawl.  The behavior is very similar to when the prototype is Saving to the cloud.   Are there are tips or tricks I can try to rememedy this.  It's so slow it's unusable & unstable.  :  (   Thanks.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi,  I'm not sure why but I'm unable the change the size of my items anymore.The lock for modification is open but it's still grey and I'm unable to change it.Could you please help me ? (Im a newbie on Adobe XD ^^) Thanks

While exporting to zeplin , its shows an error " Please launch Adobe XD CC try again, keeping it running until the export is complete.it shows in 11 March 2022 update.

I can no longer insert components from the library on one computer (Windows). If I open the same file on another computer (also Windows), then it works. Both installations have the version 49.0.12.   What could be the reason for this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

  Brand new to XD and using for a UX Design class. Currently working through the design process for a website and mobile version of my site. I created a early desktop version of each page one by one, saved and started the enxt page. Now that I want to transition to the Lo-Fi and show connectivity I can only open one saved file at a time. I can select the files i need but XD opens each file in it's own instance of the software. Is there any way to open multiple saved files in XD in one instance of the software? Only way I can see to do this differently is to create all the pages one by one in the same canvas and not save until it is completely done?Thanks

Hi allso ive spent all afternoon messing with this and cant understand why its happening. Auto-animate between hover state and toggle state on a button keeps flashing a white square. The strange thing is that it doesnt happen when toggling again from the hover state to the default state. I can only think that it has something to do with the interaction between a hover state and toggle state. Hi all.I am experiencing a bug where I'd make a new instance of a component (just a colour change) and then I just drag a copy of that instance to the side so the 2 instances are next to each other. That copy is auto-checked as a Downloadable Asset.   All that said, when you check the newly updated link, the new instance does not appear as downloadable on the Assets list and clicking on it doesn't show a Download option.   THIS IS MY CURRENT SOLUTION: In the doc, I just ungroup that instance and then regroup all it's elements again. Then Mark it for download and update the Share Link again. That fixes it.   BUT that said, just because there is this workaround doesn't mean the issue is fixed. Even if I uncheck the downloadable asset option on the new instance and then check it again, it still won't appear as such on the updated link. So clearly there is an issue here of XD not reconciling the new asset as downloadable.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello,   The problem   XD sttuters and lags (1 to even 5 seconds) everytime I create a group, copy - paste or duplicate something, and generally doesn't perform well given the hardware.   Specs Ryzen 5950x X570 Aorus Master RTX 3090 Aorus Master with latest drivers Corsair MP600 NMVe SSD 64GB Trident Z Neo 3600Mhz  Windows 10 with latest updates   I don't know if I'm the only one experiencing these problems, and I don't know if it's a hardware or a software issue.   Thanks.   <Title renamed by moderator>

 

Each time a new update for XD is available, I have to go into the task manager to shut XD down.  This occurs even though I haven't used it in months.  It always seems to be on.  Does it open when any other Adobe programs initiate?Any help with this would be great.  I have seen this question asked in the forums, however, I haven't seen anything posted regarding this issue.

Is it possible to copy a components state interactions to another component? It's a pain to keep having to redo the same state interactions, you already did it once. Would be great to just be able to copy and paste it.   Similar to copy paste layer styles in photoshop but for states interactions.  Also adding the feature to save cutsom interactions created for sates for reuse on other compomets, would be great at cutting down on redundancy. Is XD planing on adding this either of these functionalites?

HelloI'm trying to install some new plugins for adobe XD but the + button disappeared from my interface. When I enter from stock and market I can only see some plugins that I had previously installed, but it doesn't let me add new plugins. I have already tried all the solutions that I found on this forum, even reinstalled the entire Creative Cloud and I still can't find a solution. I also tried to add them from the browser, but it redirects me to the market and nothing else happens. Does this issue have to do with an enterprise account? Because until a few days ago I could do it without problem, even in my enterprise account.     

Since me and my team have installed the latest Adobe XD update, we're all getting "Something went wrong initializing creative cloud libraries" errors in our libraries panels. I've tried all of the trouble shooting recommendations by Adobe in https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html. Plus, restarted my PC, uninstalled all of creative cloud and re-installed it again. I've reverted back to the previous version of XD and this issue no longer occurs. Has anyone else experienced the same thing?

Hey there,I ran into two problems with XD on mac (10.15.7), … … the first issue is—most probably— one of a choice made while programming the color system: Is there any way to make the color picker work, without setting your display color profile to sRGB (which looks way of on my display)? If I'm using another color profile, the color picker picks wrong hex values from the color swatches. Why does XD go over the OS to pick colors and by doing so get influenced by color profiles applied, rather than handling it internally and operate by hex-values, which are a definitive value?… the second issue is one of lack of knowledge: Is there a way to use color swatches to apply colors to strokes/lines, too? For me the method of clicking on a swatch while having an object selected only works for the fill and not the stroke?thanks and bye!David

Hello since the 47.0 update I've been having an issue when editing specs, and renaming layers or components. The field unselects, making dificult to work with. Exemple: Changing the numbers on a Height property, suddenly unselects and I begin to change the oppacity of the object (because of XD shortcut while using the numpad).It seems to be a connection issue, with the sync, everytime it syncs the input field unselects. Used to work fine until the 47.0 update. Any solutions? Already tried to uninstall, tested another internet connection, in another PC, the problems seems to follow me. Thanks

Hi Adobe, I had notice a strange fact: sometimes Xd automaticaly transforms shapes into paths! Is their a way to reverse this?I have a background shape as component layered at the very back of all my other dresign system components, so when a customer of mine wants an other shadow, wants rounded corners oder background color, I can immediately change it by just changing one component. Now this component (a shape) magicaly turned into a path so i can no longer ajust corners an so on.... this absolutly destroys all my work. How can I change it back to a shape?

Hi people, I'm trying to create a link for my prototype but receiving this error alert that says "something went wrong (error -1)". Does anyone know how to solve it? 

When exporting a PDF all selectable text is backwards when using the "Montserrat" font.XD version 49.0.12.14 arm64MacOS 12.3Using Mac Preview, Safari, and Firefox text is backwords. Using Acrobat Reader DC and Google Chrome selectable text is correct.Happens with multiple files (any text box using Montserrat font) .Only happens with XD PDF exports. Does not happen with saved PDFs using Illustrator or other apps with Montserrat font.Tried both Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts versions of the Montserrat font with no change.
