Is there a service that I have to pay for if I want to use Adobe xd on five computers?

As a audit in my company I am facing a issue that creating or updating a link in Adobe XD it shows that uploading in the Amazon aws.please help me

The above image is preview of what has been happening to my XD whenever I'm trying to select colors for the past few months and I have no clue why. I am always up to date on my XD and I don't when was the last time I saw this filled with colors anymore. Please fix this... P.S. - It does not matter whether I have selected solid color or Radial/Angular Gradient, it still looks like this. This is happening on both my Windows and Mac app and currently limited to XD only

Suddenly my prototype can only be seen on Desktop, it was working fine on mobile until this morning.How can we solve this?? clients were following the project now nobody can preview on smartphone!

I'm having issues with my prototype link specifically during a usability test. We're testing mobile prototypes and when I test these on my personal device everything works great. No issues what-so-ever. However, when the links are shared during the usability test (which has screen sharing among other things all happening at the same time), the prototype won't load at all.  Could there be issue on my end that is causing things to not function properly when sharing the link?

Hi There, I have a simple breadcrumb component that I put together.  Example:  (Component 1) Home page >  Task List When I dive deeper in the site it looks like this: Home page > Task List > Details I would like to create second component (component 2) that "inherits" from Component 1. I could then easily override the "Details" link in Component 2 with various pages that appear in details.  Example: Home page > Task List > NotesHome page > Task List > DocumentsHome page > Task List > Communication I have tried, and it appears to work, however in new Component 2 which effectively "inherits" from Component 1, the Home Page & Task List links break. Is what I am doing possible? Thank you.  XD allows me to do this, but it seems to break the links.

Hello,Please. Tell me why when adding Arial, a basic windows system font, does Adobe XD show it as missing?All of the files exist in the /fonts folder. They work find on every other program in existence on my computer. Same with my work computer.Arial can be used in all of my other Adobe programs life Photoshop, etc. Doesn't give a missing font warning when used in the document.Only when added as a character style.Replacing the font doesn't change anything. Arial must be used for accessibility so using a different font isn't an option.When I'm trying to show designs, I get questioned about the "little orange things on the side" and have to explain that the font is there, but Adobe XD doesn't see it.This isn't something that I should have to do and I'm livid.I saw a work around involving "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Fonts", but surprise surprise that folder doesn't exist.I'm spending hours on my day off trying to figure this out and absolutely nothing. Previewing a landscape artboard prototype on iPhone via Adobe XD app works and looks as expected. Meaning the artboard takes up 100% of the width and height on an iPhone.Creating a link and sharing it with the same artboard then viewing it via an iPhone results in the artboards being set to a specific width and not full screen. It has white space on the left and right sides of the artboard.How can someone share a full sized prototype with a client and NOT have it scaled down? I have tried, presentation, development, design review, user testing and custom and nothing can correct this. I don't have a way to share an accurate version currently as this would require a client to have a copy of XD and the XD app installed on their phone. What I am getting is not acceptable for sharing/previewing as it is not a 100% accurate rendition.The attached quick images are an illustration of what I am actually seeing. So basically whenever I am doing the command  ctrl + d in Abode XD It will just freeze like I can't edit or click on any object, icon, box, text etc.... but it will let me click on the outside like exit, file, edit, etc... and this happens everytime and i don't know how to fix it and would love it if someone who knows how to fix this issue would please reply back to me on this post! I have a Windows 10 Microsoft Pro 7 Laptop btw

I wanted to download a Design-System UI-Kit for Adobe XD and followed the Link in the Screenshot. However it lead me to the Experience League Community site and since I was already logged into my Creative Cloud Account it somehow signed me up automatically. I don't need an Experience League Account, since it's a company account and the company I work for doesn't use Experience Cloud as far as I know. How do I delete my account? Hi,I have a problem with the color representation of my prototype. The colors look completely different on my IPhone in Adobe XD than on my MacBook. The saturation is much lower and the hue is also different.What can I do to make the colors look as rich and vibrant as they do in Adobe XD on the PC?

The latest update of XD (45.1.63.3, MacOS) removed all of my plugins. Has anyone else experienced this issue? This is the second time since using XD that an update has removed all plugins. It's extremely annoying and there is no record, as far as I'm aware, of what plugins I had installed previously. So now I have to search through the *new* plugin manager (which is awful, by the way) to try and remember/find the ones I had installed previously.   Is there any workaround to this?   <Title renamed by moderator>

The attached is from the 'learn' page of XD. It's important because it shows (in Adobe's order) the importance if how it categorizes XD's functionalities. (Maybe this is from a marketing perspective where keyword or highly ranked searched words are the ordering factor).     Still, I would love to see components take center stage. We have enough 'design' capability.   Components and systems are integral to even the smallest of projects. It's ultimately how we end up making/natively coding our visuals (breaking the design into chunks/pieces even if you don't call it a 'component' that is part of a 'system').  More love for componentry on all fronts please Adobe, with more thinking baked in on how we end up building these things.  @Adobe I would love to see how you use XD for the Adobe web platform. I have been designing a website and I have been trying to animate it following all of the steps correctly, however only some of the animations work and it's totally at random. Anyone know how to fix this and how to get my animations to work all of the time?   <Title renamed by moderator>

System Info:Adobe XD CC v: 9.1.12.3OS: Windows 10 Pro v: 1803 build: 17134.11264-bit, 12GB RAM, Intel i5-6300U CPU @ 2.40GhzIssue:After the latest update, the keyboard stops working.The app freezes when the text field I'm trying to edit is selected.The entire app doesn't freeze but all keyboard input is lost.Sometimes saving will 'unfreeze' it but I still am unable to type.I have to exit, kill in task manager, restart, and functionality is lost almost instantly after restarting.The same thing happens if I use built-in keyboard or external Logitech.I sort of need to be able to type when I use XD...Any help or tips would be GREATLY appreciated.Thanks.

Hello, I'm trying to make a flow in the prototype section. I can choose one artboard as my homepage and i can even connect the lines the way i want, but when I press play for desktop preview the order of the artboard mix, not the way i want it to be. In my design i coppied some of arboards (with the option key), and even though i changed the names of the artboards and arragened then in the right order - it still has it's own flow regardless to what I'm trying to do.Please help me! thank you.

Is it possible to export or open prototype using only shared link in adobe experience design?

I would like to add the DraftXR plugin. I go to the DraftXR - Instant VR Prototyping in Adobe XD site and click on install. I receive the screen asking if I have installed XD. I have - windows 10 19041 XD version 45.1.62.3There is no blue plus button above my plugins within the XD environment or ability within the plugins screen (which I get to by going to "plugins" on the XD menubar) to search for plugins.I installed UXP developer tools (which I should not have installed). I uninstalled the UXP tools but wonder if there is a registry setting that is preventing the blue plus icon from showing.Any help or thoughts on this appreciated.

After creating a prototype link any changes I'm making in the screens is NOT being published when I click the Update Link button in the Share section. Is there any fix for this? I tried saving the document locally, pasting into a new document, I've tried everything but I could not get the links to update when I click the Update Link button, please help.
